I usually pick up Bundt cakes for every birthday occasion so I come quite often. Unfortunately the service has decreased tremendously and is so disappointing. I arrive to order and the female worker Alexis M was extremely hostile, rude, and disrespectful. While waiting for my order to be completed I asked for a bag because I had many things with my order. She said there were no bags that big. I was confused as i had seen someone walk out with a big bag. And didn't want to make two trips to my car as I had a big order. I look and see a big stack of bags on the shelf. Another worker comes and I ask for a bag and as she was going to give me one Alexis whispers to her and she hands her the bag instead and Alexis still does not provide me with the bag. I asked why and her response was " we're busy". I have not experienced such poor customer service. There were not many people there. Ambience was uncomfortable given the experience. :-(. Stopped in about 20 minutes before closing. The store was busy, but the line went fast. One line was to pick up previously ordered items and a separate line to order or purchase items in store. Despite being a few minutes from closing, there was lots to choose from in the display case. I settled on a red velvet bundtlet and an Oreo bundtlet, which is only available until Monday. I sampled both and they were equally delicious. The red velvet was moist with some chocolate chips dispersed here and there randomly within the cake. It was topped with cream cheese frosting. Delicious! The Oreo one was good, but drier. It had crushed Oreos in it and a sweet vanilla frosting. I want to sample the carrot cake next! read more

I am so happy to know that there is a Nothing Bundt Cakes location right here in Visalia. This was my first visit to this store, but I have had my share of Bundtini's for coworker birthdays and parties while living in Southern California. I was also happy to know that they are still here considering that they opened only 11 days before the shut down of non-essential businesses earlier this year. I hope that the community knows about this little gem and supports them. The store is very cute...kinda girly, but that's okay. The clerk who helped me was very friendly. There is a case filled with ready-to-go items, or you can choose to customize orders for different sizes, flavor combos and frostings. I came in for bundtinis, but had to settle for 2 bundtlets for my sister and me. A bundtlet is a miniature bundt cake, not to be confused with a bundtini which is a bite sized-sized bundt cake. FYI...Bundtinis are only available by the dozen. I'm going to give them a 5 star even though my order was incorrect. I ordered a Red Velvet for my sister and a Lemon for me. The clerk picked the wrong yellow cake and gave me a vanilla which I didn't know until later. That's okay, it was good. read more

Such amazing Bundt cakes! The service is top notch! The inside is so nice and it smells amazing! We always try to go at the beginning of the month to see what new flavor has come out. We love this place. Their cakes are delicious but our recommendation to the owner would be to please supply a fork to your customers who come in ordering a bundtlet. I just stopped in here to pick up 3 bundlets for someone's birthday tomorrow. I wanted two of them wrapped in their cello and was told it would be a 30 min wait. So, I asked if they could give me the items so I could just do it myself. The guy went back and asked the girl in the back and she said no. So, i returned the birthday card to the rack, and left without buying 3 bundlets and a greeting card. Business must be great at this location to take 30 mins to cello up two bundlets and not give the customer the items so they can just do it themselves since you are SO busy. There was one other person being helped in the store- no other people. Guess customer service isn't important if you are only spending $25 here. Horrible service! read more

I am not one to complain....but!! I ordered 5 dozen Bundt mini cakes for our facility which a lot of us do regularly for our company. I ordered online as I've done in the past. I ordered a couple gluten free and the rest an assortment of flavors. When i picked up my order it was completely wrong. When i had called the lady that answered the phone, besides having a horrible attitude about the situation continued to tell me what her ticket said. She even went as far as sending me a picture of my "ticket". I told her i know what i ordered and when i placed my order online i was given different options which are the flavors i selected. So happy Visalia finally got one! I love the convenience of being able to order online. Placed an order for a birthday bundt and was so happy with the way it turned out. Tons of different options for decorations. We ordered the marble cake and it was amazing. The red velvet is also incredible.
