Late review. First timer here. Recommended by family. Ordered a few carne asada tacos and super burritos along with two large horchata. They ran out of Al Pastor and tripas before 8 PM. Decent amount of meat in both the tacos and burritos. Since we ate on site the tacos came out plain with just the meat of choice. we added our own garnishes and salsa that were available. love the fact they had pickled onions available and they don't charge you for extra salsa. Both were self served. Overall, tacos and burritos were delicious and the horchata was super yummy. Would definitely go back when in town. read more

Heard that their food was fire so decided to finally try them out. First off there a two lines so make sure you get in the right one. The night we went there was a lot of people there so like okay good must be good. Got the tacos (asada and cabeza) for my kids and husband. They said it was really good. I always get tortas at taco trucks so I got that asada torta - which I should have just stuck to the tacos smh. The torta was small it was wrapped up and the size of like a hamburger. Honestly it was so dry smh I didn't even eat it all. Service was good although they were busy it went pretty quickly. Ordered 1 torta and 13 tacos waited maybe 15min. Paid about $50ish for it. All the toppings are on the second line you just go up too and serve yourself. Also got champurado and it was like watered down but I'm used to the authentic thick creamy champurado this was not it. Would I try them again, no I'll stick to other taco trucks nearby. Defiantly just get their tacos js. read more

These are by far the best tacos in Visalia. The spices are on point, all the veggies and salsas are there for you to enjoy. The employees in the truck are super nice and courteous. Burritos were 20/10, tacos were 7/10, tortilla was a bit dry for me but carne was good. Customer service was good, nice and friendly.

Horchata: watered down. Tasted like water with a slight hint of cinnamon and vanilla. Not impressed. Tacos: I thought these were okay, nothing special. I did like the grilled onions. Long line when we went on a Thursday evening at 8pm. Waited about 38 minutes for 3 tacos (we were trying the three taco trucks within a block radius). First saw this place on the Instagram feed of the owner of a hipster cafe in downtown Visalia. Knew I'd have to try it! Have been here at least 4 times, the most recent was last night. This food truck is located in the parking lot of a mini mart just south of a Taco Bell on the northside. It's not a neighborhood I frequent often, but the food is amazing and worth the drive. They have several different types of meat to choose from and the standard Mexican food fare: tacos, burritos, mullitas. All the extras: salsa, whole beans, lemons, radishes, cilantro, onions are outside the truck and are self-serve. Most meals are served with roasted jalapeños and grilled onions. Last night I bought 3 burritos and 4 tacos for $17. Such a great value for such amazing food!! read more
