Yes they have a sign on their door but when the door is open you cannot see that signage at all. Next door is an ice cream shop that also has a lion as its mascot. I would come twice a week maybe but now... maybe once a month or less. The bad service really puts me off. The boba is good but not worth a teenage girl giving me attitude or blatantly deadpanned service. If you don't mind that kind of service, their boba and drinks are good. They have snacks near the register, but I haven't tried any. There are booths, tables and chairs; plenty of space to study or hang out with friends.

I once again asked her for a refund instead since we had literally just a sip from it and said that we could get one if they were sealed or if they haven't been drink from. I've been a customer for a while now and this experience has completely ruined my experience, since this place it's already on the pricy side the horrible service makes it not worth it.

It took some serious persuasion from friends and family for me to give them another shot, and I'm glad I finally did. Since that first encounter, every experience I've had has been great. I'm happy to say Dutch Brothers has redeemed themselves in my book!
