I think I may have initially come off a little rude because I was confused about where to go for pickup, so I do think a little more signage would help. I have never gotten cookies and cream to taste so creamy and delicious before; until ordering it from here. The moment i dipped my spoon into my creation " i added brownies and fudge to my ice cream" it was soft, creamy and oh so flavorful! Every bite from beginning to end made me wish that i had gone a size bigger than the last! My wife truly enjoyed her custom made ice cream cup as well. She got a size bigger than me and had to put it away to enjoy later on that day! We live a good 20min plus away from the store and it lasted very well in the hot weather/ heat in the car. It was still nice and chill when we pulled our containers out of the bag. I first experienced Cold Stone many years ago in San Luis Obispo... portions were huge and you could actually see toppings mixed into super cold ice cream. I really can't wait for people to figure out how online ordering works. It doesn't mean you order at 8pm arrive at 8:30pm wait in line for 15 minutes and then they start making your order. I ordered a cake online and chose delivery through the coldstone app. Apparently they outsource to door dash. Well when the delivery driver got there, they refused to look for the cake that I ordered claiming that they didn't have it. Door dash driver called me and I spoke with a worker at coldstone. She was very rude and said that I could have an over the counter cake even though I ordered a specialized one 2 days in advance. She very rudely asked for the confirmation code. I read it to her. She said there's no cake. I had to ask for a manager (which I didn't even get to I talk to) before they decided to look in the back. Which they finally did. Upon looking they found the cake within seconds. I'm not sure why they were so rude and wouldn't just try to help their customer. When the delivery driver came she's stated they handed the cake very rudely to her. I have never had such awful service, especially with an order so costly. read more
