The thing that is…read morefrustrating at this Dutch and the other one across town is that the person taking orders outside does not pay attention to when cars pull up. It's not simply because they are taking an order, it's because they are talking to their friends and not paying attention and letting the cars pile up and then when they finally move they have no idea where they were at. There can be a huge space in between the cars because everyone is waiting for them to stop talking to their friends. So four cars that came after you may get through before you even get your order taken. If you are in a hurry I highly recommend you parking and go to the window.
