This isn't my first time at Jacksons. I have an unlimited exterior wash but have also gotten the other packages before. I am NEW to this location. Pulled up to get a bunch of bird poop off my car. I feel like I got oversold on stuff cause as soon as I got there the guy just tried too upsell me on a bunch of packages that he had on this menu looking thing including the $199 exterior wash (to wash bird poop!!). I ended up getting the hyper wash cause he mentioned after the basic wash washes the poop, the hyper wash will protect the paint, etc. So sure lett's do that. I went in the cashier to pay and wait. And wait.. and wait.. After an hour of waiting I got tired and started looking around. My car wasn't where it was, it doesn't seem like it was going through the wash, and none of the guys at the "finish line" was working on it. I finally saw my car parked off the side and I'm thinking has it been there all along!? I returned to the cashier because I did not hear my name/car called the entire time I was waiting. There were other names being called though so there was no way for a first timer to know that you're actually supposed to wait outside... Yes. The cashier said "sometimes when they're too busy they don't call in through the intercom and they yell it." Customer service was severely lacking. My experience was not good at all. I went in for a car wash and synthetic oil change. When I started the car, the engine was making a clicking noise. I pulled the dipstick, which showed the oil level was 2 quarts low. When I got my car I was stunned how good it looked, I have a 2015 Chevy Equinox, so imagine that covered in dust, bugs, headlights foggy, windshield dust and cloudy. (my car doesn't look the same as I have to drive a long ways for my jobs) it was so shiny and ive never seen so clear from my car before it was amazing, I didn't think my car was that dirty but I was mistaken. The dog hair was completely gone, as one of my dogs likes to jump from the middle seats to my trunk, there was hair EVERYWHERE(if you see and hair, I had to take my dog to the groomers yesterday), it looked amazing, they even did the headlights! I went to this car wash and I was sadly very disappointed! The salesman was relentless, not taking NO to detailing my car with appeasing me with $100 then 200 off. I said No again and again Then I get done and move to the drying portion, mind you, I was the only car there! We are members of the monthly express car wash and today we were getting our new car washed, when half way through, the car wash just STOPPED!!! We just sat there for about 15minutes before some young man told us to just drive through and come back later. No one would even dry the car I had to do it myself. I asked to speak to a manager and waited for another 10 minutes and nobody came. This is sure a bad way to run a business. Guys just standing around acting like they don't know what is going on. When something like this happens there should be someone in charge to let the customer knew what is happening and what they need to do. I never post reviews but I have to share my experience with my car detail this past weekend. I have had many detail services in the past and am usually underwhelmed with the results. My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas and my car was looking really rough so I brought it in on Sunday. Oh. My. Gosh. It looks amazing!!! Better than when it was received brand new. I recently had to get my windshield replaced because of course my insurance didn't cover it (pro tip pay for glass coverage it's worth it) anyways. Satellite quoted me $1,099 for a new windshield on my 2017 Honda Civic. Jackson's was able to fix it for me for $583 and that included calibration. I couldn't get it calibrated at my house since I live on a dirt road so I took it to this location. Ryan not only helped make sure my calibration went smooth and done right, he gave me the low down on all the services they provide. Just picked my car up a little while ago after leaving it to be detailed. My boyfriend gave that to me as a gift. I've never gotten a car detailed in my life so this review is coming from a first time detailer! I honestly could not be more pleased with how my car looks! It looks like it did the day I drove off the lot. The dash and interior look like new. No dust, no dried up drink mess in the cup holders, leather seats are super clean, all the foot marks from my kids on the backs of the front seats are gone, carpets are as clean as can be (and they are beige so that's saying something)! The exterior looks incredible, there was even a big scratch from my garage door on the bumper and they got it out during the wax/buff process. All the bugs are gone from the front of the car, and it sparkles like new! They even washed under the hood and my engine compartment looks immaculate. Elija is the one who handled my detail and he was the nicest and friendliest guy! He listened to everything I said and paid attention to all of the details. Thank you for everything!!! II'll update this positively or negatively depending on how my followup visit goes but I'm not particularly happy with my first experience here. I paid $250 for a complete detailing, 3 Stage Paint Treatment, Clay Service, Headlight Restoration, and Complete Interior Detail Package. They had told it would be ready at 3:30 (I came in around 10:20) Interior is.... okay. I'm having a hard time believing they couldn't remove ANY of the markings on the seats, it looks polished everywhere else. Exterior.... They missed a couple spots, but most of it looks great. Apart....... from the wheels. It seems like they just sprayed water on it and nothing else. I shouldn't be able to run my fingers along every wheel and have my fingers black, in the parking lot.... They may its because I have painted wheels, but automatic machines have done a better job. Headlights were never touched. They offered to do it then but it was already 4:45PM and I had other appointments I needed to get to since I was already 15 minutes late. I do have a followup visit next Wednesday and if everything goes well I will update my rating and provide details. Same if it doesn't go well. I paid $250 (MSRP of $350 they knocked off $100 at the beginning), but I feel the overall quality was worth $60 at another hand cleaning spot. **************** UPDATE Trey did a phenomenal job with the second visit. He took my car in immediately when I arrived, it was done in a timely manner and the seats looked good as new in most places. I don't understand how my first experience was so bad... WORST car wash I've ever received. I've never even considered leaving a review for a car wash but I want to discourage others from wasting their money here. First I requested a Works wash and was instead ticketed for VIP which was a few dollars more. I didn't mention it because my car was dirty & needed the extra attention. After waiting nearly 40 min on a busy Saturday morning, my car was being returned to me looking as though it hadn't been vacuumed & it was still dirty. I was then given a sweet apology from one if the young ladies who then suggested I take the car back around....and get in the lengthy line to get it vacuumed. I refused. A gentleman walked over saw my car and took it back to vacuum and clean the seats. I will never return here. I've come before & received lackluster service but returned because of the convenient location & because my car was never returned to me dirty though o often have to remind them to vacuum under my seats. I would give them less stars but that is not an option! I went to get my truck washed today at Jackson car wash. I had a bad experience the last time and it took them an hour and a manager to watch them wipe down my truck and get the grill clean! The manager promised if I came back that he would make sure I got it clean and I believed him and thought maybe the car wash was having a bad day or whatever and went back. Well today was worse than the last time! I waited 40 minutes for the guy to raise his hand and say my truck was done. When I walked up to get the keys, I started to point out all the spots that still had dirt and mud on them! I waited 10 more minutes while they wiped it down again. The kid said it was ready again and hadn't even wiped the spots that I showed him! I was fed up and tired of waiting so I took my truck to leave. I drove back around to the car wash entry and showed the guy that gave me the wash ticket what a VIP wash final product was!! He said I could run it through and wait for them to get it right but I had to go back to work after an hour and had zero confidence that they can perform a good wash and left. So you can tell by the pictures what you get if you go to this business and I received this treatment twice and have spent 70 bucks plus tip to go home angry!! You would be better off to was your own car with dirty water and a sponge in your driveway than to trust that they will do a quality car wash! read more

If I could rate it at a zero stars I would. I didn't get the managers name standing out in front of my car today 1/20/21. Guy in a Grey shirt that thinks he is better then everyone and acts like I work for him haha, but he was about as helpful as a pet rock! I asked about the dirt on the tires still, as it was very caked on there after running it through the car wash. He said your car has dirt embedded in the tires. Stated it's ground in there would you like more amour all? I said no. I then asked him if this was your car is this acceptable? He wouldn't answer the question. Just asked if I want more amour all??!! Then I got in the car the windshield is still dirty, the dash still dirty, center console still dirty, the gauges were still dirty and they were already done by the time I paid and got out to the car. I paid for a VIP wash I didn't even get the basic. No fragrance either. Oh I had just signed up for the monthly plan also. Uhmmm nope... not today Satan! I see why they have a 2.5 rating now. Terrible. If the manager had an ounce of pride. He would hold his employees accountable to doing the job right the first time. He would have fixed the issue instead of puffing his chest out and trying to show me he was right. Standing there with his arms crossed and staring me down. Pretty shocking to say the least. Very disappointed with my visit to Jackson's Car Wash today. I paid for the ultimate full service car wash (39.99). The exterior was still dirty and they only vacuumed the easiest to reach places rather than moving the seats around to get the harder spots. while the doors were wiped down, they didn't clean the door handles. A year ago I got my transmission done thinking everything was fine and was also told it's fine because it was checked 2 times after the service. Only to find out after getting it scanned again that my transmission was overfilled with fluid. Then I got a second look at it and they drained 6qts of fluid. My Toyota Corolla only takes 111/2 qts of fluid. Ryan the manager who did the service put 16 qts of fluid and there is proof on my receipt. Now my car needs a new transmission and they said it drives fine when it doesn't and all of the lights are back on meaning the transmission is ruined. I am currently looking for a new car and to trade this one in. I haven't gotten any kind of refund or fix. My dad reached out on Sep 15th as well and they haven't returned his call. I would not suggest going to this car place for this kind of service. Keep in mind I have a 3 year old daughter and they've known this since I got it done and still said it's completely okay to drive. Pretty messed up I'd say. read more

The young guys who worked there were all nice to me BUT I got royally ripped off. I'm a student at ASU so a detail is lavish for me. I was really excited to get a good detail and have my outside and inside looking clean, but I got neither. I swear that my car looked exactly the same after the wash as it did before hand. The interior had the seat wax that I paid for but was barely vacuumed - that's it. When I moved the seats back there was dirt, there was still dried coffee all over the dash that my friend had spilled that morning, the outside still had some bird poop on the roof and bugs on the front bumper. Complete waste of my hard earned money and time. I had to go home and wash the inside myself and clean the poop... I've had better washes at those $3 drive throughs by campus. This is partially my fault because I didn't go ask them to fix things since I was in quite a rush. Maybe if I told them that I was unhappy they would have fixed it all. Definitely won't be returning though, sorry. Also, is it just me or.... if you're a young woman people will treat you like you're unaware what a car even is lol. read more

I paid for the ultimate car wash with a spray wax. There were a couple people who worked on my car but the person who washed my windows and applied the spray wax barely sprayed the car. I watched him do the doors and hood but did not spray the roof or painted part on the front and back. When he called me to get my car I asked if the cost of the spray wax included the roof and the other areas mentioned. He rolled his eyes, sprayed part of the roof and walked away. I asked another guy nearby who I could talk to if I had an issue. He shrugged his shoulders and Saud he didn't know. So I left. When I got home, not of the trim on my car was treated, the front end of my car was not wiped down and cleaned, and my windows were smeared. Other than running my car through water, I had to finish cleaning my car. I wouldn't be so upset if I hadn't paid extra to have those items cleaned. Rave reviews and praise go out for this Jackson's location! We just had our SUV detailed with "the works" this past weekend and even the engine is sparkling clean! The service included a clay bar wax, full interior/exterior detail, and engine cleaning. We added the ceramic coating to help protect the wax job and our paint looks almost as good as it did when the car was new. We have a very dark blue car that's seen some sun, weather, and dust- so ours was no small feat for the guys to do. Carpets, mats, vents, leather...it was all skillfully cleaned and moisturized. The interior looks like they re-wound the clock on it at least 5 years. We don't have pets or kids, but it was still in need of a really good cleaning and it shows now that it is super sparkly. ;) We made our appointment a few weeks ago for a first thing Sunday morning job. It took them about 8 hours to get it all done and it looks incredible inaide and out. How it works: When you purchase the detail, they will give you a reciept. You simply check your schedule and call in to make an appointment that fits in your time crunch and leave your car for them to do the magic. (They also give you a free deluxe car wash that day for free, which is super cool!) Look for sales and promotions as well, we got an amazing deal on the complete package because it was Father's Day, so keep an eye open. The staff here is professional, friendly, and helpful. I should've done a full inspection prior to leaving since apparently the only service I received was a nice exterior wash. Went there today to get my car washed, used to have a monthly membership where I would drive through and vacuum myself, I loved it. Paid for the "works" today which of course meant they were to take care of cleaning the inside and vacuuming. It wasn't very busy at the time so I don't understand why they wouldn't thoroughly vacuum and wipe down the obvious areas...Trusting that they did their job, I tipped and left to go to Target across the street. To my horror as I returned to my car to put my purchased items on the back seat, I realized they either didn't vacuum or did a crappy job, I also saw drops of dried coffee in obvious areas. The guy that I showed this to, said they did the best they could? Well after vacuuming it again, miraculously it looked 100% better. SMH! I also had to point out the obvious coffee drops to him and ask that it be cleaned. Maybe I should've just washed it myself and had my 7 year old grandson wipe and vacuum, it would have been cleaner inside and I could've saved myself the $24.99 plus the tip and just spent it on breakfast. Pulled up the back seats that were down to dry and filthy like they were never vacuumed. So $200 for an interior "detail" and this happens? Checked the wipers and they were not changed out! I have been a Jacksons car wash faithful customer for years. Unfortunately their new system of washing cars, the facility on Germann and everything has gone to hell. You now drive your own vehicle through for a $25 car wash which basically equates to someone driving your car off. They also billed two of my credit cards for two years for one vehicle. Fortunately, I found it. There's only one license plate so why it was tied to two credit cards is beyond me. Many more options to choose kind of a bummer but that product and i may is headed down hill fast. read more
