I came in here about 2 weeks ago, & Everything I bought was delicious! i got my husband the PB Crunch smoothie, & I had the mango dragon fruit reviver! I love the tart & sweetness (waaay better than SB) I also had a Beach bowl with pineapple, kiwi, and strawberries!! I was so full I saved the rest for the next day consider this a meal replacement if you have a smoothie or bowl, it's very filling! The ambience was chill & the team was definitely welcoming walking into this place. Love all the vibrant colors and the walls. It makes it fun ! Oh, they have COLOR CHANGING SPOONS (hot/cold) definitely nostalgic and takes me back to my kid days! my little teen cousin came down from Oregon, brought her here for the first time.. there was Not one drop left in her bowl 10/10 because this kept me full, I didn't feel guilty for eating the whole thing, & it kept us fed or our long eventful day. If I could I would give it 3.5 stars. Walked in; wasn't greeted; just got in line with other customers; staff takes one order at a time... makes it before; they help the next customers in line. So honestly took awhile. Ordered an açaí bowl; very watery; was disappointed in the peanut butter. It was just like a scoop of peanut butter on the top; not spread out over the whole açaí bowl. Wish it was more like a peanut butter drizzle ; that way could have got a little bit with every bite. A few chairs; but otherwise no where to sit really; more of like a to go place. I think I've found a new favorite spot! They have tons of options for bowls and smoothies and even offer pup bowls for your furry friends. The Bravocado Bowl was creamy & refreshing, as was the Yoga Bowl. The Dragon Bowl was filling and tasted soo good. The chocolate sauce gives a nice contrasting flavor to the base. The super protein smoothie was also good - I wish I would've added a little honey or something to give it just a tad more sweetness. Staff was friendly and the location was very clean. A rush bowl is always satisfying and refreshing. I was trying to think of what to eat as I get over a head cold. A rush bowl was the only thing that appealed. I got the green one. I forget the name. It has cucumber, kale , spinach, blueberries and flaxseed was my add-on. There's other ingredients. For more details look at the menu. My only hesitation is that some of their milks contain oil. seeing canola oil in the oat milk was a definite no for me. I ended up getting the coconut milk, which ingredient of natural flavors makes me pause but it seems like the healthier option. Seed oils are unhealthy and canola oil is ick, it started out as an industrial lubricant. I'll continue to go to Rush bowl, but I will continue as well asking to look at the ingredients on the milk options. Wasn't as fresh as I was hoping tasted like it was premade mix a little bit. The liquid base was some type of juice versus a coconut milk or almond milk. With that to say it okay. Now their açaí bowls look very good. If I'm back in the area I be interested in trying the bowls. If you want a very fresh smoothie this honestly isn't much different than Jamba. This locally owned business has tremendous customer service. Although I was a fan for myself, I recently ordered catering (smoothies) for the office and it couldn't have been better! There was only one size and it was huge. I ordered the 2 most popular smoothies, Tropical Bliss and Strawberry Sunrise. Both were a hit and delivered on time. Lovely local business with emphasis on serving wellness with awesome customer service. The interior is tight and there is a little construction going on next door but it's conveniently located off Mooney Blvd. near the Sequoia Mall. Pop in for a quick treat! A wonderful find! We found this place to be right next to the boba shop teaspoon next door. Food (4/5): Pretty good bowls. You can get yogurt or acai bowls. The ingredients by themselves taste fresh and healthy, but as a whole, they are alright. They are not as good as Sol Bowl or Little Boba Shop. There are three different peanut butter balls (banana, granola, and cocunut). I am not a huge peanut butter person, but they are pretty delicious. I was told that they grind the peanut butter nuts each day. I also get the doggy peanut bowls for my little one. She likes it! :) Very dog friendly place Customer service (5/5): Fantastic! They went above and beyond for us. We ordered the bowls but we were curious about the granola peanut butter balls. The owner then personally greeted us then gave us a whole bag of handmade peanut butter balls filled with granola. This is my favorite place to get smoothies or açai in town. Everything is so fresh and I feel like this selections are very broad. I always love their bowls with the fresh peanut butter on top. The restaurant is really cute inside... It's very clean and trendy. There are not a bunch of places to sit, so for me, this is more of a take and go place. It was not açaí bowls like other places, this place blends all the ingredient's right there on the spot! Making it a much creamier texture and you can customize to your liking. After a quick explanation of the menu and how it worked we went with the Power bowl and Super Protien smoothie which were amazing. Great new addition to Visalia. I went this morning and the humans in the party had the Beach Bowl, Paradise Bowl and Rush Bites. Our four legged family members shared a Bow Wow Bowl. Starting with the Bow Wow Bowl... my pups give this place 5 stars. They loved it. The Beach Bowl and Paradise Bowl were great too. Very refreshing, delicious, and with lots of toppings and flavor. The star for me were the rush bites though, what a great, filling, and healthier snack when on the go. A healthier alternative to eating out or other nearby options. Overall the food was great and tasty, and prices are exceedingly reasonable. The people behind the counter are friendly and provide great service. This place needs work. If you place an online order and they are out of an ingredient, they will leave it off or substitute it without first consulting you. They added granola to my bowl without even telling me, which I didn't want. Secondly, they always forget to pack items in the to-go orders. And if you get the Bow Wow Bowls for your dogs (which are $3.50/piece!), they're filled to different levels and they leave the dog biscuit off of some of them. I gave this place a try two different times and both times they messed up my order. I can't say that I recommend it. They weren't busy, and there really wasn't any excuse for the negligence. read more

I've been here a few times. And it's a hit or miss with customer service some staff are nice and others seem to not want to work there. Any kind of modification as I have allergies the worker huffed and puffed. The worker made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to cancel my order. The place also looked dirty. I did enjoy one flavor, but I inquired the scooper if they made it in house but was disappointed to learn it was one of their imported flavors. Additionally, the dirty sodas are not so dirty. They are simply overpriced sodas. Moreover, the staff is helpful and prompt, but management fails to realize that a single scooper for a busy night sours the experience for all. Long lines and wait times are easy to build up especially when the more involved items are being ordered. A few times I've heard some people tell the scoopers that they know the owner, at which I've questioned the point. Odd. Speaking on owners, of the times I've visited Scoops I've seen them once. His contribution was yelling at his scoopers. It created an awkward environment and longer wait times. And, even though it was small, and even though it is not in anyone's map of California places to see before one dies, this place was a tourist attraction that I will remember till the day I can no longer enjoy milk and the mustache it leaves behind. When we arrived to the spot there was a sole attendant, his name was Anthony and he was endearing to the max. I explained to him an abridge story of our road trip and why we made it a spot to visit. He was like really, like he could not believe that this was an intentional stop on a multi hour road trip. I was like, in my mind, this is not a Thrifty ice cream run bro, this is like a milk experience, of course it is a spot on a road trip. What I did say was like--- you are wearing a uniform, (like one of those that (I Love) Lucy waited for in the 1950's), and there was a window into a factory with workers producing milk, and you have souvenirs, thus the joint is a stop to engage with, a stop to plan for, a stop that naturally fits in someone's road trip's tour. After I said a version of all of this, his smile and eyes became wide, like he really was understanding that his presence and this joint was not just a local milk joint but could be a pit stop that can go white with fame. My intention was to get a milkshake but Anthony explained that they did not sell any. I mean I accepted it quickly, but with some lament as a milkshake is my favorite ice-cream by-product, but I made due with what I could. First, I got a chocolate milk in a bottle. Anthony was kind enough to open it for me. I used to be a big fan of chocolate milk, cause it was a staple in the school's free lunch program and I always found it refreshing and sweet and cooling. Which makes me want to define the difference between refreshing and cooling in terms of taste. I guess refreshing makes one go ahhh like after taking a sip of cold cola, and something cooling makes someone feel the crisp of cold within the body, like eating a chilled lemon paleta/popsicle. And on this day, I drank a bottle of milk and found it to be a nostalgic snack down to the last sip. It is important to note that Denise noticed that they had flavors like Orange Blossom milk, and banana ice cream flavors. So this places dares enough to think outside the box or should I say milk carton? Anthony was also lovely enough to bring out samples of their packaged ice cream. I will be honest I cannot remember all the flavors I tried but I think there was cookie and cream. And the ice cream tasted rich, deep, and fresh, like it been churned recently for pure enjoyment. Like it was meant to be good first, then sold next. And thus at its core it was artisan, not mass produced. I guess that is why they explain their products to be "farm direct." Since I could not get a shake or a cone, I decided to get one of their ice cream sandwiches. I went with what I tasted and knew to be good---- the cookies and cream. This decision was also based on the cookies they used. I reviewed the picture but the cookie was not listed. I ate the sandwich outside in the car, and every bite was a morsel of smooth crunch and velvety ice cream. It was familiar and new, it was reason enough to want to visit the place again. In fact I tried too, on the way back from the road trip but it was closed on that day. Too bad, I have put it on my return spots, I found it to be that wonderful, but again milk, ice cream, and all that it stems from it, I am a fan of, so it makes sense for me. But until then, I got the sweatshirt I got from this place to remember it!
