I got the "Hallelujah" iced coffee that has white chocolate and added Hallelujah cold foam. Best. Coffee. Ever. The building is gorgeous, inside and out. Love the decor! The ladies behind the counter were super friendly and sweet. There is even a beautiful outdoor seating area. Even ordering was easy! The kiosk had pictures and was very descriptive, which made choosing add-ons so much easier. The drinks were priced well. We purchased 3 coffees (with add-ons) for less than $22. The jelly pieces were sweet so that made the tea a bit sweeter. The tea tasted fresh and the jelly pieces were good as was the boba. Drinks are customizable (level of sweetness, ice, etc) which is a nice option The place was clean and everything appeared to be organized. Staff was friendly and explained several menu options. This placed is located next to Bravo Farms at the Tulare Outlet Mall. Plenty of free parking. They have a couple of tables and chairs inside the store and a couple tables and chairs outside, so you can bring your well-behaved fur baby. Overall, this place was okay but nothing on the menu that keeps me wanting to come back.

It had the perfect amount of nutty bitterness from the coffee that you can actually taste. We had ours at 100% sweetness level and it was perfect. One side note, the seating chairs were dirty. They were padded seats and were all stained. It looks like it needs a good steamed clean.

There's plenty of parking if you choose to walk a bit; parking available at the former Bed Bath and Beyond lot. The store was pretty clean and organized. Ordering can be achieved two ways, with cashier or self-serve kiosk. We used the kiosk. Ordering was pretty easy and efficient. Here's what we ordered 1. Creme Brulee Coffee $7.75, coffee topped w/ crème brulée foam & dalgona candy crumbles (about 106-145 mg of caffeine). You can substitute your choice of milk base and level of sweetness. I opted for oat milk ($1.00 up charge) and 50% sweetness. Total $8.75. The coffee was good but not outstanding. I would order again if I happen to be near that area but would not go out of my way. 2. Coconut Coffee $7.75, coffee infused w/ coconut cream & topped w/ toasted coconut flakes. (106-145 mg Caffeine). This was ordered with almond milk and 50% sweetness. I really couldn't taste the coconut flavor. It was okay and probably would not order again. Total $8.75 I do like the option of picking the level of sweetness but disappointed in the up charge when substituting the milk base. Customer service was efficient and ambiance is laid back. They have several board games available so this is nice if you come in with a group and just want to chill.

On my next visit I'll request half the sweetness. The boba was perfect and plentiful. I would recommend Teaspoon!
