Came by here for the first time and ordered a Maple donut and an ham and cheese croissant. Both were excellent and service was great! There are so many other things I want to try here. Give them a try!

Omg kept seeing this place advertised on social media. Was pretty excited, when I just happened to drive past it , who knew it was there all this time. Plenty of seating inside to enjoy your breakfast sandwich, donuts, coffee or boba . Loved the new years decorations on the donuts, how festive . Ordered a few donuts , including a New Year's Eve donut. These donuts were big, fresh, moist and everything you could ever imagine ,in that first bite of fluffy sugary donutness. I also ordered a mango tea, which was sweet , but good. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Everything is super delicious! Love the inside of the shop, it's nice, clean and spacious. I love how it's kid friendly. The breakfast is good, the boba drinks are delicious and the donuts are super soft. Everything is great here. The service is also very friendly. I definitely recommend Donutlicious!

We went late so they didn't have much to choose from but of what was left they tasted pretty good and were cute. Place was a cute little hole in the wall. Staff were friendly. Will be back to try more.

The donuts sell fast. Arrive at 7am. When I showed up at 3pm, I limited my selection. I respect the practice of lowering waste. That is awesome!!! The owners were kind and friendly. A customer was delivering presents to their fav donut family. That is heartwarming. Glad I stopped in. I included pics of the decor and insta ops. The sandwich had a perfectly sized croissant that was flaky, yet didn't fall apart. Egg and ham medium cooked. The bacon was cooked and healthy, but microwaved bacon has none of the flavor and all of the heart problems. Microwaved bacon is like impotence. It's there but it's lifeless and it can't give satisfaction. It should give the rest of the ingredients a divorce but clings to a one sided marriage to keep it warm at night. I really wanted to like the Boba drink, because this is my local place. Unfortunately, I don't smoke. I'd have to be an active smoker in order to have given my tastebuds last rites. "Requiescat In Pace" is what I stated after I placed roses over the "waste" of money.

    A delicious chocolate donut

Best donuts ever . The picture did no justice ! These donuts are always made fresh ! The chocolate has such a good taste the dough too . I need to try their drinks because they look so good too !! The workers are always so friendly and have good service ! It's so cute in there they even have little chairs for the kids . I love this place .

The staff here is great. They remember their regulars which I really appreciate. The business is nice and tidy. The staff is very prompt at serving orders. One of my favorite places to get an iced coffee in Visalia because they do it just right. Their donuts are delicious as well.

My family and I were headed to Sequoia in the late morning and were hoping to grab a quick and easy breakfast. Unfortunately, late morning meant that we were TOO LATE for almost all of the donuts at Donutlicious. However, they still had yummy breakfast sandwiches available. The inside is no-frills, but there are some tables available to sit and eat, and everything was clean. The duo working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. My husband and I both grabbed sandwiches since the donuts our kids wanted were unavailable. The croissants were so large that they needed to be cut in half to fit in the to-go container. They were made with two fried eggs, cheese, and meat if you wanted it. My husband got ham, which was thick-sliced, and he said it was moist with good flavor. My daughter tried to steal it after trying a bite, and she's a pretty picky eater. If we were staying in the area longer, we would've been back earlier in the morning to grab donuts. This is definitely a good spot to try whether you can get there early enough to try the donuts or not.

Their donuts are the best I've ever had! The staff was friendly and quick, I can't think of which donut I liked best, there was one with pink frosting and sprinkles though that was amazing, it might have been a cronut, overall I highly recommend going here, I'll definitely go again.

The interior is modernized (not overdone), clean, and welcoming, with a nice quote on the wall that adds character. I ordered the breakfast burrito ($11). It's simple but very well seasoned (scrambled eggs, potatoes, and cheddar cheese). No meat, which I was craving, but the herbs and spices definitely carry the flavor. Not sure what they use, but it's tasty. Portion-wise, it's a solid medium-to-large burrito and comes split in half, so it could easily be shared. I've seen bigger burritos elsewhere, but this one is filling enough. That said, $11 feels a bit pricey for something so simple. I totally understand inflation, but I think adding a protein option like bacon, ham, or sausage would really elevate it and make the price feel more justified. Service was quick; about five minutes total and the cashier was very friendly. I mentioned it was my first time there and that I'm part of Yelp Elite. I kind of wish there had been a bit more engagement at that point, like suggesting a popular item or checking with the manager about anything for Yelpers. Not a dealbreaker at all, just a missed opportunity to go the extra mile. Overall, good food, chill environment, friendly service, and efficient turnaround.

The breakfast was good but nothing flavorful to brag about but what you would expect for a good chicken fried steak. Cooked perfect. Lunch: had the fried burger and regular fries. The burger was a good size, seasoned well and cooked (medium) as requested. The fries were plain and i would recommend the curly fries. I also had the sampler plate. Onion rings: cut and cooked good. Fried pickles: tasted as they should. Cheese curds: batter well but needed and little longer to cook. The cheese had that laffy taffy stretch. Chicken wings: buffalo. I've been coming to Valhalla since I was a kid, back when they were located on Main Street. Now…read morethat I am an adult with my own family, we don't often dine out for breakfast, but when we do, Valhalla is my favorite spot. Lots of great places with great food, and friendly staff. But what makes Valhalla really stand out from the rest, is their in Äbelskivers (common spelling). They're basically little pancake balls, which you can get with a variety of jellies and powdered sugar. I like all the jellies and apple butter, with powdered sugar on top of the jellies. They're really outstanding. My two favorite dishes that I tend to switch between each time I visit are their Chicken Fried Steak and eggs, which is always delicious, and the Rande Omelette, named for the founding owner's husband. My family all have their favorites, like The Danish Breakfast, whilst some just simply order the (5) Äbelskivers, by themselves. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean, and the service is always fast. Valhalla also has a gift shop with lots of great items to peruse whilst you wait for a table (which usually doesn't take long), or after you've enjoyed your meal. They have a couple of different rooms for dining. One where you can have the room all to yourself if you have a large party, and another that used to be the (kids) "Train room". This room had a little Thomas the train and little toys and activities like felt boards and whatnot to keep kiddos entertained. My kiddos are grown, so I don't know if they still have that room set up for families with small kids or not, but it is a separate room off from the main dining area. There are two 1-seater bathrooms, off of the main dining area, and another bathroom closer to the entry/gift shop area. There is a small parking lot, but if that is full, you can usually find parking on the street out front, or there are a couple of free parking lots nearby. If you've never been to Valhalla Restaurant, in Visalia, you should absolutely check it out, for a unique and delicious breakfast experience. Oh, and they close at 2 PM, so breakfast and lunch only.

Instead, you walk in and immediately wonder if you've stepped into the wrong business. Shelves of trinkets, cards, and knick‑knacks greet you first, a full gift shop, and for a moment you're standing there, confused, scanning for a hostess who never appears. Then you notice the sign‑in sheet. Write your name, your party size, and wait. It feels old‑school, almost nostalgic, like something from a diner that's been around long enough to earn the right to do things its own way. When they call your name, you're led through what feels like a maze, rooms inside rooms, hallways that twist, tables tucked into corners, and finally a dining room decorated with a Viking boat and family portraits that look like they date back to the mid‑20th century. It's quirky, unexpected, and strangely charming in a way only small‑town institutions can pull off. The staff is kind, the sort of people who've probably worked here long enough to know half the regulars by name. The placemats are printed with ads for local businesses, a reminder that this place is stitched into the fabric of Visalia. The menu is a long laminated sheet, the kind you flip over once or twice just to make sure you didn't miss anything. I ordered the keto plate, bacon, sausage, three eggs, and a small bowl of cottage cheese topped with avocado slices. Simple, straightforward, exactly what it says it is. The eggs were room temperature, which took a little of the comfort out of the dish, but everything else was fine. Not great, not bad, just breakfast. Valhalla is interesting. The name promises Vikings, but what you get is an American diner wrapped inside a gift shop, wrapped inside a labyrinth of rooms. It's the kind of place you try once because curiosity brought you there. Whether you come back depends on what you're looking for. For me, this was a last‑minute solo brunch, a little adventure, a new spot to check off the list. And in that sense, it delivered, an experience, a story, something worth writing about.

The pasta wasn't just one-dimensional. Everything was perfectly seasoned, tasted fresh, and the quality really stood out. The pistachio cake was the perfect ending to the meal. It had just the right amount of sweetness, allowing the distinct pistachio flavor to shine through, complemented by a subtle hint of coconut that made it even more delicious. So having a massive jar of soda already right in front of me? Huge win. Now, moving on to the slightly traumatizing part: they did not bring out bread to the table. Excuse me? I'm sorry, but if I am sitting down for Italian, table bread is not an optional courtesy--it is a fundamental human right. And it became an even bigger issue when my fettuccine arrived, because the portion size was... let's just say aggressively small for a dinner entree. I was expecting a meal, not a decorative sample. However... it was infuriatingly good. They make their own pasta fresh in-house, and the texture was honestly undeniable. My husband ordered the Margherita pizza, and he literally declared--with complete, uncharacteristic enthusiasm--that it was hands-down the best Margherita pizza he has ever gotten. So, massive points there. What was not a massive point, however, was the subterranean seating situation. We were escorted downstairs into the basement, which was pitch black. But more importantly: the stairs are completely unlit. I'm sorry, but they are actively asking to get sued. It is a litigious nightmare waiting to happen. Someone is going to take one wrong step in the dark, tumble down that staircase, and own the entire restaurant by next Tuesday. They are practically begging for a lawsuit. That being said... despite the pitch-black staircase of death and the tragic lack of dinner rolls, overall? I really liked it. The food completely won me over, and I would definitely go back. I will just be bringing a flashlight and my own emergency focaccia next time.

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.

That server could have corrected this but instead said that we were not in her area and our waitress had broken a cup and cut herself. She could have been more gracious and taken our drink order. Our server came over a couple of minutes later and apologized, but she seemed overwhelmed. We received our coffee and later our food, but I asked for milk for my coffee on three occasions before any was brought to me. The food was good and was served fairly promptly but no refills on coffee were offered and when we asked for refills there our request was acknowledged but never fulfilled. When we went to the counter to pay our check, our server was unable to make change for a $52.08 bill from $62.08. This could be a good local place based on the food, but the service is such that I cannot recommend it.

Walk in and be swept away to old Hollywood glamour with white linen table clothes and service personnel that take pride in the way they look and the way they do their jobs. For brunch, I ordered the steak and potatoes, and it was sooo good. Everything was cooked really well and had great flavor, definitely felt like a more upscale brunch compared to your typical spots. One of my favorite parts though is the pastries they bring out -- such a nice touch and always super good. I also tried their cappuccino and it was just okay, nothing amazing but not bad either.
