    Avo Toast is Lyfe

I absolutely loved my experience at Maiden Voyage! The avocado toast was delicious, and very generous. I had to get a second latte because the first one was so good. Cute decor and beautiful latte art on every drink! Please come by this wonderful coffee shop as soon as possible, you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful spot in Selma. It's welcoming, with a laid back feel. A good amount of seating, and an area in the back that has roasting equipment on display. I got the Horchata Oatmilk Cold Brew. AMAZING! I loved the heavy Cinnamon forward, the richness of the oatmilk melding perfectly with the bold coffee flavors. I do wish it came in a bigger size because it was so good. I will definitely be back again!

First time here and customer service was great and coffee was amazinggg! I ordered the banana bread latte and it was so good and creamy. I also got the chocolate croissant and it was delicious but a bit pricey it was about the same price as the coffee lol Overall I'd definitely come back and love to try other stuff on their menu (:

Loved this place! The food and drinks were reasonably priced, the shop was clean and comfy, and the overall vibe was welcoming including the employees. Such a comfortable spot to hang out--highly recommend!

Cute little coffee shop nestled in Selma. Just a 2 minute drive off the freeway! If you're passing the area and looking to support local businesses check this spot out. Service was excellent, patient and offered recs. I'm always looking for an horchata latte that isn't gonna tear my stomach up. So I was happy to see that they offered an oatmilk version of the latte! 10/10 They also have flavors that are unique to their own shop which makes it even more special. Ample seating. Will definitely be back when in the area.

    How cute, right?

This was the cutest coffee shop my sister brought us to out in Selma. Loved the aesthetic of it, especially how they decorated for Christmas. Absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming. The staff was extremely nice. There's not many seating options inside, but it was also a busy night for them when we went. Plus-- a DJ occupied the back room (and a Christmas tree) so maybe on a regular day that area provides more seating? There are also tables to sit at outside as well. We didn't get our drinks right away but we could see the baristas behind the counter working hard to get all the orders out asap. If my drink is going to come prepared exactly how I received it that night, I don't mind the wait at all. It was delicious and warmed me right up! I got the Horchata Latte, my friend got the Chai Latte, and I believe my sister got the seasonal drink at the time, Smores Latte? Can't really remember. What I do remember is... all 3 drinks were really good!! Only downside for me is the drive there, but it's not too far from me. I actually plan on making another visit there real soon! Can't wait!

Wow! I been sad since Fulton street closed up shop as they had my fave iced black coffee. Maiden Voyage tastes pretty much the same- balanced medium roast with a good flavor profile. I was impressed! It's out of the way but a nice treat for sure. Customer service is sweet and welcoming- the food looks absolutely delish, can't wait to come back and try something to eat. They roast in house- peep the picture of the roaster. There's bar seating around it. Pretty neat! Glad to see another locally owned gem with great coffee.

Obsessed to say the least!!!! I'm from Fresno and I was invited here by some family who live near by and everything here is amazing!!! The baked goods look and taste like they came straight from Europe and the lattes are made to perfection. The baristas are kind and quick. I will commute to come here again for the ambience, quality, and taste.

For you coffee enthusiasts, I highly recommend taking a trip to this coffeehouse! The coffee beans are roasted on site and the coffee is delicious! I highly recommend you try their cold brew banana bread latte !!!!! They have seating available for those that want to hang out and they play music . The staff is super friendly.

Walking into Maiden Voyage for the first time, I was definitely wowed by how bright and wonderfully decorated the cafe is - I hadn't been in the building in years, since way back when it was a different business. What a cool menu! I thoroughly enjoyed my nutty nomad coffee (made with mazapan!) and my partner enjoyed his banana nut bread latte. It was our fault entirely, but we ended up spilling one of our drinks (sorry, staff!). However, one of the baristas kindly made us another drink to replace it. We are so appreciative, because we really loved our drinks! While a bit pricey, I could taste the positive difference in quality between a drink here and a drink at a chain cafe, so I felt good about my purchase. I also just love supporting local businesses when possible. I have fond memories of the building from when I was a young child. It made me really happy to see the building buzzing with life and activity again. I look forward to visiting Maiden Voyage again when I'm back in the area!

Great place to hang out with friends or just enjoy some "me" time. Menu is not complicated, every item on it is worth trying. Avocado toast and breakfast burrito are delicious. Cortado is made right. Lavender latte tastes good with just a very slight hint of sweetness. Service is always good.

A new coffee shop in my hometown is a HUGE treat. We only have the big name companies that are okay for on the go, but to actually sit and enjoy a cup of GOOD coffee with a loved one and have some friendly banter is what I look forward to when visiting a local coffee shop. Maiden Voyage brought much anticipation. I could not wait for them to open. I follow them on Instagram (give them a follow) and drove by quite often in hope to get a glimpse of when the magic would happen. Boy did they bring the house down. The coffee was delicious. I ordered an iced Mazapan Latte and my hubbo ordered a cappuccino. The taste peanut shavings in a drink just works so well. It was delightfully sweet and refreshing. I didn't taste the cappuccino but it looked wonderful. My huz then proceeded to order a shot of espresso and I got a taste. It was quite robust; earthy, citrusy, and definitely knocked the socks off. The place is peaceful and has a vintage atmosphere with a modern industrial look. The service was friendly and we got our drinks in no time at all. I love it and I can't wait to try everything!

Great customer service, great coffee, and brand new set up! Small business coffee spots are a much better option then the well known big business coffee places. The AC was keeping the place cool and we didn't have to wait forever. I got the espresso, good strong flavor with a smooth after taste. I only used 1 sugar packet, that worked well for me. Folks that like it sweeter will probably need 2 sugars. The wife got the mazapan latte and a lemon cranberry muffin. I only tasted the latte, very good. The peanuts must have been course ground because there was some chunks in the drink. But the taste was delicious. I'll recommend this place to my family here in town for sure!

So sadly we were attended to as often as we needed. Like when the food came we had no napkins or utensils. We asked for some and took about 5mins to have them brought over. The bartender was very apologetic throughout but instead of saying sorry everytime she saw us help us out. My husband ordered the tritip sandwich with chili. Next thing, where to go. Selma has many iconic restaurants -Sal's, Rosalinda, Antonio's. But I had never heard of Rodolfo's. It came highly recommended by a few of us attending, so we gave it a go. One thing we had going for us is that we had a man on the inside who could hook it up. I was hoping it meant free food, but that wasn't the case. But we did get our own private room, so that was nice. Some recommendations were made, but I was split between the nopales, chile verde nachos, Rodolfo's special, Selma special and chile verde plate. In the end, I went with the namesake Rodolfo's special. I was told that the taco it came with, the Selma taco, was named such, because it won a taco competition in Selma. All the more reason to try it, right? Didn't have high expectations for the chile verde chicken enchiladas, but I like chile verde and enchiladas, so why not. Service was quick. In no time we were all served and chowing down. My plate was very hot and I could still hear the meat in my tacos sizzling, so I wisely started with the enchilada. The flavor was great, my only issue was the chicken, because it did chicken things that chicken does. But it was still good, don't get me wrong. After that, I waited on my taco to cool down. Yeah, it was that piping hot. It was good, but not great. I think it was the partially fried tortilla. It's something that they have to do though, given how loaded the taco is. A limp tortilla would not be up to the task. I know some people like some structure to their taco. I don't mind getting down and dirty. Personal preference. I have to say, the middling reviews had me a bit worried. Getting VIP service ensured that we were taken care of though. Side note experience that I didn't have. A friend felt like he got overcharged. $16.95 dinner plate with water and his bill came out to $24. He didn't want to make a thing about it. It wasn't that big a deal for him. But for others, it could be. All in all, we had a good time. Our server was nice. They gave the 9 of us our own private room. My buddy probably broke their door and they just laughed about it. Your experience may vary but this was mine.
