Ordered a few questa and regular tacos with meat choices of Birria, carne asada and abodba. We also had a San Marcos burrito and a chili Relleno burrito plus the Birria ramen to try. Tacos were all delicious and flavorful. The chili relleno burrito was pretty disappointing. Barely got any chili relleno inside and was loaded with lots of beans. Would not recommend. Their customer service sucks! The food needs to be as they advertise! Especially for what they charge. Ordered a lot my last visit and fed a family of 5. ordered a quesabirria plate and some other items off the menu tacos fries and tofu something forgot. Prior to getting my food I overheard the couple prior to me complaining about getting all their tacos they ordered separately on the same plate so husband asks for a plate to separate the tacos lady said we ain't got no plates which 1 was my red flag already lol so the blond chick calls another girl to help lady gives them a small little fry bowl and said here he just accepted his loss and separated them since they were eating there in that hot as weather. I got my order and bam told them to excuse me that I was going to check my food prior to leaving bc I wasn't eating there all looks good except the birria plate no type of color so I opened them and no type of sauce just meat and cheese so I ask the girl (blond) what they are and she said tacos told her they are suppose to be quesabirria and then turns back asks the folks with her and she replies that's what they are told her which ones are they tacos or quesabirria she said quesabirria told her they look nothing like their pictures on the truck or menu she says well that's what you ordered told her where is the consume she said you need to ask for it and pay for it that pissed me off so bad like why are you so upset at me answering me so rude and with some sarcastic answers. I wanted tacos tonight and a friend told me Tacos San Marcos! My first time trying and not disappointed at all! Tortillas are good and they do not skimp on the meat or cheese on the queso tacos! The chicken taco is so good and add the verde and guacamole salsa and chefs kissi tried the beef queso tacos tonight too and meat is flavorful and the red salsa! It's spicy but you can't stop eating it and it has a good flavor! Service is great and clean and friendly. I will definitely be going back and have decided this is my taco place.. Tried the Quesabirria Tacos and they were just OK. Had lots of meat but the flavor was lacking something. It was juicy but needed more taste. The console was the same. On 02/17/2021, my mom and I came here after 3 PM and the line had maybe two people in front of us but by the time we left the crowd started to grow. I asked the lady for a "chicken taco" and then she asked if we wanted cheese on top of it and I said yes.... looked like it turned out to be a quesachicken taco. The chicken was seasoned very well and there's definitely a lot of cheese! Next time I'll say no cheese as I really just wanted a "chicken taco". This one also came with chopped cabbage and cilantro and onions. I also asked the lady for a quesabirria taco- this taco was OK as it is marinated beef and they definitely could have drained more of the juices out of the taco so it wasn't a complete mess when we got home or were eating it. My other complaint is it needed more seasoning. The beef was tender but todays batch could have used an extra kick of seasoning in their marinade. The green salsa is their mild and it was pretty good. No hint of any heat whatsoever in this mild salsa. There is a few tables outside with a tent on top. This place is located near the gas station towards the back. There's several parking right in front of the food truck but also ample parking to the east of the establishment. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and by the time I got home it was still warm. I'm have to come back and try more. read more

We frequented their food trucks quite often until one day after eating their shrimp tacos, my fiancé and I got so sick within 20 minutes, which is a characteristic of food poisoning and I emailed them and received no response, I should have contacted the Health Department. read more

Okay this is 5 s for the food truck on Bardsley and Laspina in Tulare. I've tried other food trucks and they are good I would say 4 s but the one on Bardsley and Laspina just hits! Even if I have to drive farther for that one, rather than others posted closer to me I do. Quesabirrias are delicious! Always get the free beef broth on the side (consumes). My husband loves the San Marcos burritos. Recently we tried the Birria Fries and those were great! We devoured those! Their fresh waters are also very good! The lemon cucumber one 5. Tacos & quesabirrias are very well served under $4 each and with 3 my teenage boys are full! That's under $15, cheaper than Jack in the box! Definitely recommend! read more

I e been to Tacos San Marcos on several occasions now. I love their Birria tacos and the Quesadilla is also outstay. I also love their Chili Relleno burrito it's fantastic. I always order online and pick my time for pick up. It's always been ready. Service is excellent. As far as ambience it's got a few tables outside with chairs to sit on. Alright, so I've been here a couple times within the year. The last 2 times they really disappointed on my burrito. I love burritos and somehow it wasn't made well. The last time I came the eat was a bit dry and a bit hard. I came today 12/4/22 and it's the best burrito I've had from them. I got the asada & it was definitely made with so much love & attention to detail. Lol! It might sounds weird but it's the truth. The birria tacos are always a delight. They seem to be known for their quesabirria tacos which don't get me wrong are super delicious but I was FLOORED when I tried their quesa-al pastor tacos. We were very excited to see taco truck while super hungry. I'm from LA and I know what good taco truck is like. Birria ramen sounded tempting so we got that, chicken taco, veggie and cactus taco. Birria ramen is way overrated. First off giving tapatio ready-made soup base powder is not very authentic. I can basically make pulled meat, boil ramen and add the same soup base they gave and probably make it better. Ramen didn't seem fresh as it was stuck on the bottom and took a good amount of shaking to mix it well. After adding soup base I ate about 3 spoons of soup and couple spoon of ramen and threw out the rest. Taco tortillas were heavy and hard, although chicken was good. This was one of the best taco truck experiences I've ever had. My wife and I ordered one of everything on the menu as a taste test for potentially catering an event and it did not disappoint! The beef was especially flavorful and I love the double tortillas... they were cooked to perfection. The sauces are all wonderful. The sign of a good hot sauce (in my humble gringo opinion), is a flavorful sauce that has heat that then disappears gently. These sauces achieved that balance of heat and flavor.
