Coffee was okay and pastries were disappointing, because fresh Bread Savage is amazing, but 2-3 day old bagels whether bread savage or not are dry, stale and unappealing. I would recommend the owners to consider changing out the bread based pastries every day for quality or mark them down for being older. The cream cheese danish was fine. 3/5 stars for the old bagel. Coffee was not bad, but nothing special, which is fine. A little bit too sweet Patient service, not rude. read more

It was at a local church which had the Connect Coffee location at on its grounds. This place was nice inside, menu had tons of coffee choices and energy drinks as well. Service was also good, and the drinks come out fast. Coffee & energy drink were both excellent. Quick tip you have to buy something from the coffee shop to use the bathroom on the grounds. read more

This place was so cute! The baristas who were working were so sweet! I wanted to bring a coffee to my friend in Fresno and they poured it with no ice and gave me the cold foam in a separate cup. I really appreciated the time they took to do that! The coffee shop was super comfy inside with a good amount of people in it. I had the churro latte and it was delicious! Super cute inside, service was okay, and my drink was okay as well. I went here to try the strawberry matcha that people have recommend & I personally was not a fan. It reminded me of strawberry Milk & the freeze dried strawberries on top were tart/sour for my preference in a matcha. Could be the barista or just the day it was made.. Great coffee great pastries great seating! It's a little out of the way for a regular coffee shop for me but the coffee got was delicious, I picked up a cinnamon churro latte and it was sweet, not overpowering with caffeine but needed more cinnamon for a churro!! My kid got a croissant and it was tasty. Lots of seating but most of it inside was taken, outside was great though. Connect Coffee recently opened and this might be my new go to study spot in Visalia. This cafe is located at the Commons and there was a massive parking lot. The staff were very friendly and they were more than willing to explain and recommend the seasonal drinks. There was also a display with baked goods. It took about 10 minutes for my pastry and drink to be completed. The interior was spacious and there was comfortable furniture and outlets all around. There was some chatter throughout the cafe but it was still relatively quiet enough where it was easy to be productive. *Coffee Cake: a bit dry and flavorless. There was little sweetness and spice so this tasted like a brick. I hope their other pastries fare better. *Iced Strawberry Matcha: the strawberry component was sweet and fruity and I wished there was more in my beverage. The matcha quality was mediocre and skewed more towards the milk. The beverage felt a bit small and expensive for a large. I hope they opt for more a richer matcha ratio in the future. Although not perfect, their matcha fared better than other in Visalia. This was a 3.5 stars experience but because the study space and service was so pleasant, I rounded up. I hope that they improve with their baked goods and beverages in order to be competitive with other cafes in Visalia. read more

This is the best coffee shop I've been to. The ambiance is so wonderful, it's very spacious with lots of seating both inside and outside. The decor is wonderful and cozy, there always seems to be fresh flowers on the tables. I've tried a new iced coffee each time and the drinks have always tasted perfect, with perfect ratios of milk, syrup, and espresso. They are always playing wonderful music ranging from the 70s-90s, and it's lightly played to be relaxing background music. The staff have been nothing but nice to me when ordering. Their bagels are very crispy and yummy too! This is the perfect place for a Sunday reset, homework, a date, a book club meeting, or catching up with friends. The vibes are nothing but warm here. When we arrived, there were some people taking drinks to-go, people chatting, while others were studying or working quietly. The atmosphere really worked for both. Review is based on two visits. Connect coffee is becoming my new fav study spot in Visalia! There's a lot of indoor and outdoors door seating with outlets and WiFi. Prices for drinks and food are affordable. Food and drinks tastes okay. Your typical latte! Strawberry matcha was interesting - strawberry foam tasted like nesquik strawberry milk powder and not much matcha flavor. They warm up your food here which is a plus. Chocolate croissant was decent. Lemon poppy seed muffin was very dry. I come here for the purpose of studying so the food doesn't bother me much. It's a great place to hangout and chat. Pretty cute place! I think it's part of a church or church program but I'm not 100% sure. I thought the vibes were good and everyone was nice. I loved their cute summer seasonal menu! They also offer sparkling drinks which is pretty unique. My boyfriend likes their orange creamsicle and the seasonal strawberry shortcake one I think. My son had the strawberry matcha which was really good. My spouse had the cookie latte. She really liked it. My daughter had the banana bread. I love me a coffee shop. I was excited to see this one open up. The inside was a good size that offered a LOT of seating. The service was okay. Not very friendly especially for a coffee shop connected to a church. BUT the coffees and pastries were great! I tried the iced chai and the strawberry matcha both were great especially the strawberry matcha. For pastries we tried the brownie, jalapeño bagel and the cinnamon walnut coffee cake. one of the best coffee cakes i had. So soft ! the bagels were soft too! just not enough cream cheese in my opinion. The music they played was very mainstream which was suprising as well. The staff is very friendly, and the coffee itself (white chocolate mocha) tastes good. However, my drink was lukewarm and only about half full, with the rest being mostly what I think was whipped foam. The matcha was delicious and so was the iced mocha was great, we did order ours half sweet as we don't like our drinks overly sweetened. Chocolate croissant was perfect. This coffee shop has a nice atmosphere and the iced vanilla sugar free latte I ordered was good (hence the picture lol). I also liked the music that they were playing too. However, the customer service was not great. I came here about a month ago to meet with a friend to do homework. She got there 5-10 minutes prior to me, so I ordered alone. There wasn't a line, so I went straight to the front and looked at the menu. There were a good amount of employees behind the counter that were cleaning. A couple of them looked right at me and didn't bother to greet me or say they would be there soon to take my order. After a minute or two of waiting, a girl finally came to take my order. She didn't greet me at all and just went straight to asking me what I wanted to order. After I ordered, my drink was made right away, so I went to go get it, and I thanked the staff. Not one person acknowledged me. After I said thank you, I grabbed my drink and saw the only male worker at the counter glaring at me. I'm not sure what caused him to act this way towards me when I never said anything to him. I also wasn't rude to any of the staff members either. Once I sat down next to my friend, I told her what happened. I asked her if she was treated the same way. She said yes and that the guy was the one that took her order, and that he was getting an attitude with her. I'm not sure why we got this kind of service when everyone else seemed to get great customer service. I probably won't come back here due to this. read more

Nice little coffee shop, just opened about 3 months ago. They have good seating inside and out. The prices were really great, $4.50 for my medium iced chai latte...until today. Price went to $6.25, still cheaper than Starbucks but boy, it didn't take long for the price to jump up that high. Once they reach the same level as Starbucks, I'll have to go back to at least getting stars and rewards for my over priced coffee! read more

I ordered the Blueberry Coconut Matcha and they charged me a $1 for oat milk. I asked for my drink to be half sweet cus she said, "that it was really sweet and it". And, my drink sucked balls!!!!! I was freaking furious! If you need to use the restroom you got to walk about a mile down a hallway and good luck if you make it in time cuz by then you'll probably piss in your pants. They had a good idea a good concept but overall the play sucks! That was my first time there and I will not go there ever again.
