Update: I had a rough start with Dutch Brothers about three years ago, and that initial experience left a bad taste in my mouth--so much so that I avoided them for nearly two years. It took some serious persuasion from friends and family for me to give them another shot, and I'm glad I finally did. Since that first encounter, every experience I've had has been great. Dutch bros in an awesome place to get coffee at. The don't just have coffee though, they also have redbull drinks, smoothies, milkshakes, tea. You can add anything you want to them. The have some food options (muffin tops are my favorite). The brorisata are so sweet and kind. They always start a conversation with you, asking you how your day is going or what your going for the weekend. They are very dog friendly. I bring my dog here all the time, to the point we're They recognize him and call his name. They have a drive thru and a walk up window. I'm usually in my car when I get coffee here. I order for my employees and they get fun drinks. I'm more of a straight black coffee or espresso guy. However, the nitro cold brew will kick you hard. The amount of caffeine and energy in that drink is perfect for a pick me up. The service is fast and the cleanliness of the area is always swept and neat. Overall, it's always a great day for coffee. The drinks are good I've been drinking Dutch bros for years but their team management sucks. Anytime it starts to get a little rushed the workers clearly don't know how to manage the rush it becomes a shit show. I waited in the drive thru for an hour. The order line outside did not look any better. Also I agree with a few other reviews that some of the workers definitely goof off too much. When I came by the other day the girl who made my drink was messing around with the girl at the window playing "hard to get" and then she slightly spilled my drink. I know Dutch bros is obviously supposed to be a more chill spot to go too but I still believe professionalism should be established. We are costumers at the end of the day. I had been driving to Fresno every few months to get Dutch Bros coffee and am so excited to have Dutch Bros locally now! They have the friendliest, most patient employees who are so efficient! The line may look daunting, but they have a good system down! We got our coffee before we even reached the window when from my point of view, it was a clustered disaster that we would never get out of. The line looped through and around the parking lot and out into the road, but we made it through in less than half an hour. Even being as new as they are the employees are knowledgeable of the menu and you can describe to them what you want and they will help you find something that best fits your needs. They were able to help my husband find a good sugar free/keto option with zero hesitation or acting like he was requesting the impossible and it tasted great! They have tea coffee, and some options that are more kid friendly and caffeine free. I get excited every time I see the building like a little kid in a candy shop. Lines be long but that's pretty normal for Dutch bros that I've noticed since I've moved to Cali but the lines go by pretty quick and the staff is friendly . This Dutch bros isn't as lit with their music like the one in Hanford but their drinks are always good per usual . read more

I love Dutch Bros but this one is so slow. Like crazy slow. Five cars ahead of me in the morning, no one taking orders outside and sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes. They had 5 employees that I saw. I prefer Dutch over Starbucks but Starbucks gets me in and out. Dutch Bros needs to get it together at this location. read more

The hours are misleading, it says they're open at 5am but they aren't. I came around 6:30ish in the morning and it was closed, looked on the website and on Yelp to see the hours but they both said 5am. I swung back around 7ish to see if they were open, as i came across somewhere on Instagram that they open at 7am-11pm, and they were still closed. I came to the Dutch bros In hanford and one of the employees said that they (in hanford) open at 5am but the Lemoore location is currently short staff, so their hours are different at the moment. Despite the hours, the iced caramelizar is my go to drink. Haven't tried any other drink yet. read more

I have been a big fan of Dutch Brothers since they started here in Lemoore. My favorite is the Molten Lava with 3 different extra shots of cinnamon. However today, the young lady said she made it extra thick and it was amazing!!! Kinda hard to describe how excellent it is. DB needs to give this girl a raise. Litteraly Scott has made my experience at Dutch bros so memorable that it will last with me a lifetime. Hospitable, knowledgeable, and astounding are just a few brief words to describe this hard charger. He was able to greet us in the car while simultaneously be bombarded with a slew of questions from the car- able to address every question and leave us with a smile on our faces. He helped recommend drinks suited to our specific preferences on top of that incredible service Scott went inside and helped a co worker do something on the computer. This was my first time visiting any DB location. I am a customer for life. After a long night monitoring my dog who had had a seizure and difficulty after, I attempted to bring her to her vet that opened two hours late. I originally tried to go to starbucks to get her a pup-a-chino since she hadn't eaten or drank anything since. They were closed so I decided to try DB for the first time. The gentleman taking my order, after hearing our story about what happened and why I wanted the pupAchino, ran In and decided to put my entire order on him. My eyes were already puffy from crying and lack of sleep, but I balled my eyes out some more. They read back my order twice though the process but they were all just having too much fun to pay enough attention to get my order right. We walked up to the menu to order at 8:30pm and after a min or so, we were greeted with a cheerful smile only to be told "sooorrry guys, walk up is closed." At first I thought she was kidding but she continued with "sorry I can't take your order walk up is closed it's only drive thru" hours are posted online 5am - 10pm and there were actually no cars in line. So much for their customer service. So, don't take a walk with arrival at 8:30. Not sure what time their walk up closes. read more

We went to this Dutch Bros location at Lemoore the service here is very very very bad. I surly didn't enjoy it at all. We was service by this young curly black girl that was wearing a pink shirt and blue shorts at the drive tru. We order two cold coffee drinks. One of the coffee lid wasn't close well! It had coffee all over on the out side of it. The other coffee drink taste vey horrible. It wasn't sweet like how I requested it to be! When she was handing the first drink which was a double chocolate, with chocolate milk, it spilled on the out side of my wife car. We ask for napkins but she didn't give us any! We also requested two cup of ice but wasn't given to us at the window. As we waited at the window for our two cup of ice she just keep talking to her coworkers. No one else bothered to help us or even ask if we was good. So we drove off!!!! They all was in a group by the window and talking and music was super loud were they couldn't even hear me or my wife asking for the two cup of ice that we requested! Visiting out of town and decided to stop at a Dutch bros on the way to my aunts. The line had about 20 cars in line. It seemed to have two separate lines so I jumped in line. When approaching the front of the line I started to notice that the workers who where taking orders were very unorganized. They had to ask each mother who got the order , or even if the person had ordered. After skipping me in line about 5 cars I had to ask is someone going to take my order they reply oh yes then skipped me once again. Finally someone comes to the car after being in the drive threw for over 30 min and tells me why did you skip in line? I asked what he was talking about then he said again you skipped in line. Totally confused I stated well I guess everyone in front of me and behind me did too. I told him they need to put signs up. He rudely continued on me cutting in line. I have never in my life been so disrespected or treated so unfairly. I replied can I please talk to a manager he stated I am the manager then I said okay well who's above you ? He would not give me his name and told me he's also the owner... he admitted to telling his staff to skip me in line. I'm not sure who this employee is but as driving away he took his mask off and continued to yell out... Who ever is running this location has a lot of work to do.
