I called in my order and spoke with a pleasant, courteous and professional employee. He quoted my order to be ready within 5-10 minutes which I don't feel was a bad wait time. I've been inside the building before and I like that it's always fresh inside with nice decor throughout. They are always very welcoming. I really like the sincere "hello" and eye contact upon entering.. unlike other places that do that yet out of habit or being mandated by management. Enough said.
