I don't come here and definitely never will. I'm waiting on an order for someone else but there is 1 employee! He's trying to stay a float but there are 5 additional people waiting for their orders... mind you they were here before I got here. I've been waiting for 15 mins now. I can only imagine how long they have been waiting! He's giving wait times at 30 mins now! Management or lack there of this is unbelievable and should be unacceptable. Take care of your employees!! This customer says he's been waiting for 1 hr! RIDICULOUS! read more

I love the Mobile App. I can order from one place & by the time I arrive, it is ready to go. Today was a good day, no shortages of product or ingredients. I ordered a medium Apples n Greens with extras like ginger, nonfat Greek yogurt and pineapple. See pic for my receipt. It's perfect for this 85° weather outside. The shop was empty, but the two employees were busy with prep & making mobile orders. Thanks guys. This was is the best! See you some on Yelp 2026 read more

Good little chain for a consistent smoothie. You can now order via a kiosk which they got rid of the "tip" feature because why would you tip yourself for ordering yourself. Pricey but good and clean. read more

Almost eveytime I visit Hanford I stop here. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and fast. On one occassion I was there when someone had left their military id behind and I watched a manager actively search for it and asking his employees about it instead of ignoring the call and pretending to look for it. The smoothies are always delicious and has a good flavor balance to it. I've never found anything to complain about read more

Always very nice young people working there very polite but also do the job right oh also very cheerful early in the morning very refreshing

They are amazing. I ordered the wrong drink for some odd reason and they corrected my mistake. Perfect customer satisfaction.

Amazing! I went in their and only took 5 minutes. Excellent, delicious, and nutritious!

The Hanford Jamba crew has never let me down, keep up the good work team.

I love this place, the service is always quick and the drinks are always tasty. This store is always clean and the staff is always so friendly. I always enjoy the pomegranate passion with there waffle treat that is always so fresh and tasty. read more

The staff is friendly but the smoothies are not good, I ordered a basic strawberry banana smoothie, it wasn't even a real smoothie it was a slushie. Just not a good place, if you can find a smoothie king you can see what i mean by a real smoothie. Not a slurped from jamba juice read more

Ordered two drinks ahead using their app, waited about 15 minutes inside when I went to pick up, since there were other people there. Even once I was the last person left standing, I was ignored and had to come up to ask if my order was ready, even though another woman had been asked just prior if she was waiting for anything. The man working there then rudely said to me that I should have told them who I was when I came in, even though I had watched others come in and no one had said anything. I will never be going back to this location and was shocked by the blatant rudeness. read more

My go-to for balancing my chaotic diet when traveling for work. I love there green smoothies. They balance my mood and digestion. I also get orange-carrot juice. Never disappoints! read more

Always great just to get a quick smoothie. This Jamba juice is a hit or miss spot because there are times that they can make the smoothie great or sometimes it's just watery or missing flavors. The guy that use to be here we don't see him anymore. He makes the greatest smoothies and it's always flavorful. Everything is balanced when he makes it. read more

I love this Jamba Juice they know me by name every time I come in for lunch. The girls and guys give good vibes.

I went to Jamba Juice today and there was this rude worker named Kenya. I came in and asked for and orange juice blended and she got really rude with me asking why I wanted it blended? Anyways I continue to pay and wait for my order and as I started to drink it I noticed it was not orange juice it was carrot juice completely different from what I asked for. Sorry but I am not Bugs Bunny I don't drink carrot juice. People who are going to be rude don't need to be working in an environment like this because it reflects badly on the whole store read more

I love Jamba Juice but when you have a good crew working it always makes for a better experience. They were in the middle of switching shifts but still on top of their game. Always getting mango a go go. Kind of inconsistent depending on who makes it. It's been like 3-4 years since I've had Jamba Juice but I think they raised the prices or maybe it's this place. Customer service could use some work. They act like "ugh I was so busy texting on my phone". read more

Pretty good Jamba. Just make sure they actually give you a full oz. of your wheatgrass shot. I only received half, but that was 1 out of 5. Besides that I visit here frequently. read more

Nothing taste better after a morning workout than jamba juice. You can choose a variety of delicious protein shakes along with any immunity booster that is surprisingly, free! Although i am always indecisive, the Strawberry whirl is the bees knees and hits the spot every time i have it. Sometimes i switch it up and get the white gummy with an apple cinnamon pretzel. Everything i order has fruit in it so i don't feel too guilty stuffing my face with healthy baked goods or yummy smoothies. The people there are cheerful and the service is always fast. read more

My wife and I came to the Hanford location and asked if they had the smoothie special, the associates working there said no, that we needed a coupon. My wife showed them her email that she recieved from Jamba Juice online, from her iphone. And the associates said that only at particpating locations, this location dosen't particpate. But she checked and it listed Hanford as one of the location that does particpate with the promotion. It was the smoothie special for $2.49 for a 16. They made us feel very dumb so we just order one Original Strawberry Surf Rider and just waited for them to complete our order. I'm definitely won't go back to that location again. Bad customer service and they were rude. I just wanted to vent out my frustration on how they handle the situation. This is the first time we ever had a bad experience at Jamba Juice. They still insisted on a coupon! If i can rate no stars i would. read more

I just love that they are vegan friendly and can also substitute milk with almond milk.

I never had a bad experience at this place, they even got to know me and made it personal. I really liked it when I lived in Lemoore.
