The broth was just shy of flavor. Still lots of protein in our meat and chicken bowl. I appreciate the staff in the back cooking with gloves. I liked that two waiters attended to us. Great service. I called in my order and spoke with a pleasant, courteous and professional employee. He quoted my order to be ready within 5-10 minutes which I don't feel was a bad wait time. I've been inside the building before and I like that it's always fresh inside with nice decor throughout. They are always very welcoming. I really like the sincere "hello" and eye contact upon entering.. unlike other places that do that yet out of habit or being mandated by management. Enough said. Pros: the bowl was prepared before my eyes with fresh fruit. I truly enjoyed the taste of the granola, mixed with the açaí base, peanut butter and fruit. I will definitely be back! Cons: perhaps a bigger portion container. I get everything is expensive nowadays and they too had to increase their prices as any business should but I believe the portion for $9 can be a bit larger.
