I think I may have initially come off a little rude because I was confused about where to go for pickup, so I do think a little more signage would help. I ordered a cake online and chose delivery through the coldstone app. Apparently they outsource to door dash. Well when the delivery driver got there, they refused to look for the cake that I ordered claiming that they didn't have it. Door dash driver called me and I spoke with a worker at coldstone. She was very rude and said that I could have an over the counter cake even though I ordered a specialized one 2 days in advance. She very rudely asked for the confirmation code. I read it to her. She said there's no cake. I had to ask for a manager (which I didn't even get to I talk to) before they decided to look in the back. Which they finally did. Upon looking they found the cake within seconds. I'm not sure why they were so rude and wouldn't just try to help their customer. When the delivery driver came she's stated they handed the cake very rudely to her. I have never had such awful service, especially with an order so costly. read more
