I like coming to this Jamba Juice. They always make sure the blenders are clean due to me being allergic to peanut butter. I think this store needs a relocation. Is deserves a bigger space with for families tables inside. Televisions wouldn't hurt. The drinks are amazing. The staff is always polite. Restrooms could use a renovation for an add on restroom. One is not enough. Two unisex restrooms minimum in this place is a must. read more

They were very helpful while trying to see if there was any added sugars in thier açaí primo (which there weren't) but she go the extra step to give us almost milk as opposed to soy tto make sure there was the least amount of sugar in our order. So I called my nearest Jamba Juice location which was porterville @8:51 pm , I live in outskirts of Lindsay, online it showed them close at 9:30 so I wanted to call them ahead of time because I know that Covid-19 got every stores schedule different . A young lady answered and said they close at 10pm. I showed up there at exactly 9:38pm. And the girls just ran to the back . So I came to McDonald's after and I see those girls come out at 9:55 pm to get the equipment from outside . Like how shady . If you plan on doing a mobile order, make sure you call ahead to CONFIRM that they have the ingredients to actually make it. They won't give you a call to let you know that they CAN'T make your drink. You'll just roll up in there, assume the next drink is yours, then after minutes inquire about the order you put in and they will give you 1 out of 3 of these excuses, if you ask them about your drink: "We ran out of paper, so we couldn't call you to let you know" (??? Huh?) "The number doesn't pop up on the order, so we couldn't call you" (Hmm, which one is it??) " We are out of the ingredients, no we can't refund you, you'll have to call customer service" (This is the best they can do?) This has happened twice! The first time, I was like; okay... ish happens. The second time, I was like, "What are my chances?! This can't be serious?" I love Jamba Juice but went to visit this Jamba and received poor service and a poor quality drink. We came in with all the chairs up and nobody at the register wondering if the place had closed. A lady comes out about a minute later asking if I was lost since I was looking around the store. I explained I was just looking to get a drink but it looked closed since no one was here. She told me with attitude the sign says they were still open and I wasn't waiting long. Not the type of customer service I expected from a supervisor (she was wearing a black supervisor/manager shirt, I think). I ordered and my drink was extremely watery (I ordered a peanut butter chocolate love which is usually pretty thick). We were just passing by, but definitely not buying from here again. read more
