I usually have good service here but today I go to open my lunch that I bought this morning with my coffee and it looks like the items in the protein box fell on the floor and they were just put back in and given to me. Hmmm where do I begin? This Starbucks and even a few others seem to always screw up my simple order each and every time. This one has not gotten it right in at least 3 months that I even stopped ordering it. I only ever come because of my wife or stepdaughter. I always order a Black Tea Lemonade with Sweetener. Its always missing one of 3 ingredients. To top it all off, last time weekend when I was there they even got my name wrong. SMH. Not sure what more to say other than stay away from this location. read more

Walked in with my daughter. Was about to order but as a 7 month pregnant woman I had to use the restroom suddenly so I went there first. As I came out a barista stopped doing her drink just to ask if I had a mobile order. I was walking to the register when she states the restrooms are for customers only. The audacity to tell me restrooms are for customers only without knowing if I was going to order. Wish I could have gotten her name but it was some blonde barista. read more

So this review is specifically for my experience here this morning. I went through the drive-through to get my birthday drink. When I got to the window there were two young ladies who were cheerful, friendly, both had huge smiles on their faces, and made me feel so good today. They shouted happy birthday out the window with smiles and cheers. It was a small thing but it really made my day! The funny part is I had just been telling my husband this morning how disappointed I've been in Starbucks lately. The atmosphere inside the stores is not always enjoyable. It's often loud, cold, their remodeled store furniture is uncomfortable and not conducive for sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee. Their prices have gone up to what seems to be unreasonably high for a cup of coffee. I was telling him I had about written off Starbucks as being a business that is only about business and not about customers. These two girls saved the day for them today. Starbucks, be thankful for your employees who make it worth it still! read more

The staff on 2/1/24 at 2:00PM needs to be retrained. Extremely unprofessional. We stopped in to use the restroom and order a drink. After using the restroom, I informed the cashier of the restroom being dirty. She proceeded to smirk then take my order. It was obvious she went to the back to talk about it on her headset, as the other employees in the front all looked at each other, looked at me, laughed and one of them said out loud "the restroom being dirty." The toilet wasn't flushed, toilet seat covers on the floor, looked like pee was on the floor. I assumed that's something that would be okay to bring up to a business interested to cleanliness. After I received my drink which was made incorrectly, the unprofessional woman who took my order then proceeded to say she will charge me for it if I want it fixed. I declined as I did not want to spend anymore time in this Starbucks. One thing I won't do again is support a location with staff untrained in customer service, cleanliness and professionalism. read more

This new Starbucks in Farmersville has comfy seating, however, there is one glaring need that this Starbucks sorely needs--electrical outlets! Unfortunately, the only place to plug in your devices is at the community table that only has uncomfortable wooden seats with no back support. Where the comfy chairs are have no outlets--by design. This is an unfortunate trend in Starbucks locations where they are removing outlets so that people do not stay in their stores for any length of time. Starbucks was once a third community space, sadly, this is no longer the case. read more

I am sooo glad that we have a Starbucks nearby and great customer service!! Kudos to the store manager there -so very nice and helpful and respectful!! I go hang out with my kids and grandkids and take our time, we normally sit outside. When my sister comes in from out of town we hang out inside and drink our beverages and eat our pastries... never had a problem with drinks, just sad that Starbucks corporation is discontinuing syrups and flavors not the fault of the store itself read more

I went after ordering my drink on the app like I usually do. I get there the doors are closed to the store to get my drink, I go through the drive through and the employe makes me wait without coming to me right away. I see through that the employee were talking about me look at me and staring. Plus my beverage tastes more like watered down milk with all the ice they put. I come here often because it's on my way to work and I've never had a bad experience. The workers have always been very friendly whether I'm in the drive thru or in the store. Recently I had sworn I ordered a frap but they gave me an iced drink and they gladly replaced it. This store gets 5 stars because I can always tell my drinks are made with a more care than any other Starbucks I've been to in the area and the staff goes out of their way to be friendly which I appreciate! read more

It is awesome that there is a Starbucks now located off the 198 before heading out to Sequoia National Park but the baristas there suck bad. How the hell do you mess up a caramel macchiato? When I went back in to ask it to be remade the little girl was offended and said that that was how it is made. I've ordered this beverage more than a hundred times and how can you tell me something that IVE TASTED is how it's supposed to taste? It so sad that such a fine establishment would hire these baristas with terrible customer service and no skills or knowledge on making coffee. Everyone just stares at you when you walk up to mobile pick up, you have to speak up or it'll be a bit of a waitReally nice ladies but took 20 minutes for my pick up to be ready. I have only been to the Farmersville Starbucks a few times. I had a really good triple grande latte. I am a former employee of Starbucks and I have certainly had some awful drinks from other stores. I took pride in my work and always made drinks to best of my ability. In my 15 year tenure I have seen alot of changes in Starbucks but you can always feel the vibe of a good to great store.
