My first time here and unsure about what to order. I finally decided on the "QQ Passion Fruit Green Tea". I ordered it 50% less sugar and it was still a bit sweet for my liking. The jelly pieces were sweet so that made the tea a bit sweeter. The tea tasted fresh and the jelly pieces were good as was the boba. Drinks are customizable (level of sweetness, ice, etc) which is a nice option The place was clean and everything appeared to be organized. Staff was friendly and explained several menu options. This placed is located next to Bravo Farms at the Tulare Outlet Mall. Plenty of free parking. They have a couple of tables and chairs inside the store and a couple tables and chairs outside, so you can bring your well-behaved fur baby. I love Gong cha so I was excited to see one at the Tulare Outlets. There is 1 kiosk for ordering or you can walk up towards the register. If you're unsure of what to order, I recommend ordering on the kiosk so you can view the photo images. I really enjoyed the brown sugar with boba. The dolce coffee was a hit though. It had the perfect amount of nutty bitterness from the coffee that you can actually taste. We had ours at 100% sweetness level and it was perfect. One side note, the seating chairs were dirty. They were padded seats and were all stained. It looks like it needs a good steamed clean. read more

I will start by saying I'm a frequent flyer for this store and they rarely miss the mark. But today, I ordered two hot drinks and they came out colder than room temperature. I understand it is a busy day but this is not acceptable. It defeats the point of ordering a hot drink on a cold day out. And the line was too long for me to go back and get the drinks fixed. I ordered ahead of time on the app the still waited 15 minutes more than what the app said. They also made one hot drink, set it down and went to make a whole bunch of other cold drinks for another order, then make the other hot drink for my order (which was still cold). Common sense would make both hot items for the same order at the same time and serve immediately. If you order their cold items, normally no issues. read more

If I could give a no stars I would. We had ordered a drink with no boba, but we had received it with the topping. We let them know we asked for no boba (which shows on our order) but instead we got heavy attitude and rudeness back. Especially handling the situation and items aggressively. We were the only customers in the store by the way.. So why show attitude if this is your job? I don't know if that girl has anger issues but learn how to not take it out on others or learn how to just be simply kind. My friend ended up stepping out of the place and having a panic attack because the way the worker was acting was so overwhelming and aggressive when all my friend had told them was that she had ordered the drink with no boba. read more

Assortment of teas, milk teas, shakes and bubble waffles. Most of the seating is outside but they do offer a few seats inside. I ordered the earl grey creme Brule with brown sugar boba. I forgot to ask for half sweet but not sure that I could've as the sticker on the drink said fixed sweetness. It was definitely too sweet for my taste. I was disappointed by the flavor of the earl grey as you could barely taste it and I couldn't figure out where the creme Brule was. I expected a crispy carmely sugar top which it didn't have. But the boba was delicious and plentiful. The cashier and drink maker were also very friendly and made for a pleasant experience. read more

Was surprised so see a Gong Cha in Central Valley. It was still in their soft opening too! I came w my bf in at 4pm on a Tuesday while stopping by the outlets on the drive back to southern CA. Kinda hidden to the side of the complex. Decent amount of parking. Could never go wrong w their Pearl milk tea. It automatically came w boba in it. Brown sugar milk tea w pudding was good too with good texture. Not too sweet. Hopefully this location gets more exposure especially during the summer! read more

This place is sooooooo good!!! I got the QQ Passion Fruit Green Tea , 100% sweet & light ice. 10/10. My sister got the strawberry matcha with boba , 70% sweet & light ice. Also super amazing! Didn't expect Gong Cha to be in this area as we were looking for dessert places to go. Fast service and answered any questions we had regarding the drinks. The pearls were a bit hard though but possibly because it was towards the end of the night. read more

This chain operation introduces Asian culture drinks as well as tea and coffeee boba style. It's perfectly located at the busy outlet mall and next to Bravo Farm. I'm sure this place will do well. Perfect place to go before or after shopping at the outlets! The girls working there were sweet and provided fast service. They do have a kiosk on which you can order. I ordered a pearl milk tea and spicy peach slush. I did 50% sweet (recommended) on both drinks. Beware the spicy peach slush is really spicy . I will come again to try something new . Always come to this location when we stop by Tulare outlet and always love the service/quality of the drink. However, today there were 2 girls working and they had poor customer service. Went in they did not greet, when we were ordering they were very dry to my mom and I and stayed very dry till the end. There were no one else in the store but once the drink was done she put our drink down at the counter and walked away not calling out the order. I even had to wipe my own drink because there was milk foam all over the side of my cup. The drinks were very poorly made and overall it was an upsetting experience read more
