This DBros Coffee location is probably my favorite location of this quickly expanding coffee company. The drinks here are generally consistent, although there have been a couple of errors in making my drinks cold when I ordered them hot. No worries though, the drinks were quickly remade with no problems. Service is always great and the long drive-thru lines move quickly. Great location with some outdoor seating and walk up window for enjoying your drinks onsite. read more

This is my absolute favorite Dutch Bros. All the Negative Nancys in the comments are honestly just getting back the energy they give and end up having the day they deserve. I have had nothing short of amazing experiences and amazing coffee at this location. I can always tell that my drinks are made with love not just because they always taste perfect but, because they always write how much they love me on the lid as well haha. The staff here are honestly the best part of the experience every time I go. I can't even count how many times their hype and positivity have completely fixed a bad day I'm having. My favorite days are when they have their theme days and they decorate the shop! It makes things even more fun and festive! If I can wait in an in and out line, I can wait in a Dutch line hands down! read more

Chris did exactly what the ApP says to do.... Radiate Kindness!!! He was very punctual and energetic! Jazmin was talkative, and kept a smile on her face the whole time at the window!! She too, radiated Kindness!! Thank you Dutch!!! read more

Grace, a lovely lady who helped me provided amazing service; made it easy to order for someone who doesn't stop at places like this. This coffee drink thing is really refreshing; exactly what I needed to cool down on this hot summer day. The site has a chill vibe to it. Thank you read more

Just one of many issues the this coffee shop has is for our neighborhood all we get is plastic cups, straw wrappers and traffic! Not a good fit for Beverly Glen read more

I'm sitting at the drive thru window as I write this. Got in line at 1:00pm and it is currently 1:52pm. They haven't acknowledged that they're busy or backed up and working on our drinks. Not a single word has been exchanged while sitting at this window. No sense of urgency. Poorly managed. Definitely don't recommend this location. read more

Honestly it was the longest wait for a drink in my life. I get it if you're short staffed but if you know you're going to get a lot of customers during your peak hours why do we only have 2-3 people working during that time & especially when the line is wrapping around the parking lot... Whoever made y'all's schedule needs to dig deeper into your peak times/business. Your poor associates are overwhelmed...maybe you should have your vets/faster associates scheduled so that way you can make drinks quicker & get them out quicker to get the line down. The coffee was good but worth the wait? No. If your hours are the problem, make the adjustments so that way you won't have your customers waiting 30 minutes for one drink. Associates were sweet but definitely under immense pressure. Do better management! read more

I love this place with my whole heart and soul These are LITERALLY my people and every single person every time I come brighten up my entire day. Drinks are always so good and they make sure to get you right every time!! Dutch as a company is slowly getting rid of some items both permanent and seasonal so make sure to keep that in mind when ordering! I appreciate the time they take to chat with me and make me feel super special every time I go! This location is always clean, energetic, and friendly! read more

First and last experience here. Besides the maze you need to trek through to "actually" find the drive thru to this place, the drinks are disgusting and we're not worth the time wasted. Here's why I say "time wasted." We arrived to two cars ahead of us, the one in front of us the staff knew, cause a few came out to talk to them. No joke, it took almost 10 minutes to get out of the drive thru from the time we arrived. At one point the car in front got their stuff and left and the car in front of us still sat there. Then when they finally decided to pull up to the window, they talked to the staff for another minute or two then took off; they didn't order anything!!!! WE WAITED BEHIND THEM JUST SO THEY COULD TALK!!!! The girl who took our order was actually sweet and pleasant, it was a nice experience while it lasted. The store looks really nice, they don't have an inside so it's just a walk up and drive thru, But Just because you're a Dutch Bros doesn't mean customers will come running! Plenty of other great locations in town now, so don't waste your time going to this one! If this is how they treat customers, they're not worth the time or money! Both a waste! I don't know what's worse, the wait or to finally get your drinks and they taste like garbage. Now we're on the way to our fav location to get these replaced. Do yourselves a favor and stay far far away from here! You'll thank me later read more

Ordered at the walk in window. The lady that took care of me with the pink hair needs some more training in being personable. Didn't smile, was not friendly just indifferent, no eye contact. At least at other cofee shops they acknowledge you. Hope her day gets better cause it's not showing she's having a great day working there. The drink was good. read more

Excellent Dutch Bros! They do a great job every single time. The employees are really friendly and efficient. This is one of our favorite locations to get our drinks. So very nice. read more

I just had the best experience at Dutch brothers and I'm not even from Visalia. There was an employee by the name J-Rod that I met who had excellent customer service. Not only was J Rod, courteous, intelligent, and very good at his job, but he provided a service that most of our Starbucks and fast food joints forget about... J-Rod's customer courtesy, customer integrity, and just overall human kindness. I have never had a better experience in my life than I did today at this Visalia location. And I go to a lot of Dutch brothers. Trust me. My drinks were good too. As always, you can Trust in Dutch Bros. read more

First time going to Dutch Bros! They were super friendly and provided amazing service. Also the music selection was on point. The iced coffee with Irish cream and added protein was good and the strawberry iced rebel energy drink was good too! Definitely be coming back again! read more

I just wanted to say I stopped by this morning and I was in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes. I think that at this point this location either needs to get more staff or train their current staff better. read more

I'm just sad and mad , I couldn't give a 50 star rating ...but five stars will do.....imagine having so much time on your hands ...that you wrote paragraphs about a brand new Dutch Brothers operation.......looked it up....that's the definition of a lost, tortured troubled soul.... What a great store, location ......found it perfectly the first time and as trailblazers like Lewis and Clark navigated ...the path was discernible, and while the roads are under construction it is still being carved out.,..but if you have two brain cells and are not entitled, and lame , you can find your way there with zero trouble.....I did on the first time ...maybe if you think this is a maze ....you need to get your diaper checked ... The service and staff are impeccable as Dutch Brothers is known for ..they care, chat with you a lot more than just take your money...and give you the Amazing one of a kind Dutch Brothers Coffee In the end ,,,ignore idiots comments is the best review I can write, whose sense of self worth is knocking others instead of building people up.....these type comments is why America is going down fast, spoiled instead of grateful and thankful....Dutch Brothers you are amazing and have an amazing product and business plan...... Also I a have strong suspicion.....that poor comments could be generated by "poor sport" competition ,,,,,,,,,but can't prove it ...,it wouldn't surprise me ..... B. read more

This place is great but the poor kids that have to walk around the cars to take an order. Lately there has only been 1 person taking orders. I like them better then Star Bucks but I learned that their Nutty Irish is ALL cream....They are very friendly, just a bad spot to put that store because there are 3 stores in that lot now. read more

Guy with the glasses was pretty rude and pretty was much implying I should make my own coffee at home since I pretty much only wanted a black coffee. Won't be going here again due the guy who works there who tried to make me feel as if my order was too much of a burden for him to make. Also asking me personal questions on what I'll be doing with my day after he hands me my orders. Got a real unsettling vibe from him. read more

Every time I've go through the line at Dutch there are two baristas, Monique and AJ, that really go above and beyond!! When Monique takes my order in the drive thru, she is very compassionate and sweet. She always makes sure I'm doing okay, even on the rough days. When I grab my drink from the window, AJ provides amazing and friendly service! Her humor brightens my day. I have never had a bad experience going to this Dutch Bros location. Definitely my #1!! read more

Favorite location to visit. Great customer service and great workers. Always get my drink fast

This dutch location will always be my favorite. The barristas are always nice and are always smiling whenever i roll through, and they always make me feel special and important No matter how long the lines are i never feel like im waiting longer than 10 or 15 minutes to get my drink and this is with me being in the back of a long line of cars. Whenever i go, i usually see Sherring at the window and she always makes me laugh. They finally opened the side entrance on mooney so it is so much easier to get to the drive-thru area. My favorite drink is a strawberry banana peach smoothie with soft top on it. I like that this one has a seating area and lots of parking. If you're waiting for a table at texas road house just walk over and get a drink!! read more
