Me and my Bf come here alll the time after the gym and im not sure why but everyone that works in this Jamba looks like they have an issue. Not only was I getting weird looks from the manager (I assume)there but from a employee that's working as well.. there have been times Iv had them correct an order for me due to it being an incorrect drink or I'll ask them to blend my coconut whip into my smoothie but they always come back with some attitude or some dirty ass look. I don't appreciate that. We come here a lot. I expect better customer service. Theres a lot I didn't review cuz it wouldn't be good either. I expect better customer service. The flow and set up of this Jamba Juice makes no sense. It used to be that there was one counter to order and one for pickup. If you ordered at the counter, you would wait in the seating area until your name was called, but if you had a mobile order, you would proceed to the pickup counter and give them your name. This is not how it works anymore. They don't have anyone manning the order counter, it is only a kiosk to order, and if a customer has trouble ordering there is no one to help them. Additionally, no one is manning the pickup counter either. If you walk up to tell them you had a pickup order, no one addresses you. Today there was a line to the door of people waiting to be acknowledged to give them the name of their online, app, or DoorDash order. Today I ordered a mango sunshine smoothie bowl through the app. I placed my order at 11:58am, and the app said it would be ready by 12:08pm. When I arrived at about 12:17pm, I got in line to ask for my pickup order. None of us standing in line were acknowledged at all, and when I finally asked about my order 10 minutes later, I was told they were still working on it. Meanwhile people who had ordered in store after I arrived were getting their orders before me. They are clearly short-staffed because only two people were working in the middle of the day during the lunch rush, and the division of responsibilities and the flow of making orders and addressing customers seems highly inefficient. I have been here a few times in the past week when this has been an issue, but today was the most egregious. While sitting and waiting, more people came in to order, and they warned them that with people waiting it would be a 10-15 minute wait, which made me want to laugh since I had been sitting there for almost 30 minutes at that point. I also watched the base for my smoothie bowl sit on the counter for about 10 minutes before they finally put the fruit topping on it. I finally received my smoothie bowl at 12:48, 50 minutes after I had placed the order, 40 minutes after it said the order would be ready, and 30 minutes after I actually arrived to the store to pick it up. Finally, the music they were trying to play overhead just kept skipping and disconnecting so it was pretty annoying. This location really needs to staff better and to fix their process flow. Add to this that the smoothies are way overpriced anyway, I question whether I'll be back anytime soon. read more

As a regular customer of this Jamba Juice location, I am disappointed with the management and overall condition of the store. On multiple visits, I have noticed cleanliness issues throughout the facility, and it often does not appear to be maintained to the standards customers expect. I have also witnessed the manager, Maria, speaking harshly and yelling at employees and customers, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. When I approached her regarding an issue with my drink, she was dismissive and did not handle the situation professionally. In addition to the cleanliness concerns, I have noticed what appears to be a lack of required workplace postings. Based on what I have observed, I believe the company should review whether the store is complying with all applicable workplace health and safety OSHA requirements. The overall condition of the facility raises concerns about whether proper standards are being followed. As someone who visits this location regularly, it is disappointing to see the decline in professionalism and store conditions. The food is very fresh with a large variety of items to choose from. The service is very quick, I recommend using the app so you can easily earn rewards and your order will be ready quickly. We tried to ask a question and the employee kept walking away until I said "excuse me" for the fourth time and she whipped around, put her hand on her hip and said "WHAT?!" Like why did she take it back if it was ready. Didn't go back for 5 years. Tried again this weekend, same awful rotten fruit stink, ordered a vanilla blue sky, hold the unsweetened almond milk please, and sure enough. All they put in it was almond milk, so not only did it taste terrible, but I got a nice nut allergy reaction from it. Never going here again. Very upset today I wanted to pay with cash and I had to wait a long time to be helped. They got a new self pay card system. Just because there is a self pay, doesn't mean you shouldn't take orders and let cash customers wait. By the time you guys help them there is hub grub and many more orders going through the system. I think it would only be fair to have someone in the register when a customer comes in trying to pay with cash. I hope this changes for cash customers, thank you. read more

Very rude from the start. I walked into the store and was verbally attacked by a tall blonde wearing a cotton mask "SIR WE REQUIRE MASKS IN THIS STORE"! In line at the register there is a father wearing a mask, his wife wearing a mask as a chin strap and a little girl about 4 not wearing a mask. I went out to my truck to retrieve my N-95 mask and returned to place an order (granted if it wasn't for my employee I would have left). It's safe to say that I'm addicted to Jamba. It's really grown on me. My fav drink is the strawberry energizer: strawberries, lemonade, lima nd orange sherbet, and energy boosts. YUM! I like how the menu is split into different categories: blended with a purpose (protein, immunity, etc.), low cal options, all-fruit drinks. And you can choose from a handful of "boosts" for free, like dailiy vitamin, flax & fiber, or antioxidants. "California flatbread" is code for a personal sized pizza. When I did, all orders were given to everyone else (even people who came after us) after 10 mins, my sister went into the location and she was told "oh we didn't know they were for you, you could've of been for another store" (there's a pizza place next to it with is closed and we weren't even on that side) so when my sister was in there, the employee kept laughing and giving smart remarks to her. Keep in mind, all the people that we served before us were Caucasians, we are Hispanics. When we asked for her name and store number, she lied and gave us different information. Just left Jamba Juice where I had the pleasure of working with Michelle to kick off a fundraiser for my organization. For those with groups who do fundraising, Jamba has a fundraiser available where people can purchase a "buy one get one free" card from your organization for $10. It's a 50/50 split profit-wise, and people can use their cards up to 6 times, making them a great value for those who purchase them. The process was super easy (make sure you have a PO or credit card for them to hold for the value of the cards while you're selling them,) and Michelle was super nice and easy to work with. Hoping this fundraiser goes well for us. Even if it doesn't, I think it's a worthwhile one to explore for your group, especially since it's such an easy one to set up. read more

While I love treating myself to n açaí bowl or orange dream after work throughout the week the constant understaffing of my local Jamba Juice has me rethinking my new years resolution should instead be to start making my own smoothies at home more often than not when I walk in the store it is clear the few employees behind the counter struggle to keep up with the amount of consumers flocking in. They always go above and beyond and I make sure to let them know I do not mind the wait but it is so disheartening to see these poor workers running around like chickens without a head because the customers out number the employees and there just never seems to be enough help behind the counter. This a mediocre Jamba Juice location. My cashier, a college aged white girl with strawberry blond hair, was rude. She mumbled when talking and would get frustrated when she had to repeat herself and rolled her eyes at one point. I ordered a Orange Carrot Karma and it tasted like blended carrot juice. I first had Jamba Juice way back when I was in 5th grade and it was at this particular location. I used to play on a website called Neopets and they had a limited edition "Tigerfruit Smoothie" that was available at all Jamba Juice locations. Because I was little and saw it on my all-time-favorite-website (at the time of course lol), I kept begging my mom to take me here. She finally did. Yes, Neooets introduced me to Jamba Juice, and I'm so happy it did haha. Jamba Juice is definitely the best location to go for a smoothie fix, and their menu is huge. Besides smoothies they also have delicious pastries, sandwiches, parfaits, flatbreads, and wraps. They also give you the option to make your smoothie go "light" (lower calories, lower sugar, etc). My personal favorites from here are the Strawberry Nirvana and the Caribbean Passion. This location has always had wonderful service and a friendly staff. No complaints from me!
