I thought that this was cute at the drive-thru window.

Very impressed with both the product and customer service at this location! The female barista had enthusiasm, and made several insightful product recommendations from the mineral water options to the hot & cold espresso offerings. The location looks like it's new, and strictly set up for drive-thru function. I didn't mind the drive-thru option, yet there was plenty of parking should this change to eat-in (although this is doubtful, unless the building expands). Nonetheless, a pretty chill place.

4 stars for their breakfast items! But the drinks can use some work! These Sammie's have some remarkable flavor! They've gotten smaller, they cost a lot, but they sure are damn good! If the drinks here could only taste less watered down, we would be in some serious business! The sausage and egg biscuit has some sort of jalapeño in it "the cheese or the biscuit itself", I fell in love! It was soooo good! My wife got the sausage and egg in a waffle, definitely needs something sweet like syrup or honey butter to balance it but overall, another win! Skip the drinks and come for the breakfast Sammie's! You'll love 'em! Only thing is the size and the price for them. But if you're near a human bean, especially this location, give them a try! The service is amazing! Super friendly!

Wow. I am super impressed with the Human Bean. The quality of the coffee was pretty exceptional, the amount of sugar is not too sweet unlike Dutch Bros or Starbucks, and is perfect. My family didn't feel like we were drinking a whole meals worth of calories, unlike with the other coffee places. The lady who took our order was immediately available and friendly but professional as well. The chocolate espresso bean on top was a delightful touch.

This location is hit or miss. It does seem though the wait time is unusually longer than the Caldwell location. I am an HB fan, been going since 2015 in Colorado so I was excited when they opened a couple years ago and began popping up around town. The Ben Maddox one is closer to my house, but think until the service gets more efficient I will make the longer drive across town. Friendly staff, just not quick-- seems they have less staff working. And sometimes the orders aren't right.

The staff here is really nice and always offer a chocolate bean with your order. I plan to come here again

Drive thru or a walking up window. Only sitting area they have is a few tables outside. Coffee is delicious.

I would drive up all the time to get a Dutch bros but my cousin introduced me to this place and instantly fell in love, the mexi mocha is by far my favorite drink there!

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning, thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded. There's something for everyone on their men. I think they have some of the best matcha's around (but if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener.. you probably won't like a real matcha from here) -- I say this bc people complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol -- all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out. Plenty of spaces to work from (one of my fav spots) Service is always ask expected for hand crafted drinks and food! The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products, love that! Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha I will always come here for food/homemade pastries , a drink or to work!

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.

But I purchased 2 extra orders of biscuits & didn't even receive the complementary ones. I called the restaurant & gave them a chance to remedy the fact that they stole my money on food I didn't get. It was such a nice little surprise to see one here. I was debating between the Vietnamese coffee and the Creamy Jasmine drink, but since this was just a small evening treat, I didn't want something as strong as Vietnamese coffee. I ended up ordering the Jasmine milk tea. I made the mistake of choosing regular ice and regular sweetness. After my first sip, I was surprised at how sweet it was -- I don't remember Teaspoon drinks being quite this sweet before. If I could redo my order, I would definitely go with 25% sweetness. I actually ended up diluting my drink with a bit of water to balance it out. That said, the boba itself was great -- perfectly chewy and fresh. The shop was also very clean, nicely laid out, and had plenty of tables to sit and relax. There was also plenty of parking outside, which is always a plus. All in all, Just be mindful of the sweetness level when you order!
