This place was a little tricky to find; but once I did there was plenty of free parking . [[HIGHLIGHT]]As soon as you open the door to his coffee shop, it was both open and inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave good recommendations on drinks. We ordered the mango peach refresher with lemonade.... Omg this is dynamite. Gives Starbucks a run for there money; I'd give it to Vali Coffee on this one. Nice mango pieces incorporated in the drink ; plenty of them. Sweet and refreshing ; quenching on a hot day. My husband ordered a salted caramel cold brew; perfect smooth creaminess on top and bold and smooth coffee creation underneath.Perfect balance to be honest. I would definitely come back ; and even try more drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Downtown Tulare ... this is a nice chill coffee spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Very fun options but at the cost of high prices and very slow service. I placed an order for pick up and it took 40 minutes from when I placed the order for it to be completed. Even though there was a 20 minute estimated wait time, no one appeared to care that my order was lost in the queue. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The couch was comfortable to wait on but I was irritated about the slow and nonchalant service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] *Joe's Toast: the cream cheese was applied very lightly so this tasted closer to a traditional avocado toast. The tomatoes were fresh, juicy and sweet. Although there was a generous application of red pepper flakes and pepper, the avocado smear was cooling so it was well balanced. The bread was crusty but not toasted enough so it was a bit soggy when I started eating. *Vanilla Sweet Cream Matcha: the matcha was weak and for $6.25, I would hope that the beverage filled the entire cup. The cream looked nicer than it tasted. The cream top tasted like nothing and overall this was an overpriced cup of milk. *Mango Peach Cooler: heavy on the peach syrup but nearly no mango flavor. This was refreshing in the sense that it was practically water with the essence of fruit. The avocado toast wasn't bad but the drinks were subpar and overpriced. Especially given with the poor service, I wouldn't come back.

After visiting Vali Coffee for the first time. I can say I had a great experience. I was instantly welcomed when coming in. The baristas were nice and had great customer service. I tried the blueberry matcha and it was delicious!! Will be back

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is amazing! Quiet, comforting and the coffee is delicious![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the cold brew with sugar free caramel cream and OMG it was soooo good! The chocolate chip oat meal bar was also tasty. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was such a great spot to sit and read a book and enjoy a good coffee.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be back. The service was 10/10. Thank you!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute and spacious coffee shop![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's different seating options, couch, window area, tables, and even a separate room area with a kids table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place gave me Bozeman, MT vibes which I love![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was so friendly and great! And the matcha latte ordered was amazing.

Cute spot in downtown Tulare, yummy drinks, I've had a hot and iced vanilla latte there. I've had a lemonade green tea, and their peach mango cooler. I've also tried their avocado toast with cream cheese - so good! & friendly service always. The only con- there is a smell that is so strong to me of salon or perm? I've noticed it the last three times I've gone. I thought it was just this spot but I walked around downtown into another store and it smelled like that too?? Anyone else notice this? Anyways, it makes it difficult to stay inside for long, I always want to get my drink and go quickly, shame because the inside is decorated so cute and it'd be nice to sit there. Hopefully they figure out what's causing the smell.

Up until today I haven't had a bad drink from here. The girl was not friendly at all and looked so annoyed that I was there to pick up my drinks via curbside pickup and then both drinks were made horribly. Hoping it was just an off day for her

This is my frist time trying out Vali Coffee and I have to say I'm quite impressed! I seen on their instagram page that they had a pistachio iced latte. At first I wasn't sure if I'd want to try it onlh because I didn't think it would have a pistachio flavor but I was wrong! Its the complete opposite, you can taste the pistachio and the latte itself it rich and creamy! Also, the whip with pistachio bits add a great mix! Can't wait to try other drinks off their menu! But this pistachio latte, definitely recommend! *Online Orders are convenient, and give you a time to pick up, pickups only until 10:30am* it's convenient if your on the go or on your way to work. You can also go to the cart and order. Today I didn't see many people, only two people ordering around 9:00am if you decide to stop by and order. They're really quick with their drinks!

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning, thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded. There's something for everyone on their men. I think they have some of the best matcha's around (but if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener.. you probably won't like a real matcha from here) -- I say this bc people complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol -- all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out. Plenty of spaces to work from (one of my fav spots) Service is always ask expected for hand crafted drinks and food! The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products, love that! Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha I will always come here for food/homemade pastries , a drink or to work!

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.
