On top of that, he was so helpful in even loading up the car. He seems to be familiar with his customers and asked where I usually go to fill water; I told him I had tried to go to another location closer to my parents' but they were closed but I'm really glad I came here. Given the excellent service, I would come back again even though the drive is a bit out of the way. I've been to so many other water shops where the seller can hardly give you the time of day or even acknowledge your presence. Not here - the owner was so kind and helpful! The owner does not take your business for granted and treats his customers well. They take card but there is a $1.50 processing fee for credit cards. There is ice cream here and face masks alongside some shirts and other merchandise. The shop is a bit hot and small, but it does the trick. Additionally, there is a summer special where if you fill up 5 bottles you get 1 free (loyalty card).

Then our ice maker went out in the freezer so now we have to filter water to make ice! Bones to that. So, delivery service with a stand? That's actually kinda expensive- I have other things to do with that money. So, we went to buy the jugs and find the ubiquitous fill stations. That got old really quickly though, hated it. Not to mention my wife is disabled and cannot lift or move the jugs. Wife happened to find this place, which is *perfect* because wife doesn't need me to move or lift the jugs, the owner/attendant lugged the jugs into the car- after rinsing and filling them. Definitely will be a regular stop for us, much better than the self fill machines in front of the various stores.

Then it creates more waste of water bottles getting piled up high. So to be more efficient in not wasting and trashing. I decided to get a 3 gallon water dispenser to put in the fridge. SO FAR, it's been good except that I do think we're drinking less water. It's easy for my toddler to dispense his own water into his cup. He's not that naughty to let it spill everywhere thank goodness! I'm really scared of drink water from the sink and I don't even trust the Brita filters can filter all that so I just go to the water store. It's about 30 cents a gallon and the lady charged be $1.05 for my 3 gallons which isn't bad because in store it's about that much for a 1 gallon jug. I probably fill once or twice a week. Thinking of just getting an extra 5 gallon so I don't have to go too often. The store is simple and old fashion with its standard water faucets and water containers and jugs all around the shelves. Nothing fancy, just hydration.

I got irritated by my third visit so I left a note for him to get in contact with me. He then called me on a Friday morning that his shop was open so I went Friday afternoon to discuss the issue of his product. I explained I had been going back and forth to resolve the problem but his store was closed. He said he could try and fix it and I could return in the evening to pick it up but I explained if he could simply exchange it because I wouldn't be able to return in the evening. He exchanged it and I was filling it with water because when I purchased it, I bought two 5 gallon water dispensers filled with water but this one in the photographer kept leaking so I couldn't preserve the water since I had nowhere to put it. I told him that because of the trouble with the broken product and the back and forth driving to sooner resolve the issue, I did not agree with paying for the water again. He then got very aggressive and began to yell that nothing was free. I was trying to make him understand all the trouble he made me go through and since he was angry, he did not want to be understanding to my viewpoint. I then requested a refund for the water dispenser and he continued being aggressive yelling as he pointed to a sign of no refunds but he could not understand he sold me a broken product that gave me further unnecessary trouble of wasting my gas, having a water leak on my car seats and on my dining table. He finally said to, "Get out of my store and don't come back" so I left with my "new" water dispenser which was once again another broken product because it had the same issue of the ongoing leak. Long Story Short don't come to this place! He is too Disrespectful when he's the one selling broken Products at high rates.
