The Churro One with Heath bar & honey toppings.

This place is fantastic and I'm so glad I tried it! They have unique flavors to try. I will definitely be back to try more flavors. I tried The Churro One with honey and Heath bar toppings. It was delicious and I want to go back for more! Give it a try if you like cinnamon and caramel flavoring.

Wish there was more jon dairy options but overall very good, just like tiktok! I enjoyed the mango w/chamoy and rainbow sherbet. Very refreshing!

Visiting family in Visalia, I have yet to find any other "How We Roll" experience like the one we had here. They are so attentive and take time to make your ice cream! Expect lines, but so worth the wait!

A work of art! The menu is huge and a bit overwhelming, to be honest, but once I finally made up my mind I was intrigued by how quick and efficient the staff was. They quickly prepped the ingredients for the different selections and got to work, making 4 orders in the blink of an eye! My rolled up ice cream was delicious. We will return next time we're in town.

This place is must if you are in the downtown area, we went after the Visalia car show (I know I'm late with the review), this place is awesome! It's pricey, and a different spin how they serve ice cream, liquid nitrogen is their best friend. The menu can be overwhelming as options abound. They even post their secret menu! We enjoyed their cinnamon flavored ice cream, tasted just like a Churro! The service was quick, the line can stretch out the door, parking can be limited, a dozen reasons easy for why you shouldn't go; let's just say it's worth your time! The ambiance is quaint, small, and a couple of stanchion's for people to line up. Our son loved it also, kids can be picky when it comes to sweets!

Not bad but definitely wish they made more base flavors. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun looking little shop with lots of local art.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Great service! Delicious dessert! My daughter was in rolled ice cream heaven! We were attending the state championship for USA gymnastics & another gymnast recommended this place to my daughter. We are so happy we went. The vibe is pretty cool & so many options! Wish we could go again, but Visalia is too far for ice cream. Lol! If I ever find myself is Visalia again. I'm headed here!

Different experience for ice cream and if your in the Visalia area check them out. Don't forget to follow them on Facebook or instagram prior to completing your order- you get 10percent off . If you pay cash you also get a discount too. Staff was busy and working hard to complete orders. While there making your order they call your number ,so you can watch them closely assembling your masterpiece. I ordered the muddy tail ... chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and hot fudge .... Equals yum in my tum.

What a fun concept. They roll liquid ice cream into rolls with whatever toppings. The only change I would recommend would be to have marshmallow fluff as a topping. That would have elevated the whole thing. Service is very friendly and the ambiance is cool! I will definitely be back!

Meh, cool idea, but leaves you wanting for more. I prefer an ice cream store. The service is also tricky. Sometimes they are nice and let you watch, other times they make you wait outside, rain or shine. It is also a bit pricey!

Over the summer, I've frequented scoops as the location and atmosphere are unique and fun. It is in a great spot, and has friendly staff behind the counter. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself is intensely unremarkable. Flavors at Scoops are either minimally flavored creamy milk or absolute hydrogen sugar bombs. There is no in between. I did enjoy one flavor, but I inquired the scooper if they made it in house but was disappointed to learn it was one of their imported flavors. Additionally, the dirty sodas are not so dirty. They are simply overpriced sodas. Moreover, the staff is helpful and prompt, but management fails to realize that a single scooper for a busy night sours the experience for all. Long lines and wait times are easy to build up especially when the more involved items are being ordered. A few times I've heard some people tell the scoopers that they know the owner, at which I've questioned the point. Odd. Speaking on owners, of the times I've visited Scoops I've seen them once. His contribution was yelling at his scoopers. It created an awkward environment and longer wait times. For being vocal and seemingly involved in their community, I expected the owners to be more involved and professional. Poor scoopers. Scoops has potential, yet the atmosphere and friendly staff are hindered by mediocre ice cream and incompetent upper management.

I like milk and its by-products, especially ice cream so this place seemed like a natural place to visit. And, even though it was small, and even though it is not in anyone's map of California places to see before one dies, this place was a tourist attraction that I will remember till the day I can no longer enjoy milk and the mustache it leaves behind. When we arrived to the spot there was a sole attendant, his name was Anthony and he was endearing to the max. I explained to him an abridge story of our road trip and why we made it a spot to visit. He was like really, like he could not believe that this was an intentional stop on a multi hour road trip. I was like, in my mind, this is not a Thrifty ice cream run bro, this is like a milk experience, of course it is a spot on a road trip. What I did say was like--- you are wearing a uniform, (like one of those that (I Love) Lucy waited for in the 1950's), and there was a window into a factory with workers producing milk, and you have souvenirs, thus the joint is a stop to engage with, a stop to plan for, a stop that naturally fits in someone's road trip's tour. After I said a version of all of this, his smile and eyes became wide, like he really was understanding that his presence and this joint was not just a local milk joint but could be a pit stop that can go white with fame. My intention was to get a milkshake but Anthony explained that they did not sell any. I mean I accepted it quickly, but with some lament as a milkshake is my favorite ice-cream by-product, but I made due with what I could. First, I got a chocolate milk in a bottle. Anthony was kind enough to open it for me. I used to be a big fan of chocolate milk, cause it was a staple in the school's free lunch program and I always found it refreshing and sweet and cooling. Which makes me want to define the difference between refreshing and cooling in terms of taste. I guess refreshing makes one go ahhh like after taking a sip of cold cola, and something cooling makes someone feel the crisp of cold within the body, like eating a chilled lemon paleta/popsicle. And on this day, I drank a bottle of milk and found it to be a nostalgic snack down to the last sip. It is important to note that Denise noticed that they had flavors like Orange Blossom milk, and banana ice cream flavors. So this places dares enough to think outside the box or should I say milk carton? Anthony was also lovely enough to bring out samples of their packaged ice cream. I will be honest I cannot remember all the flavors I tried but I think there was cookie and cream. And the ice cream tasted rich, deep, and fresh, like it been churned recently for pure enjoyment. Like it was meant to be good first, then sold next. And thus at its core it was artisan, not mass produced. I guess that is why they explain their products to be "farm direct." Since I could not get a shake or a cone, I decided to get one of their ice cream sandwiches. I went with what I tasted and knew to be good---- the cookies and cream. This decision was also based on the cookies they used. I reviewed the picture but the cookie was not listed. I ate the sandwich outside in the car, and every bite was a morsel of smooth crunch and velvety ice cream. It was familiar and new, it was reason enough to want to visit the place again. In fact I tried too, on the way back from the road trip but it was closed on that day. Too bad, I have put it on my return spots, I found it to be that wonderful, but again milk, ice cream, and all that it stems from it, I am a fan of, so it makes sense for me. But until then, I got the sweatshirt I got from this place to remember it!

The upstairs has an open seating concept, with only a few tables reserved ahead of time. Keep in mind that the prices are higher than downstairs, but so is the menu. We started with a White Linen cocktail, which was incredibly refreshing on a hot summer afternoon and the perfect way to kick off our visit. We originally planned to order the Burrata Caprese with Fresh Basil, but they were sold out--which must mean it's a popular choice! Instead, we opted for the Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts, and they were absolutely delicious. The dish featured thinly sliced Serrano chilis that added just the right amount of heat. The crunch from the walnuts paired perfectly with the feta cheese and balsamic reduction. Best of all, the Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly--crispy and tender without being soggy in the slightest. We loved this unique take on Brussels sprouts and can't wait to return to try more of the menu. Mia was our server and was both friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.
