Makayla and Yadi at the Demaree store are a vibe! Customer service was excellent and they were having fun while getting things done!! "Paw patrol is on a roll" Thanks for the laughs ladies! read more

Team was super nice, great customer service and the manager was kind enough to tell me goodbye and have a great day when I left from the walk up window. Coffee wasn't the best, tried to go with white coffee instead of regular espresso on a medium cookie butter latte. Something tasted off on the drink unfortunately. But next time I'm in area, wanting to try something else from Dutch, I would give them another go and try a new drink concoction til I can find my new favorite. Thank you again to the cool staff this morning. Really made the day a little brighter with my coffee. read more

Lines are deceiving. It isn't because the drinks are so good. It's because the workers are too busy gossiping. By the time I got my drink, it's all melted. read more

I ordered this double rainbro with rebel. It is watered down. I can't even finish it. I do believe they took it personally and made me a bad drink bcuz I didn't TIP this time. Won't go back to this location. Infact I'm going to make it a goal to visit each one and see if I get crap service when I don't TIP. read more

This is the best Dutch Bros I've ever been to. It's convenient because it's in my neighborhood, and on my way to my classes. The broistas have ALWAYS been kind to me. I always get a caramelizer and my cup is always clean, my drink always tastes the way I like it, and refreshing. Not to mention their location is always clean. There's never trash anywhere and their landscaping is on point. Their music is played at a nice volume, never too loud when I sit at the table and enjoy my drinks. There's truly just good vibes all around. It's definitely the best Dutch Bros in the town of Visalia, if not the best one in the Central Valley. read more

First time using mobile. So disappointing. Watched people walk up and order and get their orders before mine. Even when it stated a specific pickup time, went a good 5 minutes past.. I don't get using the order ahead if it isn't beneficial. Watching 3 workers talk and laugh while one guy is working. read more

Another Dutch Bros location with the same great coffee and service. We stopped by this location on a late Saturday afternoon. To our surprise, both drive thru lines were packed but the ordering window was empty. I'm starting to become a huge fan of ordering at their window because of how short the line is. I decided to try one of their new featured drinks, the white chocolate lavender cold brew. Aside from their original nitro cold brew (my favorite), this one has been my favorite flavored cold brew to date. It wasn't too sweet and you could taste a hint of lavender. I loved the soft top, giving it an extra creamy kick! I would order this cold brew again. It was a nice surprise that they still make one of their holiday drinks even with the holiday drink menu removed from their app and website. There's a good chance that you can still enjoy a festive drink. The staff here was extremely friendly and patient with us. We can't thank them enough for checking up on us while we were waiting for our family to give us their drink order. read more

Employee here is so friendly and nice! She recommended a lot of drinks to us and asked us what our usual was. We ordered the new Holiday drinks, Snow Cap Freeze and Candy Cane Freeze. The Snow Cap Freeze was overly sweet and I think there was too much sprinkles that was unnecessary. The Candy Cane Freeze was perfect and good! My go-to will always be the Golden Eagle Freeze though! read more

Because I have kiddos, we frequent Dutch Bros and all its various locations in town! We frequently indulge probably more times than I'd like to admit. I'd say about 9 times out of 10 the beverages are very consistent and of course the staff is always great at shooting the breeze and connecting with each and every customer! My favorite drink by far is the iced oat milk golden eagle sugar-free and it must be picture perfect! read more

How sad we are today. This location has always been our number one Dutch Bros Coffee place. Not today. The young man who took our order did it perfectly. It is so important that her drink it made correctly that she has it printed on a piece of paper which I handed to the young man. She hates soft top. The person who made the drink did not read the order. They put soft-top instead of whipped cream. It was a medium drink, I requested that they remake it fresh. They just pored some off and placed some whip cream and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon on top. We may give them another chance. Not sure. We have been here hundreds of times. It was a simple request for a new drink. She said it was a simple mistake, not a big deal. read more

I came to this Dutch for the 1st time ever I get that it's Halloween people don't want to work but the guy taking our order was super rude he looks miserable! I asked for a muffin top n I always get chia seed and poppy seed confused so I asked for chia seed and he looked at me like I was stupid for saying chia seed I get it's my fault. But don't try to make me look stupid because you hate your job!! He didn't even want to walk to our car to take the order super lazy!! Idk were he got that shitty work ethic from! read more

It's now open! I heard this is the new place to try. I tried the golden eagle medium sized iced. It was a mix of caramel and vanilla. I liked it. There was a walk up window and a drive thru. My only complaint is there aren't any pastries. Friendly service. No outdoor seating. read more

Really liked the coffee and service was good really like the employees and they were all super kind

I've been to this location maybe 3 times now, they just don't do a good job in making drinks. Also, seemed like they don't like their job. I ordered two drinks, one was a free drink and it was 325 stars that I wasted because they never seem to make my drinks good. Looked nothing like I wanted and the taste isn't there. All the drinks I've gotten here tastes like nothing. So disappointing and won't be getting a drink here again read more

This location is in Northwest Visalia area (Lowe's shopping center). Conveniently located near my neighborhood. Staff are friendly and efficient. Line always looks long; however, they are super quick. As I'm typing this review, staff are bringing out drink orders before reaching the window. Love the app so I can conveniently pay/tip. Nice way to start a Friday. Drink of choice: large sugar-free iced cocomo (no whip). read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Dutch Bros. Demaree/Riggin location. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Visalia, California

This location has the best customer service in town. I would hire all your employees. If I could afford to.! ;-) Personality is everything!

This is probably the worst DutchBros service in entire DutchBros franchise. I've given this location many chances but the service sucks It's probably taking 5-7 minutes per car to get your order. It's worst than the McDonald's on Goshen and Akers. So N Demaree St and W Riggin Ave. Avoid Go somewhere else. read more

Not sure why but this location is very slow and takes an extended time making the drinks. There is always a line for the drive thru. The staff here is the same as just every other location I've gone to so the customer service is the same just speed at which the drinks are served is slower at this location. read more

New Dutch bros my bros! The drive thru is convenient and the drinks came out very fast on day one. We were gone in 60 seconds.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and ended up leaving without a drink because I was late from being stuck in the drive thru. I've never had that problem with Mooney or Akers. read more

The customer service is great and the food is very delicious and the ambiance is outside seating.

We were in town for mothers day and came to get drinks this morning! The wait wasn't bad considering how long the line was and they only had one person taking orders. I think his name was Jayden. He was so nice and really patient with my family even though we had a lot of drinks. The person at the window was really sweet too but I didn't get her name! Drinks were awesome and the mother's day sticker was a nice addition, I see why my mother in law loves it so much! read more

Everyone here is always so nice and welcoming. It's really refreshing and I've always had a great experience!!! Drinks are great!

Drink made me sick . It looked like a complete nasty mess. Not fresh at all. I don't recommend

I've been here a handful of times. Staff is always friendly and drinks have always been good.
