Team was super nice, great customer service and the manager was kind enough to tell me goodbye and have a great day when I left from the walk up window. Coffee wasn't the best, tried to go with white coffee instead of regular espresso on a medium cookie butter latte. Something tasted off on the drink unfortunately. This is the best Dutch Bros I've ever been to. It's convenient because it's in my neighborhood, and on my way to my classes. The broistas have ALWAYS been kind to me. I always get a caramelizer and my cup is always clean, my drink always tastes the way I like it, and refreshing. Not to mention their location is always clean. There's never trash anywhere and their landscaping is on point. Their music is played at a nice volume, never too loud when I sit at the table and enjoy my drinks. There's truly just good vibes all around. It's definitely the best Dutch Bros in the town of Visalia, if not the best one in the Central Valley. read more

Another Dutch Bros location with the same great coffee and service. We stopped by this location on a late Saturday afternoon. To our surprise, both drive thru lines were packed but the ordering window was empty. I'm starting to become a huge fan of ordering at their window because of how short the line is. I decided to try one of their new featured drinks, the white chocolate lavender cold brew. Aside from their original nitro cold brew (my favorite), this one has been my favorite flavored cold brew to date. It wasn't too sweet and you could taste a hint of lavender. I loved the soft top, giving it an extra creamy kick! I would order this cold brew again. It was a nice surprise that they still make one of their holiday drinks even with the holiday drink menu removed from their app and website. There's a good chance that you can still enjoy a festive drink. The staff here was extremely friendly and patient with us. We can't thank them enough for checking up on us while we were waiting for our family to give us their drink order. read more

I'd say about 9 times out of 10 the beverages are very consistent and of course the staff is always great at shooting the breeze and connecting with each and every customer! How sad we are today. This location has always been our number one Dutch Bros Coffee place. Not today. The young man who took our order did it perfectly. It is so important that her drink it made correctly that she has it printed on a piece of paper which I handed to the young man. She hates soft top. The person who made the drink did not read the order. They put soft-top instead of whipped cream. It was a medium drink, I requested that they remake it fresh. They just pored some off and placed some whip cream and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon on top. We may give them another chance. Not sure. We have been here hundreds of times. Employee here is so friendly and nice! She recommended a lot of drinks to us and asked us what our usual was. We ordered the new Holiday drinks, Snow Cap Freeze and Candy Cane Freeze. This location is in Northwest Visalia area (Lowe's shopping center). Conveniently located near my neighborhood. Staff are friendly and efficient. Line always looks long; however, they are super quick. As I'm typing this review, staff are bringing out drink orders before reaching the window. Love the app so I can conveniently pay/tip. This is probably the worst DutchBros service in entire DutchBros franchise. I've given this location many chances but the service sucks It's probably taking 5-7 minutes per car to get your order. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and ended up leaving without a drink because I was late from being stuck in the drive thru. I've never had that problem with Mooney or Akers. read more

We were in town for mothers day and came to get drinks this morning! The wait wasn't bad considering how long the line was and they only had one person taking orders. I think his name was Jayden.
