From blended drinks to fruit, to shaved ice to elote to even some protein on their menu, granted they ran out by the time I got then. ( it was a limited trial run). But I ordered their hot cheetos elote as well as a large fruit cup with tajin in it. They cut up the corn for you, and mixed with the sauce and the flaming hot cheetos it was really good. The differences in texture (cheetos do get soggy quick), the differences in spice depending on the amount of cheetos you get and the umptiousness of salt with each bite was amazing. Wish I had added the pork rinds, I think it would've taken it to a whole new level. The fruit was good too. A good mixture of different fruits in it. It tasted great. And was refreshing. The large is so big it lasted me about 2 days. I don't know whether I was hungry or I had an easy night at work that night but I really enjoyed this food truck. I love the variety. Wish they had more protein items on their menu like quesadillas, tacos, burritos, etc. But overall it's a great food truck that does fruit and corn the right way, and I will be by again next time they visit the hospital!!
