I purchased the VIP as I normally do. After a long wait, while watching someone drying and working on the outside of my truck, I jumped in to finish my errands. I should've done a full inspection prior to leaving since apparently the only service I received was a nice exterior wash. They didn't even wipe down the dash or anything else inside and no air freshener. This isn't the first time and I've had this happen. Completely unacceptable. read more

So! I went couple weeks to get my oil change and a quick car wash (free with oil change) Service time is great, but not sure if it was because I am a morning person (went 30 min after open time). Options for oil products are basic but easy to pick. My car takes full synthetic ($75 ish dlls), which at this place is slightly more expensive than what I usually pay (average of $55), but they give you a FREE car wash, so I guess it kind of makes it up. Staff explained very well what was done to my car and let me ask questions. For convenience, I might return. We shall see on my next oil change, Cheers! read more

Apparently $40 isn't enough to get the basic crumbs vacuumed out of my center console. Maybe instead of trying to up sell me on a new windshield and scratch removal, start with the basics of car cleaning!! How much does a girl have to pay for something my 8 year old can master? Complete rip-off!! read more

Took my boyfriends truck in for the highest priced wash, $10 mud removal add on, and a good tip. They called our vehicle to be ready and when we came up to it, all 4 floor mats were missing, mud still on the exterior and interior, and a plastic tailgate cover was missing. It took them 15 minutes to find our missing things, some were just tossed behind a trash bin. The mud would not have been a concern if it was a basic wash but if we pay extra for a VIP wash and for a mud removal add on, we expect better results. We brought up our concerns and we were just kind of shooed away. I regret not asking for a refund but we had somewhere else to be and had been there for over 50 min. No wonder Cobblestone is doing so well, we will be going there from now on. read more

Update: After i signed a form to receive a credit for a car wash i never received, I literally did not even go through the wash, my credit was reversed, and i was charged. This is criminal behavior. I still have not heard from the owner either. read more

Absolutely terrible detail. Paid almost $100 for poor vacuuming, interior clean, and still bug splat on the windshield. Will not be returning! read more

Dude, where's my car???? They did a great job of cleaning my car (VIP wash) inside and out. Nice air conditioned waiting area. Then, they dropped the ball. I waited and waited, NO ONE let me know that my car was ready to go. Others were called, but not mine. I finally was able to get my keys. My car was parked off in the HOT parking lot. So, when I left, I was not happy read more

I paid for the ultimate car wash with a spray wax. There were a couple people who worked on my car but the person who washed my windows and applied the spray wax barely sprayed the car. I watched him do the doors and hood but did not spray the roof or painted part on the front and back. When he called me to get my car I asked if the cost of the spray wax included the roof and the other areas mentioned. He rolled his eyes, sprayed part of the roof and walked away. I asked another guy nearby who I could talk to if I had an issue. He shrugged his shoulders and Saud he didn't know. So I left. When I got home, not of the trim on my car was treated, the front end of my car was not wiped down and cleaned, and my windows were smeared. Other than running my car through water, I had to finish cleaning my car. I wouldn't be so upset if I hadn't paid extra to have those items cleaned. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I was selling my VW and went to Jackson's to get it ready for the sale. Jackson's was affordable and the work they did on detailing my 2014 VW Golf TDi was phenomenal! Anthony, the detail manager, gave me a great price and was very forthcoming when it came to what I needed to make my car sale faster. It sold in 3 hours! Thanks Anthony! read more

It's not even worth a star. It's 9:00 am and these kids are as slow as molasses. They look pained to be here. Three working on one car and yet mine sits there untouched. So ridiculous. That's it. I'm getting in my car. I will dry it myself. 29.99 down the drain. I didn't even get my air freshener because I was not asked. Never again. Should have stuck with Cobblestone read more

Went there today to get my car washed, used to have a monthly membership where I would drive through and vacuum myself, I loved it. Paid for the "works" today which of course meant they were to take care of cleaning the inside and vacuuming. It wasn't very busy at the time so I don't understand why they wouldn't thoroughly vacuum and wipe down the obvious areas...Trusting that they did their job, I tipped and left to go to Target across the street. To my horror as I returned to my car to put my purchased items on the back seat, I realized they either didn't vacuum or did a crappy job, I also saw drops of dried coffee in obvious areas. The guy that I showed this to, said they did the best they could? Well after vacuuming it again, miraculously it looked 100% better. SMH! I also had to point out the obvious coffee drops to him and ask that it be cleaned. Maybe I should've just washed it myself and had my 7 year old grandson wipe and vacuum, it would have been cleaner inside and I could've saved myself the $24.99 plus the tip and just spent it on breakfast. Not sure if I'll patronize this car wash again. Do yourself a favor and check in the sunlight before driving away. read more

Thank you to the car wash crew (Mon, 7/24 around 3pm) who did an amazing job on my car! Usually when I get it home from a car wash I feel like I have to finish the job, but it was spotless and perfect. It was a hot one today... thank you for the great work. Hope you enjoyed the cold drinks! :) read more

I have been a Jacksons car wash faithful customer for years. Unfortunately their new system of washing cars, the facility on Germann and everything has gone to hell. You now drive your own vehicle through for a $25 car wash which basically equates to someone driving your car off. They also billed two of my credit cards for two years for one vehicle. Fortunately, I found it. There's only one license plate so why it was tied to two credit cards is beyond me. Many more options to choose kind of a bummer but that product and i may is headed down hill fast. read more

Well after years of coming to this car wash when it was under another name. The sign read $20 for the ultimate car wash. Unbeknownst to me that was the advertised price for membership only. By the time I reached inside the price had doubled to $40. I then informed the cashier Gabriel that I believe this was a bit much and I thought the sign read $20 he informed me that that was for members only. So I said well I don't wanna pay $40 for a car wash at this time. He stated I have already rang you up there's no going back sorry sir. Last time I came here they did a shitty job of wiping out my car and I had to return because the dash was never touched and I gave them a second chance. I also just canceled my monthly membership for my other car that I have had almost a year and only used it once. This will be the last time I use the services of Jackson's car wash in Gilbert. And thanks to Gabriel the cashier for being so unhelpful . Hope management sees this. read more

Cameron is amazing! I brought my car into Jackson's in Gilbert (by TJ maxx and Hobby Lobby) a week after i drove over spilled paint. The paint had gotten baked on my car in the middle of the summer heat. Cameron took a full day of hard, manual labor to remove the paint safely and add the wax to my car. He called me personally to let me know when he was finished and throughout the entire interaction was so sweet regardless of how much hard work my car cost him. I am forever thankful for Jackson's employees and managers who go above and beyond to provide quality service! read more

Second time here. Exterior staff great at the start. A bit pushy with the add-ons. Interior staff inept. Cashier and her manager unable to help customer in front of me for 10+ minutes while I waited to pay and get my cleaning started. WAY too long. I would have expected a "sorry for the delay" at the very least. Perhaps one of them could have smiled or greeted me while I waited. Nobody else in the place. I wonder why it's 1.5 stars? I guess I now know.....won't be back. read more

Horrible experience! I have been coming here for years and now apparently it has become a self service location for car wash. Which is fine but don't charge me for the same service you used to do for the service in which I have to do myself now. In Addition, the employee (Matthew) which helped us was extremely rude and disrespectful, told my husband that we should go somewhere else. What kind of customer service is that? We simply wanted to drop off our car for a cleaning and detail. I will never go back!! I'd rather pay more to wash my car myself! read more

I am surprised they are still in business. We pulled in to get a car wash and I guess their conversation was much more important. Once they were done talking they went to help the other person that came after us! Terrible customer service. Save yourself frustration and go to another car wash. read more

I pre-paid for a full detail which required a premium car wash. I had a 1 year window to schedule my appointment and get the service completed. I dropped my car off at the earliest appointment 7:30am and my car wasn't finished until 3pm. They said it would take about 4 hours, luckily I wasn't waiting around. When I got my car back, the interior was nicely detailed and shampooed but the outside was far from acceptable. The front bumper and grill was still buggy or had patches of wax not rubbed off. I would not take my car back to this place for any type of car wash. I prefer the Cobblestone for express washes. I haven't figured out where to take my car for a detail yet. read more

I waited for two days to post this ... Sunday my husband and I drive thru the wash ( where we always take out personal vehicles and our work vehicles) my husbands work truck was behind us as we were driving thy an express wash with my Jeep. We got 1/2 way through the wash and the machine totally shut off . We were stuck in ther for over 10 minutes:.. meanwhile my husbands brand new work truck is behind us ... we see them trying to back the truck out of the wash they had already started ! 13 minutes later the Machine turns back on - as we pulled out my husband gets out of the Jeep and says " why were we stuck & did something happen to my truck ?" They were all dumb founded and were like " uhhhhh no " they pulled his truck out and it turns out they had blown the tire out and bent the rim ! Then they drove it to where they dry the cars off with a completely blown tire ! It takes 20 minutes for a "manager" to come talk to us . They said " we will take care of it - we will take it to the tire shop and get u a new tire" at 4:50pm we go to get the truck -- funny! It's not fixed , they couldn't find a tire for a 17 Ford F-250! They put the spare on--- - -a dirty nasty mud filled spare on the truck and promised that they wrote an incident report and that corporate would be in contact with us on Monday! It's now tues ( 8:15pm) still haven't heard from them and the tire is still not fixed ! They rotate through people here like crazy , they don't know who's in charge and it's not good to mess someone's nice vehicle up and not follow through on their commitments! Pretty upset customer as we do A ALOT. Of business with this company... pretty disgusted in the service read more

I was sent to this location from my original Jackson's near my home. They don't do oil changes at that location, so they give you 50% off coupons to relocate here. They had a long line of cars waiting and all of the employees in the garage seem to joke around and play on their phones. I waited a while for my truck to get an oil change. And this is what they did most of the time while cars waited in the garage. read more

Jacksons Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I visited The Jackson Store #811 last night off Gilbert Rd and Germain. I pulled in and wanted to fill up with gas and get a wash and detail on the car. Pulled in to the car wash line first, was told I needed to go back to the pumps and get gas first, could pay for car wash inside. Cashier says nope can't pay for car wash here have to go back there. Get gas and go back. I explain and Marlo says he doesn't understand why, but he would take care of me. I said I wanted to use my Shell Fleet card for the gas and wash, he said he would take care of it and to meet his manager on the other side when I get through the car wash. Manager meets me, pay all good, I thought. Get over to the table to wait for my car, young gal is washing my windshield on the outside while talking on her cell phone. Then all the sudden car is ready, put tip in box and head to the car. Jump in heading directly east when leaving, do the circle to get back on Gilbert Road, now heading west directly in to the sun, can't see shit, they never washed the inside of the windshield, the worst part that I explained up front. Pull back in closed! Get home, never vacuumed drivers side floor, never wiped down dash or steering column. Worst $30 wash plus tip I have ever had. So close to home and will not return. read more

Went in earlier this week for an oil change and found out my brakes needed service! The crew was extremely helpful in deducing exactly what needed to be fixed, and what did not, which I was so grateful for. They were very reasonable and are always my favorite place to take my car to get fixed! They do not talk you into any useless servicing and are so helpful in explaining what needs to happen. No more squeaky brakes for me thanks to Jackson's and their dedicated crew! I was so happy to get my car fixed up and ready to go in less than 2 hours too!! read more

I don't recommend you use this company for anything but a basic car wash. I paid $135 for interior detail and it appeared they had only dusted here and there and seats/ mats were damp but overall it was not any cleaner than when I dropped it off 3 hours earlier. I just wasted my money and will never use them again. read more

Worst customer service ever. They basically will not help you unless you agree to sign up for a membership. The first time I went here the employee, an African American guy, physically blocked the screen and the payment slot so he could talk to me. The second time I went there, a brown/blonde haired young guy, directed me where to park, which made it impossible for me to reach the screen and money slot. He pressed the buttons for me while being very aggressive about signing up for a membership. After I said no thank you for the 5th time he said to put the money in myself and walked away. This required me to get out of the car to pay. Since he was the one who told me where to park. Never going back to this shitty car wash read more

I reserved a spot for a full detail of my car. I pre paid and was told that it would take 3 hours for the car to be finished. it took them 7 hours to detail my car, even though other cars that arrived after mine were detailed with 3 hours I was told that because I had pre paid that I would have to wait longer to get finished. After paying $150.00 for full detail and wash I expected that, because I had made an appointment that my car would be completed in a timely manner. When confronting the cashier I was given the shoulder shrug and a very week "I am sorry". For the prices you charge I expected stellar customer service and help. Their are many car wash facilities in the Valley, but rest assured I will not be using Jacksons. Buyer beware do not pre-pay as you will get snail service. read more

If you ever feel like wasting $50 for a crap car wash this is the place to go. I paid for a "hand wash" because I have a very expensive ceramic coat over my paint for protection and caught them trying to send it through they're machine. This is -1 stars. Well to start they couldn't be any more pushy with "upgrading" your wash. No matter how much of an upgrade you get they still can't manage to do a decent job. And to top it off somehow they were able to loose a shoe that was in the car. Don't waste your money here. read more

A basic is $20 and they don't really vacuum it. You need to pay $40 for a good vacuum. And they don't wipe the doors or get the bugs off the front. $20 for a car wash means "splash water on car." I get just as good a wash at the gas station, and it's only $6 read more
