On one occassion I was there when someone had left their military id behind and I watched a manager actively search for it and asking his employees about it instead of ignoring the call and pretending to look for it. Even once I was the last person left standing, I was ignored and had to come up to ask if my order was ready, even though another woman had been asked just prior if she was waiting for anything. Always great just to get a quick smoothie. This Jamba juice is a hit or miss spot because there are times that they can make the smoothie great or sometimes it's just watery or missing flavors. I went to Jamba Juice today and there was this rude worker named Kenya. I came in and asked for and orange juice blended and she got really rude with me asking why I wanted it blended? Nothing taste better after a morning workout than jamba juice. You can choose a variety of delicious protein shakes along with any immunity booster that is surprisingly, free! Although i am always indecisive, the Strawberry whirl is the bees knees and hits the spot every time i have it. Sometimes i switch it up and get the white gummy with an apple cinnamon pretzel. My wife and I came to the Hanford location and asked if they had the smoothie special, the associates working there said no, that we needed a coupon. My wife showed them her email that she recieved from Jamba Juice online, from her iphone. And the associates said that only at particpating locations, this location dosen't particpate. But she checked and it listed Hanford as one of the location that does particpate with the promotion. It was the smoothie special for $2.49 for a 16. They made us feel very dumb so we just order one Original Strawberry Surf Rider and just waited for them to complete our order. I'm definitely won't go back to that location again. Bad customer service and they were rude. I just wanted to vent out my frustration on how they handle the situation. This is the first time we ever had a bad experience at Jamba Juice.
