Dutch Bros Coffee is now open. I stopped in after a trip to the store with the red bullseye and expected the usual long wait that you experience with a new coffee establishment, but that was not the case today. I pulled into the two lane drive-thru line with about five other cars. I went directly to the outside lane and waited my turn. I didn't see a menu board in this lane, so I'm glad I knew what I wanted. I ordered the Salted Caramel Breve. This is the second time that I have ordered this from a DB location. I will say that my drink was not as tasty as my first SCB, but it was still pretty decent. The service, however, was exceptional. I'm glad that T-Town has this Dutch Bros location. They have lots of staffs out side to greet ya in the drive thru and service is professional, friendly and efficient!!! Lots of coffee and tea options, including sugar free. Ask to make it perfect- you'll get Carmel and Mocha drizzle. The perfect is Picture Perfect worthy and with a few added calories lol My sister and I tried the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha latte and it's delicious. I got the regular and my sis got the sugar free and loved it. The parking lots sufficient for now until other establishments come, but enjoy it for now. They have a walk up and order spot too. I find staff is always friendly and happy to help with creating the perfect coffee for their customers. My wife and I love the Haselnut Truffle Mocha, especially half sweet and with an extra shot of espresso this drink is bomb! Going to Dutch Bros is definitely a time commitment as drive through lines are regularly long. Although there are some days where you can find shorter lines especially during the week. I am a regular customer that goes to Dutch bros in Tulare CA every morning unfortunately I have had very bad experience here at this location every morning for the last 4 months, the service has been bad the employees are not coming out side to take our orders and build up big lines! i wait 20mins or more just to take my orders and when finally an employee comes out to take my order that same employee is at the register, I think it's unfair that one employee is always doing the work when you guys have a lot of employees on-site I see lazyness and no team work, I spend a lot of money at this location and all I want is my coffee and fast service how it should be. Today I asked a worker that that finally came out side to take our orders, and I asked her do you guys don't want to take orders out side any more? Her response was "no" and walked away I am very disappointed with the morning workers and recommend to reevaluate them or reevaluate the managers.
