It's tough to be patient when you are seeking that caffeine pick me up. It took 20 minutes for us to get our drinks. When I inquired the response I got was curt. So I just hushed and waited for my order. We kept seeing orders on the screen beam received, and then our name was still listed under progress and their orders were being made before ours. So I witnesses other orders being made before mine when mine was on the screen prior. To add to it my drink as wrong! I'm giving out a two star because the girls are very nice. The cashier was nice. The place is clean. I enjoyed the Christmas music and the volume. This was unusual for Starbucks. read more

I would give their service a zero if I could. I don't know how the corporation keeps this location open.

Horrible service, actually maybe even racist as there was this blonde lady she was greeting everyone who white and yelling orders and it came to my name and she left it there I didn't know she was so rude read more

COVID-19 phase Drive-thru taken. Long line! Apparently, Everyone wanted Starbucks. Ordered a nonfat sugar free Cinnamon Dolce latte. It seemed like it took forever. Got the drink and left. The worker was masked and okay. Had to repeat everything over because the worker said it wrong. Twice. Let's make it worse. Told the worker twice I wanted it hot and she brought it cold and iced. I had to wait even longer to get it. At least the drink was good. Wish it didn't take forever to get and the service was better! ! Literally took over 45 minutes! Crazy! Glad to be gone. Slowest moving ever too! Never again! They need more help! read more

I think this location not being the only coffee place in town now has impacted their ability to serve their customers in a positive way, which is good! Pros: - Very friendly staff who make every visit enjoyable. - Clean, ample seating inside. Cons: - The parking lot is always packed, not their fault at all this was poor planning by the company that owns the shopping center. - The drive through is often very long at peak hours. - They still occasionally turn off mobile ordering which is a little odd and super inconvenient at times but it is what it is. read more

I asked for a caramel wrap, they gave me a calf wrap, but it tasted very disgusting. It did not have any sugar and I asked for a strawberry açai with lemonade and six scoops of strawberries and they give me three and they paid me extra for the six pumps they heard but instead they gave me three read more

I always have good experiences at this Starbucks. Yes the line is long quite often, but that's not the employees fault. I've sat in shorter lines for longer times at other establishments. Sometimes they run out of ingredients, but again. That's not really the employees fault. When limited drinks are super popular and everyone's ordering them it can be hard to keep up with demand. And in chains I can see how that can be difficult when you have a lot of stores to stock. There's a lot of negative reviews that I always see being posted on here or Facebook and honestly I just feel like it's not the employees fault 90% of the time. Starbucks is popular. This location is in a weird spot. But they're good, and that's why they're always packed. The employees are always super nice and helpful. When they are super busy you can tell that everyone is working hard to complete orders quickly. If you work here, I think you're awesome and I appreciate your hard work. read more

It took 30 minutes to 45 to get my order, from the speaker to leaving the window. The girl who was taking the order didn't even remember that I had told her about my mobile order and when I reminded her she rolled her eyes at me. read more

EMILY HAD THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. I DIDNT KNOW YOU CAN POSSIBLY HAVE SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE. I asked for 4 cups of ice and when I asked for a cup holder she literally w the worst attitude threw it at me like ?????? Even the store manager acted like it was such a bother to add the whip they forgot ... I went inside to place my order and EVERYONE in there acted and treated us like they hated their job ... if you are going to treat people bad because YOU hate your job then maybe reconsider working at Starbucks like ????? Ugh DO !! NOT !! GO !! HERE !! Unless you don't mind getting treated like you're a bother and treated like they don't want you there ... you guys need to do better at serving people or maybe just have some common decency and not take how you feel out on people who come to your business to spend their hard earned money. read more

I came in tonight for some Starbucks before my long drive back home and asked to get a grande frap and have it split into two tall cups since my young kids don't drink a whole drink on their own. I didn't mind paying the difference for the extra cup but happy the shift manager couldn't accommodate me and instead only gave me the option of buying a venti drink to split into two tall cups which again is way too much of the drink for my kids. All the Starbucks near my home are more than happy to help and split the drink for me. What's more frustrating is the lack of accommodation or care, the problem isn't even the price of the drink but my kids won't finish a full tall drink so I usually just split a grande for them... I hope she is better trained on customer accommodations and overall satisfaction read more

A nice Starbucks with good service and a good assortment of food even late in the day. There is a small outdoor patio. Lots of free parking as there are many fast food businesses in this strip mall in the same shopping center as Wal-Mart. read more

Burnt and bitter coffee. The interior smells like old milk and the outside concrete is so dirty. Never go back.

One of the baristas always hooks me up, and she's super cute. Get the cold brew. 10/10 would recommend.

The coffee is always made correctly and the barristas are great but the location is inconvenient, and that's putting it delicately. It's tucked at the end of a strip mall, and it shares a tiny parking lot with 8 other businesses so it's usually packed. Like any Starbucks it's quicker to go inside and order BUT Starbucks blocks off half the parkinglot for their drive-thru line and what remains of the parking lot is fought over by the patrons of the other 8 businesses. Your best bet is either going at 6-7AM or 8PM, because the drive-thru takes 20-30 minutes on average. read more

Slow, got my drink wrong. Order a coffee frappe but it looks and taste like watered down milk. They messed up not once but twice. Why would they even give my something that has melted down so much and the service was horrible, barely acknowledged my existence. Its literally all liquid at the bottom with very little frappe at the top‍ 20 minute wait, no receipt and not even a thank u or sorry. read more

TBH, I would like to say that This place is amazing. I like this particular location Starbucks. It has lots and lots of room inside dining area. There are very comfortable Chairs, and very comfortable tables. It's a very cozy place either to answer your business emails or to do your college homework. They do have wifi for free and I would say it's pretty fast. There is also plenty parking space and it's very clean and I would say it's safe. Their bathrooms are very clean. If you are dining in their coffee is with free refills. The passion tea is very good. Their deserts are pretty pricey but they are delicious. My favorite thing to get is hot white mocha with barely worded up chocolate cookie. The reason I get that chocolate cookie barely warmed up is because if they will heat up that cookie to their usual temperature, my hands will be covered I. Chocolate.I can't wait till the winter time. They will have my favorite winter drink is caramel brûlée latte with cranberry bliss bars. If you have never tried it I would highly recommend to.. read more

We love Starbucks and frequent the establishment. This particular Starbucks needs retraining on professionalism and speed. Also, when you purchase the bottles of syrup and the manager isn't willing to give you a pump, that's not very good customer service! We prefer to drive to a close by Starbucks rather than getting ours here in town. Only giving a three star because of the Starbucks name. read more

I ordered via app to pick up in store. When I went inside to look for my to go order, there were plenty to go orders on the counter. I look at the employees who are very busy. I understand that they are busy but they should greet customers upon arrival and perhaps ask if they need help looking thru the myriad of to go orders on the counter. I also seen 2 other customers who needed help and also checking for their order. I don't like people touching my order so I didn't want to touch anyone else's. The employees can probably be a little more helpful. read more

Never seen slower service from a Starbucks before. Seriously. It's been many times before but I'm just really disappointed that nothing has been changed. It's obvious that they care more about the make up they put on rather than speedy and decent service. I'm over this one in town read more

I usually go to dinuba drive thru. Like them alot. Except for today, oct 12 2017, 2pm. The person in the drive thru got my order wrong and tried to make me think it was my fault because ì supposedly agreed to the wrong size. My adult son was in the car and heard them say and it was correct. I understand mistakes. I know what i heard and i know what i ordered. Dont make me the wrong one and then act very very rude. Turned around with his/her back to me. Dont dismiss me after you were wrong. Grrrrr Ok i feel somewhat better. It will be awhile before i go back read more
