It was already about to be 9:30pm so I thought it was too late but when I looked at the time it said closing time was 11:00. I called and asked and yes they said closing time was 11:00. What really caught my attention was the shaved ice that was being promoted on Yelp but I can NEVER say no to MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP so when I seen it in the store I went for it. Just before we got to the register there were a few brownies that again I couldn't say no to and I'm glad I didn't walk away without because they were absolutely delicious! My son got a vanilla milkshake with whip cream on top and he finished it pretty quickly. The shop is small but it was packed at the time we went. The servers were quick and also attentiive to all their customers and I'm very chatty so I started talking to the customers in front of me who told me that they were sent over from their parents who told them they would pay for their ice cream if they made the trip for them lol. There was a sign on the wall that said feed me ice cream and tell me I'm pretty! I need that sign at home to put on my wall! Next time I'd like to try their shaved ice. We will definitely be back for seconds!

I really wanted to try one but didn't think I would finish it and hubby didn't want to try/ share so I opted in a single scoop cup. Flavors we ordered: Double belgian chocolate ship Brownie Al a mode Tiramisu gelato And one my daughter ordered, but can't remember the name but it was vanilla ice cream with light blue... So the single scoops are huge they also ended up packing out orders in to-go containers (comes with lids). Omg the ice cream here is so creamy and rich. My husband doesn't have a sweet tooth but he as blown away with the double Belgian chocolate chip and says how it's his "new favorite" lol. The brownie al a mode was amazing!!! There were soft brownie bits inside, it was perfect!!! So tiramisu is one of my favorite flavors, along with cookies and crème! We tried their tiramisu gelato and were honestly quite disappointed! It tasted like chemicals, which was strange didn't even finish it! Overall our visit was great! The service was pretty quick. I love the different varieties! Coming from LA, this place is on the same level as Salt and Straw with lines going out the door with revolving menus and classic flavors. Each month, I pay a visit to try out some of their new flavors and I have never been disappointed by their flavors. They take into account of your allergies and are willing to make pint orders to go if you have sweet tooth. Sometimes when I'm there with friends or family, I enjoy getting the ice cream flights so we can all try different flavors at once! Looking forward to my next visit!

I ended up getting the mint chip and holy moly it was delish! I got the second scoop of rocky road and that was good too. Conor my son got two scoops of Vanilla, he loved it and Kaykes got two scoops Bordeaux and Thai tea... the Bordeaux was really good... the Thai tea flavor... not so great but she loves it! Overall the experience of this ice cream shop was 9 out of 10 and the only reason was because of the wait! We will be back for more soon!

This place has amazing paletas that I can only hope to find in other cities I visit. I was amazed at how the fruit bars have real chunks of fruit in them and how they are really fresh. The guava ones though have the chunks of seeds that can be coarse like the real fruit so it's something to thing about before buying. The pineapple chunks are really good but almost too many chunks of pineapple (basically like eating frozen chunks of pineapple). The bars were pretty fairly priced at around $2-3 per bar, so getting 4 water-based ones cost $8-9. My biggest issue with this place is that customer service is spotty. When I came in the first time I was not greeted (though others who spoke Spanish behind me were). And most annoyingly is the paleta bar is near the back and so most people are getting sundaes and ice cream near the front so staff will actually serve people who come behind you if you don't assert yourself and say you got there first.
