This place is delicious if you are craving bomb mexican bread. It's under new owners and the bread is much better.

I just discovered this bakery when I was craving concha and MAN! Did they deliver! I bought a half dozen for $6. They also had beautifully decorated Valentine's Day themed cakes! The young lady behind the counter was lovely! And the best part is this place is like 3 minutes from my house! You guys are gonna be my concha people forever!

Posted hours on Yelp and front door are a farce. Drive up at 2:30 pm on a Sunday to locked doors and staff who pretended we weren't at there.

This place has just been open for 2 months and was a pleasant surprise. The desserts are delicious and gorgeous. The highlight was the cream empenada, but also had cookies that were amazing and fun. The various cakes were very good, my favorite was the tres leches coffee one, but also tried the cheesecake that was good. Overall, one thing that is different about this place is that not everything is super sweet, which I appreciate greatly. It helps keep the flavors of the various fruits and components intact. The store owners are probably the sweetest thing you'll find in the bakery, and incredibly welcoming. Everything is fresh. Would highly recommend trying this place.

Loved Loved Loved the NUM NOM Birthday cake they made for my daughters birthday party! They went above and beyond in the detail put into the cake. Out of the many bakeries I called THEY WERE OPEN, They only ones open and taking orders during the coronavirus. They were able to take my custom cake order in short notice, reassured me they could have it done by my date and was greatly priced! Also the smell in the bakery was amazing it smelled of fresh conchas, and many other fresh breads. Definitely will recommend to all my family and friends!

Sloppy Promotion cake with miss spelled words

Ordered a cake for a promotion ceremony, the person taking my order was not very detailed on the receipt on how I wanted it, so I called later to talk to the person decorating and it was very difficult to get a hold of her. When I picked up the cake it was very poorly executed. Congratulations was misspelled and the writing was not neat. I asked if they could fix it and just write congrats but of course she was not there and her employees could not get a hold of her. The taste was decent and not overly soggy.

a plate of cookies and a cookie

We got many tasty pastries. There is a good variety. Everything was fresh and prices were reasonable. We would come again to try more things. Thank you!

Over the summer, I've frequented scoops as the location and atmosphere are unique and fun. It is in a great spot, and has friendly staff behind the counter. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself is intensely unremarkable. Flavors at Scoops are either minimally flavored creamy milk or absolute hydrogen sugar bombs. There is no in between. I did enjoy one flavor, but I inquired the scooper if they made it in house but was disappointed to learn it was one of their imported flavors. Additionally, the dirty sodas are not so dirty. They are simply overpriced sodas. Moreover, the staff is helpful and prompt, but management fails to realize that a single scooper for a busy night sours the experience for all. Long lines and wait times are easy to build up especially when the more involved items are being ordered. A few times I've heard some people tell the scoopers that they know the owner, at which I've questioned the point. Odd. Speaking on owners, of the times I've visited Scoops I've seen them once. His contribution was yelling at his scoopers. It created an awkward environment and longer wait times. For being vocal and seemingly involved in their community, I expected the owners to be more involved and professional. Poor scoopers. Scoops has potential, yet the atmosphere and friendly staff are hindered by mediocre ice cream and incompetent upper management.

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning, thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded. There's something for everyone on their men. I think they have some of the best matcha's around (but if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener.. you probably won't like a real matcha from here) -- I say this bc people complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol -- all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out. Plenty of spaces to work from (one of my fav spots) Service is always ask expected for hand crafted drinks and food! The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products, love that! Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha I will always come here for food/homemade pastries , a drink or to work!

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.

I know I didn't have to say "Pan Dulce" but I like saying it and you should too! It's not often you stop at a wonderful Bakery like this. The people are all so friendly, inviting and helpful. Yes some are fluent in Spanish only and that's ok, it really brings extra charm to the place. Every bread, cookie, donut you taste from here is being made with love and recipes dating back years and lifetimes. We finally stopped by and the truck was Open! They have a food truck where they make breakfast and lunch items. They had an Asada Burrito, "which can be made as a breakfast burrito", but I opted for the lunch version. The nice girl taking my order spoke more Spanish than English but I managed to understand "Con Todo" meaning "with everything", that comes with (beans, rice, cabbage, onions, cilantro). It was just ok. The meat really didn't have flavor, nor did the rice and beans. I tasted more cabbage than anything. The salsas were good, it just wasn't enough to carry the overall flavor of the burrito. I would suggest absolutely getting some pastries from here. They have a wide selection and you grab yourself a pan and some tongs at the entrance and have at it. The taco truck I would suggest maybe trying breakfast over lunch, but again my taste buds might differ from yours.

Prices; lunch combo special is $17 Combo without ice cream is $15 Wish the drinks were fountain drinks with free refills, or more choices for chips ,besides lays. The drinks are all cans. I must say don't skip the ice cream... it's creamy and delicious and that orange flavor is good, not overpowering; just right ! Tbh when I come back I'm going to order that, it really hit the spot and got those taste buds popping; I was very thrilled. I would have ate hubbys whole sandwich , if he left it unattended.
