My grandkids really enjoyed their share tea. One got the Taro ice blended with pudding and boba. She said it's 10 out of 10. The other drink was Oreo ice blended with pearl and she said rated 9.5 out of ten. The third grandkid ordered Hokkaido Pearl milk tea and he rated 8 out of 10. The selection of boba is incredible, truly something for everyone, and you can even have extras like ice cream on top! We were a little disappointed because we ordered three drinks via DoorDash and only received two. When following up our dasher they claimed they were only given two drinks. How do you not check the order before you leave? So unfortunately, I have to give this place a mediocre rating. The bobas are really good. I will go in next time and not order online as that probably caused some kind of confusion. They are worth your patronage despite my experience! read more

my favorite boba spot ever, i will literally drive from hanford to visalia just to get it!

We are big fans of ShareTea and drove out here in a big effort to get our kids to nap and also take a bit of a roadtrip, so I may have hyped it up too much. But I think this location isn't our favorite. Now the boba pearls were as expected. The tea on the other hand didn't seem quite up to ShareTea brand. I got a fruity tea and the tea wasn't strong enough for me. I prob should stick with my usual orders next time. Will possibly try again the next time we are in the area but may stick to a milk tea or try their mint ones next time. When I went there were people setting up for a K-pop event meaning off key karaoke was blaring through the store. Lol. Not great but oh well. I guess it was a special day for them. Great staff, very clean, restrooms available for customers. I tried the Hokkaido, mango green tea, and taro. Their taro is great here! $25 for 3 drinks plus tip still definitely felt a little overpriced. Still excited to come back and try other drinks they offer. I absolutely love this place. I would come more often if there were smaller sizes or if drinks were a couple bucks less expensive. Unfortunately this place doesn't seem very busy much of the time so I really hope it survives. The team is always really friendly and they make great drinks. One suggestion for corporate and whoever programs your POS, when a customer asks for no toppings or for example, no pudding, the receipt will still display pudding is added. This does not create confidence that the order is correct, and I've confirmed it's not the fault of the team there and each order has been perfect. It's just how the system works. I would recommend fixing this so that orders are clear and that customers feel more confidence while waiting for the order. read more

I didn't realize that this was a new boba spot in Visalia, how cool! This wasn't my first time at a Sharetea location and it was pretty much like all the ones I've been to. Very clean and spacious. Staff was extremely nice & helpful! The tapioca pearls were not as chewy as I'd like (slightly hard in the middle). Matcha red bean milk tea (can't rate this because it was for my sister, but she it's good!) Strawberry ice blended w/ ice cream & lychee jelly - 10/10 if you LOVE sweet drinks! When I saw that a new boba spot was going to open in Visalia again, best bet I was going to go to the soft opening. I've had Sharetea in the Bay Area so I was excited for it to be in town! Location is super clean and bright. Plenty of seating if you want to meet up with friends. I was greeted immediately upon entering. (Never necessary, but always nice!) And when I was ordering at the counter the employee who helped me was super friendly and didn't rush me. The drink I ordered was a mango mojito. Sharetea in particular stands out from other boba chains because of this line of drink. But they have an extensive menu that has everything from milk teas to fruit teas! The ice and sweetness levels are adjustable, which I'm always glad to see at a boba shop. But the drink I ordered is super delicious! 10/10 would order again. I look forward to trying the rest of their menu. All in all, a very much welcome establishment in town. Good drinks, and good service, and a super clean place. The only thing I might nitpick about is the parking lot, since it's small. But that's not something the business can really help. I'm happy to become a regular and recommend this place to people I know! read more

I love Share tea because they have a Fresh Milk option which has no caffeine. I always get the Fresh Milk family which has boba and grass jelly in it. The service is always quick and the line is never too long. I don't usually sit down to drink my boba but the area is always very clean and well kept. read more

As a diabetic, I don't often indulge in any type of boba teas, but this place allows you to customize your order to your liking by levels of sweetness, boba or lycheee, and ice amount. Drinks were perfect! Brings us back to the days when we used to live in San Jose. Oreo Milk Tea & Okinawa Milk Tea. Oreo milk tea was not on the menu but they were able to make it for me. Might have been an exception for opening day today so don't expect this to be available. But they do have an Oreo blended drink on the menu which is just as good! Boba was also top tier! read more

If you like Thai tea, order it blended. It is life changing. I typically get a blended Thai tea w mini boba or half boba and half mini boba. It is absolutely the best Thai tea I've ever had. The service is above and beyond. If you have questions, they answer them for you, they ask questions to see what you like to fit you w the "right drink" for you. They are always smiling and cheerful and patient. The team members there are overall helpful and amazing. They offer WiFi and there are plenty of chairs and tables spaced out where you can chill, work, do schoolwork, prepare for a meeting or interview, just a number of things in general. Love this place! It's my new go to place for boba. Ive tried a few boba places in the area and the one thing that makes or breaks it for me is the brewed tea and so far Sharetea has the best tasting brewed tea that I've tried. If the brewed tea is whatever then the other drinks that have it (like the milk teas) are also meh. So it's usually how I know the boba place is good. I normally get the classic black tea with 100% sweet and boba. Sometimes I get the classic Oolong tea if im feeling for something more earthier. Theyre simple but still hits the spot if you're someone like me that can't drink a lot of dairy. Their fruit teas are also really good. I like their mango green tea. But will usually do 30% sweet or less depending on what topping I get because their fruit teas tend to be on the sweeter side. Overall the customer service and atmosphere is 10/10. They have quite a large menu but everyone is always really helpful and will take the time to explain the different drink options and toppings. Also there are lots of tables so I never have trouble finding somewhere to sit and it's always clean!! read more
