We live in Lemoore and drive all the way to this location because they always go above and beyond with every cake order we've ever given them! I called in 2 days ago (I know VERY last minute) and THANKFULLY they were able to take my order over the phone, and went above and beyond on the cake! We are so happy with how my son's cake came out! Every time I come to baskin-Robbin's I order a strawberry Mango smoothie. They always ask me what base and I get so confused because none of the others Baskin-Robbin's ask me that. So I get so frustrated and tell them I just want strawberry. They say the manager wants to cut back on the extra left over but it should be about the customer first. Nice little Baskin Robbins awkwardly located between the rail road tracks and what some day will be a new Les Shawb. Recently remodeled, it's clean, well lit and always well stocked with 31+ flavors. They used to have 3 tables inside but got rid of them and now have no where to sit. Luckily they kept their drive-thru if you want to bother going inside. The employees have always been friendly and quick and even though parking is a little strange I enjoy coming to this location. read more

Came to the drive thru with the kids to get them some ice cream. I tried out a new treat, a warm cookie ice cream sandwich. I ordered the double chocolate chip cookie and a peanut chocolate cookie filled with cookies n cream. May I say that it was really good and was satisfied with the combination of flavors. Craving some right now... This place is very small and is right next to the railroad on 11th so if your trying to order and a train is passing by its a little overwhelming trying to order/listen to the person with the speaker and or wait til it passes through and the ringing bells stop. You CAN expect to wait in line for about 10 to 15 minutes at the least. They usually have a lot of customers inside and in the drive through. Itd be nice to have a bigger store or another area where theres better parking and faster service. In addition, if ordering after suns out, u may face the ordering board may be really dim to where you cant see all the flavors they offer. Otherwise...everything here is pretty yummy. read more

This is our go to spot for a quick treat, its nice because we don't even have to get out of the car, they have a drive-thru! The ice cream is always good here, they don't skimp on giving you enough ice cream or on toppings which is nice. I always get the Banana Royale, and they load it up with bananas, caramel and nuts sooooooo good! It's a little pricey but definitely worth it. My only complaint is that the drive-thru always seems to take forever even when there's no one in line. Will be back though :) read more

Went one day during playoff baseball . I know they have a seasonal ice cream called baseball nut. Knowing that the baseball season would be ending I stopped and waited in the drive through which was packed, to be disappointed to hear that they were out of baseball nut. As I declined to want something elese, I asked does another BR have baseball nut. To find out to my surprise that they had it here in the store. But I'm packed quarts. I said yes. And it seems like the employee seemed or assumed that I didn't want a quart. I had a feeling that they were too busy and didn't want to go get the pre packed quart. Like if it was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, when she arrived to pick it up it was hair laced. Ok, no problem let's just grab another. However, before that option was given, the gal asked if she could just remove the hair. Nice small location. Occasionally busy but usually pretty fast in and out. We only do drive through at night. Nice selection of ice creams. A bit on the pricey side but worth the good quality. They also have soft serve, which we never knew until recently we bought some root beer and needed soft serve for floats. Parking is a little awkward here. read more

Today, Saturday January 24th, at around 3p we decided to purchase an ice cream cake and a Blast at Baskin-Robbins and to our disappointment, recieved poor customer service from the 2 young ladies working at that time. We asked if we could use a reuseable cup instead of their disposable cups, the answer wasn't the problem, the manner and the tone in how she answered it was. Strike 1. Strike 2, was when we inquired about the ice cream cake, we were particular in what we were asking for, and again, the answer wasn't the problem, the manner in how she addressed the answer sounded like we were an inconvenience as she raced in giving us the only types of flavours they had that we did not catch any if it. It seemed like we were taking up her time. So she decided to make us wait to finally show us what we had decided on. That was strike 3. Baskin-Robins has poor service even after explaining to them that we had wanted a layered sundae with two scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Then after confused the next order a two scoop mint chocolate chip in a cup. We had ordered the last two items that were the exact same. The dessert was simple. It contained two cookies and one scoop of ice cream and the person speaking was so lost and kept on repeating questions that were already answered. The cookies weren't even warm although it clearly states "warm" in the name of the dessert. The layered sundae had too much chocolate stuck at the bottoms down the mint chocolate chip was just mediocre. If you want to have a good dessert I would not recommend this. It's convenient that it's not that busy, however, the quality of the food and service was really poor. Maybe in other areas it is different but in Hanford, CA it does not deserve a three star or above. A tip would be to clean up the outside of the shop with the exact same aesthetic and teach the workers how to properly learn to take an order from a customer. read more

The drive thru is convenient but I still prefer Rite Aid ice cream over Baskin Robbins.

Really love baskin robins, first time going to this one in hanford because I'm from Visalia. But service was horrible the girl who served us Kristy was extremely rude, rolled her eyes a few times and even as more customers walked in. She seemed like serving ice cream was a huge burden.
