I ordered a caramel macchiato and a Cookie Monster latte and my husband had to throw away his Cookie Monster because it just wasn't good, the drinks were so sweet and no coffee taste at all. Drive-thru. Two nonfat Americanos ordered with sweet and lo. A chocolate coffee bean added on top. Good, but made a mess with it melting and the coffee leaked everywhere. Just a mess! Wow, my experience at this coffee shop was phenomenal! The customer service was exceptional. Both of the customer service baristas were friendly and polite as well as efficient. They communicated well with one another and they information that they both provided me with, regarding the point reward system helped me to decide; when I want a frozen refreshment or a hot cup off coffee, that this is where I want to treat myself. I found it delightful to have interacted with youths that provided; information, polite conversation, professional respectful communication service with genuine warmth and a smile. I am pretty obsessed with chai, but only when made a certain way and they nail it every time! I wish there was a location closer to West Hills because I'd go more often before class when I really need a pick me up. They are fast and always so nice I've never dealt with rude customer service no matter how busy they are. My first visit the line was to the street and they got through everyone quickly and didn't rush our order. They were so patient answering our questions and made an amazing impression. Long time customer and recently was disrespected by management. I asked for my coffee to be remade because I was not satisfied with my 5.XX drink. It took an act on congress to get my drink remade. The staff had to call the manager to get approval. My drink tasted like chemical and all I wanted was a replacement without the syrup. Never returning. read more

Can't say enough good things about Java Heaven. We always try to go when we are in Hanford. We have only been to the Elm Street location, but our drinks are always delicious and customer service is great! We love the addition of the fountain sodas since the new owners took over. It had been a while since I had come back, this time I had ordered a hot mocha. It was okay also, not enough coffee flavor for me and it was a little bit milky and mild for me. I've been going to Java Heaven for years whenever I want a break from Starbucks. They're pretty decent for the most part, but I feel most of their drinks all taste the same no matter what you order. The coffee also isn't as strong as I like it, even with added shots. And I get charged differently for the same drink depending on who is working. They're around the same price as Starbucks, maybe a few cents cheaper. Will definitely keep going back, just not my favorite coffee spot. read more

I've only done the drive through, but always very friendly service, which is much appreciated when I'm caffeine deprived and partially deranged. Coffee is very tasty, particularly if it's got a dairy product in it. Cafe au lait is my favorite beyond just black coffee. I prefer it to Starbucks. The drive through can be a bit slow, but I usually try to calm my caffeine-addicted demons when waiting in line and imagine they're just taking their time pouring love into my cup.
