I will never come to the car wash again. Just spent two hours at the Gilbert location. I paid for my service and tipped the employee very well. My car was still covered in bird poop and everyday dirt! After speaking with both managers no one seemed to understand my frustration. How is it that I just spent two hours at a car wash and my car is still dirty? Why would you return it to me in this condition? Both managers asked to to return so they could wash the car properly. After two hours my car should have been clean. There was no offer of refund, expression of gratitude for my service, or compensation for my time. When I asked for the corporate office number, I was told that corporate was only going to refer me back to their location anyway. I will take this as a loss. I did my part. I paid for the service and tipped their employee exceptionally well. There are several car washes to choose from in the Valley. I would not recommend that ANYONE take their car to this location. From the looks of the other reviews, not many other people have been happy there either. read more

This was probably the most frustrating experience ever. I only came here because I had a free basic car wash. When pulling up to the line I was approached by two men (who were not wearing masks) trying to tell me why wearing my mask is dumb and that there is no reason to wear one. Funny thing is? When did a 45 year old minimum wage worker get his doctorates degree? Why would I come to a car wash to get my Heath information. I don't know why this man thought he had the authority to tell me to not wear a mask when it isn't even affecting him. If anything it's helping him. No matter how you feel on politics, this employee should never make a minor or anyone feel uncomfortable and feel obligated to swing a certain way on politics. And another funny thing is that I'm here to get a car wash and half these people aren't wearing a mask! I shouldn't have to disinfect my car after getting it cleaned. The fact that this specific employee works with other minors is honestly scary for their well being and how he is influencing them. The whole time I was there I felt profiled on the fact that I was wearing a mask for the safety of myself and others. Edit: another dumb thing was that when I was getting my free wash I was basically manipulated into upgrading my wash when I very clearly said no. I really hope this issue can be resolved! read more

Wow. Unbelievable service. New to AZ and was told I would need to wash my car often because of all the dust. They were right. Bought the $15 per month pass and wash my car 3-4 times per week. Today I did the upgrade, and for $10 more the really cleaned inside and out. The guy in the picture, I think his name is MATT is amazing. If there is a Hall of Fame for carwash detailers he should be the first inductee . He may be the hardest working person I have ever seen. Take your car in, walk over to Carl Jr, get something cold to drink then watch him work. I will be back to this location and will ask for Matt! 9/8/20 Time to get a new car wash. These people are clueless, no management on the detail line. If Matt is not there don't bother going. Yesterday I went for a VIP wash and the car windows were worse than when I took it in. The folks working were to intent looking at people waiting for their cars than doing a good job. I know it has to be hard to find good help, but with good supervision it is possible to provide service levels you need to grow your business and keep a working team focused and engaged. So! I went couple weeks to get my oil change and a quick car wash (free with oil change) Service time is great, but not sure if it was because I am a morning person (went 30 min after open time). Options for oil products are basic but easy to pick. My car takes full synthetic ($75 ish dlls), which at this place is slightly more expensive than what I usually pay (average of $55), but they give you a FREE car wash, so I guess it kind of makes it up. Staff explained very well what was done to my car and let me ask questions. For convenience, I might return. We shall see on my next oil change, Cheers! read more

Took my boyfriends truck in for the highest priced wash, $10 mud removal add on, and a good tip. They called our vehicle to be ready and when we came up to it, all 4 floor mats were missing, mud still on the exterior and interior, and a plastic tailgate cover was missing. It took them 15 minutes to find our missing things, some were just tossed behind a trash bin. The mud would not have been a concern if it was a basic wash but if we pay extra for a VIP wash and for a mud removal add on, we expect better results. We brought up our concerns and we were just kind of shooed away. I regret not asking for a refund but we had somewhere else to be and had been there for over 50 min. No wonder Cobblestone is doing so well, we will be going there from now on. read more

Cameron is amazing! I brought my car into Jackson's in Gilbert (by TJ maxx and Hobby Lobby) a week after i drove over spilled paint. The paint had gotten baked on my car in the middle of the summer heat. Cameron took a full day of hard, manual labor to remove the paint safely and add the wax to my car. He called me personally to let me know when he was finished and throughout the entire interaction was so sweet regardless of how much hard work my car cost him. Which is fine but don't charge me for the same service you used to do for the service in which I have to do myself now. I visited The Jackson Store #811 last night off Gilbert Rd and Germain. I pulled in and wanted to fill up with gas and get a wash and detail on the car. Pulled in to the car wash line first, was told I needed to go back to the pumps and get gas first, could pay for car wash inside. Cashier says nope can't pay for car wash here have to go back there. Get gas and go back. I explain and Marlo says he doesn't understand why, but he would take care of me. I said I wanted to use my Shell Fleet card for the gas and wash, he said he would take care of it and to meet his manager on the other side when I get through the car wash. Manager meets me, pay all good, I thought. Get over to the table to wait for my car, young gal is washing my windshield on the outside while talking on her cell phone. Then all the sudden car is ready, put tip in box and head to the car. Jump in heading directly east when leaving, do the circle to get back on Gilbert Road, now heading west directly in to the sun, can't see shit, they never washed the inside of the windshield, the worst part that I explained up front. Pull back in closed! Get home, never vacuumed drivers side floor, never wiped down dash or steering column. Worst $30 wash plus tip I have ever had. So close to home and will not return. read more

Went in earlier this week for an oil change and found out my brakes needed service! The crew was extremely helpful in deducing exactly what needed to be fixed, and what did not, which I was so grateful for. They were very reasonable and are always my favorite place to take my car to get fixed! They do not talk you into any useless servicing and are so helpful in explaining what needs to happen. Well after years of coming to this car wash when it was under another name. The sign read $20 for the ultimate car wash. Unbeknownst to me that was the advertised price for membership only. By the time I reached inside the price had doubled to $40. I then informed the cashier Gabriel that I believe this was a bit much and I thought the sign read $20 he informed me that that was for members only. So I said well I don't wanna pay $40 for a car wash at this time. He stated I have already rang you up there's no going back sorry sir. Last time I came here they did a shitty job of wiping out my car and I had to return because the dash was never touched and I gave them a second chance. I also just canceled my monthly membership for my other car that I have had almost a year and only used it once. This will be the last time I use the services of Jackson's car wash in Gilbert. Second time here. Exterior staff great at the start. A bit pushy with the add-ons. Interior staff inept. Cashier and her manager unable to help customer in front of me for 10+ minutes while I waited to pay and get my cleaning started. WAY too long. I pre-paid for a full detail which required a premium car wash. I had a 1 year window to schedule my appointment and get the service completed. I dropped my car off at the earliest appointment 7:30am and my car wasn't finished until 3pm. They said it would take about 4 hours, luckily I wasn't waiting around. When I got my car back, the interior was nicely detailed and shampooed but the outside was far from acceptable. The front bumper and grill was still buggy or had patches of wax not rubbed off. I would not take my car back to this place for any type of car wash. I prefer the Cobblestone for express washes. I haven't figured out where to take my car for a detail yet. read more

I waited for two days to post this ... Sunday my husband and I drive thru the wash ( where we always take out personal vehicles and our work vehicles) my husbands work truck was behind us as we were driving thy an express wash with my Jeep. We got 1/2 way through the wash and the machine totally shut off . We were stuck in ther for over 10 minutes:.. meanwhile my husbands brand new work truck is behind us ... we see them trying to back the truck out of the wash they had already started ! 13 minutes later the Machine turns back on - as we pulled out my husband gets out of the Jeep and says " why were we stuck & did something happen to my truck ?" They were all dumb founded and were like " uhhhhh no " they pulled his truck out and it turns out they had blown the tire out and bent the rim ! Then they drove it to where they dry the cars off with a completely blown tire ! It takes 20 minutes for a "manager" to come talk to us . They said " we will take care of it - we will take it to the tire shop and get u a new tire" at 4:50pm we go to get the truck -- funny! It's not fixed , they couldn't find a tire for a 17 Ford F-250! They put the spare on--- - -a dirty nasty mud filled spare on the truck and promised that they wrote an incident report and that corporate would be in contact with us on Monday! It's now tues ( 8:15pm) still haven't heard from them and the tire is still not fixed ! They rotate through people here like crazy , they don't know who's in charge and it's not good to mess someone's nice vehicle up and not follow through on their commitments! I was sent to this location from my original Jackson's near my home. They don't do oil changes at that location, so they give you 50% off coupons to relocate here. They had a long line of cars waiting and all of the employees in the garage seem to joke around and play on their phones. I waited a while for my truck to get an oil change. I pre paid and was told that it would take 3 hours for the car to be finished. it took them 7 hours to detail my car, even though other cars that arrived after mine were detailed with 3 hours I was told that because I had pre paid that I would have to wait longer to get finished. After paying $150.00 for full detail and wash I expected that, because I had made an appointment that my car would be completed in a timely manner. When confronting the cashier I was given the shoulder shrug and a very week "I am sorry". For the prices you charge I expected stellar customer service and help. The first time I went here the employee, an African American guy, physically blocked the screen and the payment slot so he could talk to me. The second time I went there, a brown/blonde haired young guy, directed me where to park, which made it impossible for me to reach the screen and money slot. He pressed the buttons for me while being very aggressive about signing up for a membership. After I said no thank you for the 5th time he said to put the money in myself and walked away. I paid for a "hand wash" because I have a very expensive ceramic coat over my paint for protection and caught them trying to send it through they're machine. Richard and his team ended up honoring the service, and every person I spoke to along the way from the retailers, cashiers to the service professionals hospitable, polite and friendly. I come to Jackson's for reasonably good car wash, even the barrage of hard selling attempts for additional services is annoying. So, it's a bit busy at Jackson's today. I find myself about 6th in line at the cash register inside with a single register open. What appears to be a manager or supervisor went into the back room behind the counter and when exiting the office remarked to the lone cash register attendant, 'really busy day, huh?" I'm sure there was a reason why the manager/supervisor did not roll up his sleeves and help out at one of the other two vacant registers....but he just exited the office. Appearances are everything.
