We came in over the weekend and we tried the brownie ice cream delicious it's a must try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a little spot in downtown Visalia. They have a I believe like a bar in there they have a coffee shop and then they have an ice cream shop and I know they have another shop but anyways it's it's cute and there's 1234. I believe five like stores inside one facility but it's really clean. it's cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We decided to get an ice cream and it was delicious and my daughter ordered a one scoop in a cone and I don't know the guy that helped us ended up putting a graham cracker or some graham crackers and marshmallows on there which I thought was pretty cute. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My daughter probably requested it, but I don't remember she was happy. I'm happy. It was a cute little spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be coming back for that brownie ice cream. Lots of ice cream to choose from and no big lines. Something to grab really quick while you're in downtown and walking around or after dinner.

Rosa brothers milk and cream and the only two flavors we tried were on point! Cookie Monster creamy crunchy cookies Pistachio- whole pistachios probably local and the almond essence was a perfect concoction. Homemade waffle cone- I paid about $1.70 extra, unfortunately, was a little too thick and sweet for me. The service was wonderful! Girl accommodated my crazy order of a 1/2 and 1/2 ice cream cone kids size (only adults here). Lol. Was grateful to her Overall, ice cream is amazing,

A little hard to find at first; but when we did it, was pretty cool. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was in an area with about four other businesses; that all share the tables[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . I was able to sample a few choices before making my selection; which was pretty cool. The staff was friendly and welcoming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very casual atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went with the Texan or Texas ice cream flavor that had nuts in it ; super creamy and packed with nuts. Delicious! Topped it off with extra nuts and whip cream.

After posting my initial review with our dissatisfaction with the service, the owner personally apologized and invited us back to his shop. We were given a $25 gift card for our next visit to which we were sincerely grateful for. We stopped by during the week in which we were pleased to see others enjoying the business . The place was quite busy , clean and well maintained. The employees were definitely very welcoming and attentive of the customers. We ordered our drinks and in less than about 5 minutes our order was ready. We decided to stay and check out the place and the people just kept coming. They definitely can't get enough of this place! Thank you once again for your help with making our experience possible and great . We will definitely be returning soon.

Such a gem here! I love the variety of flavors to try here I am two nights in a row it was so good. I would say the ice cream scoop flight is a bang for your buck. With four Ice Cream Scoops of your choice with a waffle chip on each scoop. I believe we got the hand made waffle chip and it was a natural sweet taste . We had the rock road, birthday cake , pistachio and orange cream. My top 3 is the Orange dream 10/10 taste just like an orange cream super creamy not watery tasting . 9/10 pistachio I personally wanted more pistachio in it but that is such the pistachio lover in me. The birthday cake took it home with the cake chunks in it! it was a dream. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a great place to for a date night to grab some ice cream and people watch downtown.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Lots of flavor variety, menu specials, and friendly staff. We couldn't choose after sampling a few and decided on a medium pistachio + oatmeal butter cream scoops. Yummy for our toddler but felt healthy as well! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ice cream bar is located in a food court area so you can easily get your grub on with drinks on the side![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The ice cream is divine! We ordered the funky monkey donut sandwich with Texas chew ice cream, a hot pressed donut sandwich with cookies and cream ice cream and a single scoop of Rocky Road. The service was great. We were greeted with a smile and told a little bit of a background story of how the company came to be. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is chill. It's an open plaza with surrounding businesses and open seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I ordered the FUNKY MONKEY with a TOASTED MARSHMALLOW and it was divine ! The ice cream itself has the perfect amount of sweetness, but not overpowering, just how I love it ! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance in the plaza is very relaxing to meet with friends and family anytime[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Great Ice cream. Hand made and 5 star service from the lovely hard working staff. Our son spilled ice cream and they were very helpful.

Our 2-year-old's eyes lit up like it was Christmas. The flavor kept him engaged even though it wasn't too seeet, and he didn't fling it everywhere (a win for us). Plus, the staff were wholesome, chatting with us like we were locals even though we were just driving though and visited for the first time.

A little pricey but worth it! Located in downtown Visalia, they're open late. This could easily be addicting.

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning, thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded. There's something for everyone on their men. I think they have some of the best matcha's around (but if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener.. you probably won't like a real matcha from here) -- I say this bc people complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol -- all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out. Plenty of spaces to work from (one of my fav spots) Service is always ask expected for hand crafted drinks and food! The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products, love that! Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha I will always come here for food/homemade pastries , a drink or to work!

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.

Yes some are fluent in Spanish only and that's ok, it really brings extra charm to the place. Every bread, cookie, donut you taste from here is being made with love and recipes dating back years and lifetimes. We finally stopped by and the truck was Open! They have a food truck where they make breakfast and lunch items. They had an Asada Burrito, "which can be made as a breakfast burrito", but I opted for the lunch version. The nice girl taking my order spoke more Spanish than English but I managed to understand "Con Todo" meaning "with everything", that comes with (beans, rice, cabbage, onions, cilantro). It was just ok. The meat really didn't have flavor, nor did the rice and beans. I tasted more cabbage than anything. The salsas were good, it just wasn't enough to carry the overall flavor of the burrito. I would suggest absolutely getting some pastries from here. They have a wide selection and you grab yourself a pan and some tongs at the entrance and have at it. The taco truck I would suggest maybe trying breakfast over lunch, but again my taste buds might differ from yours.
