I love getting my cakes from here .. they do a great job .. well for the most part .. but my only complaint here is the young Hispanic lady that works in Bakery .. every time I ask her a question or ask her to write something on my cake she looks annoyed... everyone else is awesome .. and very helpful.. Cakes are the best here ..

Joe at the register was rude to say the least, but he was so nice to the female associate he was flirting with. Called management and they said, "oh no, we've never heard Joe do something like that before. We'll talk to him." When I said Joe made the experience awkward and uncomfortable because Joe decided to throw a basket, which is definitely on film, his response, "I'm sorry you felt that way". I'm smart enough to know that the management was full of BS. Same old line to get me to shut up, that may work with some, but it sad that's how you choose to do business. I see why the associate had an issue, he must get it from management.

$7.59 at savemart, $2.98 at winco buyer be aware

I am accusing save mart of price gouging to the max, i purchased some all beef hot dogs at the visalia store supposedly they were on sale for $4.50 a pack, I went back to buy more only to find out they were priced at $7.59. I went to Winco only to find the exact same product for $2.98, I accuse you savemart of raping the American public

Her work is gorgeous! He is right. Not only is the bakery absolutely beautiful, but every pastry looks like a little piece of art. You can tell how much love, care, and attention to detail goes into everything they create. And the best part is that it all tastes AMAZING. Seriously the best I've ever had. My mom loves these pastries too. Worth every penny I love supporting local businesses, especially when they're run by people who are this passionate and hardworking. If you're thinking about stopping by, do it! You will not regret it. The pastries are incredible, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the owners make the experience even more special. I specifically informed the staff that I am allergic to almonds and asked if the lemon bars contained almonds. I was told they did not. However, after taking a bite, I discovered that the lemon bar did contain almonds. This situation is extremely concerning because a nut allergy can be life-threatening. What makes this worse is that when I attempted to call the store, the phone lines were down. We had to ask the restaurant next door (Masuruas) to bring their phone over so we could reach someone. Only then did the staff admit, "oh yes, it has coconut... oh, and almonds too." This level of misinformation is dangerous and unacceptable. Individuals with allergies rely on accurate information from staff to make safe choices. A mistake like this could have resulted in a severe medical emergency.

I know I didn't have to say "Pan Dulce" but I like saying it and you should too! It's not often you stop at a wonderful Bakery like this. The people are all so friendly, inviting and helpful. Yes some are fluent in Spanish only and that's ok, it really brings extra charm to the place. Every bread, cookie, donut you taste from here is being made with love and recipes dating back years and lifetimes. We finally stopped by and the truck was Open! They have a food truck where they make breakfast and lunch items. They had an Asada Burrito, "which can be made as a breakfast burrito", but I opted for the lunch version. The nice girl taking my order spoke more Spanish than English but I managed to understand "Con Todo" meaning "with everything", that comes with (beans, rice, cabbage, onions, cilantro). It was just ok. The meat really didn't have flavor, nor did the rice and beans. I tasted more cabbage than anything. The salsas were good, it just wasn't enough to carry the overall flavor of the burrito. I would suggest absolutely getting some pastries from here. They have a wide selection and you grab yourself a pan and some tongs at the entrance and have at it. The taco truck I would suggest maybe trying breakfast over lunch, but again my taste buds might differ from yours.

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning, thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded. There's something for everyone on their men. I think they have some of the best matcha's around (but if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener.. you probably won't like a real matcha from here) -- I say this bc people complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol -- all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out. Plenty of spaces to work from (one of my fav spots) Service is always ask expected for hand crafted drinks and food! The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products, love that! Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha I will always come here for food/homemade pastries , a drink or to work!

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.
