**disclaimer: this is mainly a review for the matcha** Went through the drive thru and the line was pretty long as usual (it was a hot Saturday afternoon). Broistas were out there in the heat taking orders as quickly as they can and still provided great customer service. I tried their strawberry matcha latte when it first came out with oat milk and strawberry fruit topper. It tasted soooo sweet and syrupy and figured it was due to the strawberry fruit topper, so I came back to try the matcha again. This time, I got a SF vanilla matcha latte with oat milk and strawberry soft top (figured I can drink with a straw and taste the matcha without the soft top). Got my drink and the color of the matcha already looks off. To add, the strawberry soft top literally just looks like whipped cream with swirled strawberry syrup--I've gotten it plenty of times prior and it was never like this. It didn't even taste like matcha, so unfortunately I will not be coming back for it. I had the strawberry horchata chai a couple days ago from this location, and it was disappointing too (shame, I usually love it), so I feel like the quality just seems to have declined at this location recently. read more

I've been trying coffee places lately and every place has been good. I have been seeing Dutch Bros everywhere I go. The drive thru line was pretty long so I decided to park and order at the walk up window. There was a bench outside if you wanted to sit. I was greeted by a friendly employee and I wanted to try something seasonal. I ordered the Hazelnut Truffle Iced Mocha half sweet :) it had about 4 espresso shots which is a good amount for a large. I was the only one waiting for a drink and I got my drink pretty fast rather than waiting in the drive thru. I really enjoyed the flavors and it was my first time getting chocolate milk with coffee. It was a real treat and can't wait to try more drinks :) read more

Never take cars in the order they come into the drive thru & drive thru always takes forever

I get a dutch from this location almost every Monday or Tuesday and I slurp it down like a gremlin that has had nothing to drink in years.

I loved the quick and kind of slow drive thru and the drink that I always get the hot coco and the amrican Eagle with 2 shot of espresso

Great coffee and containers, gets a bit busy and signed up for the rewards and on my subsequent visit put an order in and paid and wasn't asked about rewards, when I brought it up I was told "oops need to put that in before the order." So if you get the rewards and the person doesn't ask it's on you to tell them, just note that they will ask on occasion as well... so an improvements in consistency of service and standardization is needed. Not a huge deal just was slightly annoyed that I signed up for it and then on my next visit wasn't able to collect points again..: thus three stars for standardization of service. read more

Been here a couple times and I've never had Dutch bros until I moved here to Cali . My bf loves Dutch bros and I like trying new things so I'll usually try whatever their featured items are . What I've gotten so far are pretty good and the service is always pretty fast . They stand outside to take your order and have a couple of lanes , reminds me of Chick-fil-A . I've been to many Dutch bros and the service and quality is always consistent. Went to this one around 730 in the morning and there were 2 cars in front of me. Waited about 15 minutes and finally decided to just up and go without my coffee. Dutch Bros , Lacey Ave, is my first stop on the walk I take every morning. Not only are their hot drinks delicious, I indulge in a few shots of espresso topped with some cream, or their Green tea with sugar free Peach over ice, perfect for a hot morning. Why would someone not love Dutch? I come here so often and the drinks are very consistent. Something I do not get from another big coffee company ;) the service is usually quick. There have been some instances where it was slower but I'm not in a rush when I go. The staff have always been nice and helpful. My go to is the Picture Perfect freeze. I usually only change my order to seasonal things if they sound good. Other than that picture perfect is the drink for me. I have only used drive thru so not sure if going up to the window makes thing faster or slower. read more

I have been going to different Dutch bros all over the southwest since 2012 ish. This is by far the worst location I have ever seen. Regardless of whether there are 2 or 20 cars, expect to wait an excessive amount of time. If you go to the window to order, no one will come to you and the workers are consistently goofing around inside and not even attempting to serve customers. This is probably the only location I wouldn't recommend to a friend. read more

This drive thru is a zoo! Poorly designed with no way to exit if your drink comes to you early. The staff professional and courteous.

Waited in line for no reason to low one of the workers to talk to the person in front of us for ten minutes. There was no one in front waiting. The car proceeded to move up to the window and still was speaking to the employee after receiving their drinks. Not an appropriate place to do it is you ask me. If we are in a drive thru line it typically means we have places to go. Just because of this experience I will NEVER. Be back. First impressions are the most important and you can never get that back. This place sucks! read more

I really wanted to love Dutch Bros but it's really hit or miss with the drinks. I've gotten the same thing multiple times and each time it has tasted different. I'm assuming it's because they are still trying to get into the swing of things with this being a newish location. They are however very friendly which makes it difficult to be annoyed with how long you have to wait in line for your drink. I stop here every once in a while if I see the line isn't long and feel like wasting my money on a mediocre cup of coffee but I don't go out of my way to go. read more

I went through today and ordered my drink with a soft top. When the girl gave me my drink the soft top was all melted, not thick or creamy like usual. She was not helpful at all. When I asked her if they could add more of the soft top she said no that she gave me the two spoons and that I would have to pay more.
