I stopped for a car wash for my super dirty car and wanted the upgrade to best wash. An associate offered me the option of a wax with armor all through out the car for $50. I really didn't have time for this but was told it wouldn't take any longer than the usual wipe down. I took a chance and true to their word it was 20 mins. I was happily blown away! I scheduled and received details service on my vehicle on October 24, 2025. There service was to perform a full detail of the interior and exterior for the vehicle I had recently purchased as 5 years used. I'm pleased with the results. If you schedule detail service, it is always helpful, to do so in advance and inquire as to the estimate time to complete. Most details of this magnitude can range 4-6 hours so set expectations accordingly. Drop the vehicle off and come back later...unless you like hanging out in the waiting area...which has a very nice aquarium. Summary, my experience was a positive one for this visit. read more

While detailing my car the buffer accidentally hit a patch of sun dried paint and as a result left a mark about the size of a lemon. You could see the black plastic under the white paint . They took full responsibility and sent my car to a paint repair company and they completely refinished the whole bumper. The cost to them was $388.00 most car wash places would put the blame on me. I went to Jackson car wash this morning. Some acquaintances recommended it, I was highly disappointed. I had to go back through not once but three times for them to clean my rug inside my car. The bottom of my car still had bugs all over it. the inside was not cleaned. The steering wheel was not cleaned. There was no attention to detail at all. It's expensive going there. He tried up selling me so I did the $50 package because I haven't taken my car in a while and needless to say it was a total rip off not to mention when I came home I had to re-clean some of it because They neglected to get some of the interior and exterior. They were very friendly there, but not at all detailed for the amount of money they charge and it takes some all of 10 to 15 minutes total very disappointed. read more

Been shopping around for a good car wash to bring all our vehicles too I grabbed a Free interior exterior car wash. My daughter and I had to go vacuum ourselves there was stuff still on car (water marks and dust) wheels looked like no one touched them glad they offer free washes so that way I wouldn't waste money on our family cars here. Being a member, this is one of my least favorite Jacksons car wash locations (Gilbert Rd.): 1. The men working consistently try to pull me from the membership line to manually type in my license, only to try to sell me an upgrade or product in a desperate manner & act completely annoyed when I deny their sale. Defeats the purpose of having the easy, quick access, no person contact membership line. 2. When I have asked why I can't use the membership line, they state the machine doesn't work well and better to just see them; however, I don't buy that because when they are not there the machine works seamlessly for me. I now unfortunately just avoid/ignore them when they wave me down and try to pull me in their lane - I just drive straight through the membership line. 3. Staff here are usually not too friendly, with exception of one super nice gentleman checking you in. 4. They rarely have a guy drying your car at the end (which is supposed to be a free perk to their $20/mo membership when they sell the deal to you). When they do have a guy drying, he does a terrible job, honestly speaking. Usually always missed a mirror, today he missed my front windshield completely, was gone before I could tell him. If it wasn't for the location on Market St. in SanTan Village, I would not keep my membership and would never pay to have my car wash at this location on Gilbert Rd. read more

Good work on tints. However, an employee is a straight up con artist that attempted to make a FRAUD INSURANCE claim so my wife could get "free tints" and a "free windshield replacement". The con artist told my wife that she had a crack in her windshield was a lie. The con artist requested took my wife's phone to pose as her and make a claim to our insurance. We informed the manager and a coworker but you could tell they tried to deter it to avoid escalation to protect their little scamming buddy to avoid higher management getting involved. It wasn't until I stepped in and requested to speak with the regional manager. They took our contact information and we are yet to hear here from the regional manager. It's been well over 2 weeks. I'm writing this for women or individuals who don't know much about cars be cautious with establishments like this. Hopefully, this will get some sort attention from management. read more

So I've been going to Jacksons for over 10 years before when they were Danny's car wash and have seen transitions of ownership, management, support staff. On a fluke, I just got my car washed by the Gilbert 202 location and watched the process comparing to what I remember it to be. Hands down, Gilbert 202 Jacksons was on point across the board with service to delivery. I was fortunate enough to get Isabella that greeted me, and did my final walk through in which I watched for detail. I asked for her name, and then told her she would be the reason for me to not only to come back for service, but to come back to Gilbert and the 202 for service. Hands down out of the 4 locations I go to throughout the month that would be the #1 and it should show for service and on the back end for volume! Hopefully someone says something to them because to day I think over and beyond service is what keeps people coming back. read more

These scum bags stole my damn handicap tag out my car and tried to play me like I was crazy when I confronted them I don't know if the guy was a manager or what but they literally did nothing about it and pretty much told me to go get another one. I have real disabilities how much of a low life do you have to be to steal out somebody else's car and let alone a handicap tag at that. read more

I've been coming to the Gilbert Road location for about 5 years, and today I had the best experience yet. I got the $40 wash (inside and out), and a young man named Nate (or Nick, initials NS) absolutely crushed it--attention to detail, quality, everything was on point. I originally chose this location because it was near work, but I kept coming back because it was nothing like the mess I dealt with at Cobblestone (especially their Chandler locations). So frustrated. Dropped my wife's car off today at 11:30 to get interior detailed. They said it would be done in 3 hours. I just picked it up 4 hours later and they hadn't even started work on the detailing. I am livid. Do not take your car here to get detailed. Terrible service, and terrible communication. Management acted as if nothing happened, no apologies, just refunded my credit card. No value delivered. Terrible, just terrible. read more

I like coming to this place, but I came in on the 22nd at around noon and the guy was just on his cell phone talking to what his phone said his daughter talking about her lunch and way of cooking things that are better than others no greeting no goodbye no, thank you and while I'm riding this, he's outside smoking what seems to be a blunt or a cigar on the opposite side of the camera so the camera can't see him. I'm sure he's a nice guy. But he definitely needs to be trained to do customer service. Everybody else has been super cool. And actually very nice. The biggest downfall to this place is it closes super early gas stations should stay open very late or 24 hours. It's not Covid anymore people it's been five years open this stuff up! read more

Service and was great- was explained how the process worked along with the specials they were running which was helpful to get the best discount and option for my wash. One item i have not seen at other car washes is an air blower at each of the vacuum stations to blow off the excess water. Nice added feature. read more

I purchased a spring cleaning car wash for $50.00 They left winter on the car in the form of mud on the bottom and sides of all doors. I expected that the doors would be cleaned because they would have had to open the doors to get in and clean the car. I called to speak to a manager since I did not notice the mud on the back passenger doors until I got home. I got an automated voice called Maggie and was told I would get a call back but have not received a call back. I paid $50 but received the quality of service for an $8 car wash. read more

they were going to charge me $75 for a hand wash that was "usually 100" just for my car to be in worse condition then it came in.. this place obviously doesn't wash any of their towels because every single one of my windows and windshields was left streaky, they left a chip in my paint, and dry soap ALL OVER my car. they also told me i was "good to go" when they didn't even have my keys and were unable to locate them for a good 5 minutes. most definitely the worst experience i've ever had at a car wash. i don't know if because they lowered my price to $50 they thought it was okay to do a shitty job on my car or if they're this terrible with every car they wash, but i'll never be back read more

I wish I could give the service a 1/2 star. Beyond frustrated that they charge what they do and this is the end result. I left my 4Runner with them for FIVE hours and they missed huge sections, noticeable sections. Do yourself a favor and pay a private detailer to clean your car, they actually care about the finished product. The staff at Jacksons were friendly, but I didn't pay $150 for friendly people, I paid to have my car professionally detailed. read more

Great service!!! I only stopped here because my membership at the other one is good and all but sometimes a Lady doesn't feel like driving to that location when in a hurry! Upon pulling up, the tall guy pitched the membership but due to already having a membership I had to decline..." HOWEVER" , after going through the wash and seeing the fella hand dry my car off even after the dryers... this actually pusauaded me to change over. I plan to return and sign up! I liked that the gentlemen was all over my Pasta(my vehicles name) drying her off, bringing her beauty back to life. Do Not Sign up for one of their car wash plans. They will tell you the only way to cancel your plan is through the website. Filling out the form to cancel works about as well as you would expect from a shady company. I had two cars that I needed to cancel the plan on over the last couple of months. The first car I traded in for a new car. Went online and filled out the form. Of course I've still been charged for 3 months. The second car was my daughters. She moved off to college and brought her car with her so I filled out the form online to cancel. Sure enough Jackson's continued to charge my card. Now I have to work with my credit card company to dispute these charges. I will not be going back to the shady money grabbing company. read more

I've been coming to this car wash as a monthly VIP member for a little over the last two years, and I received the best customer service I ever have (at a Jackson's) by a long-shot, on this visit. Not sure if she was the manager, but a young lady named Kira (spelling?), took a few extra steps to thoroughly clean my vehicle. Showed me what was done in detail, and was incredibly kind. Be careful! They do an ok job with car washes but I strongly suggest avoiding getting an oil change or any other work there. I paid for a couple maintenance items, one being a synthetic oil change. Well fast forward till the very next oil change and I find they did not use synthetic oil, which is extra annoying because this truck has only had synthetic so mixing oils isn't a great idea. But if that wasn't enough they put on the wrong dang oil filter! An oil change is the simplest of things and if they can't be trusted because either fraud or negligence to do something so simple... you shouldn't trust them with anything. read more

Well I had a bit different experience here compared to the latest reviews. I went on a Wednesday and just kept forgetting to post my review. Wednesdays are half off (yay!) I went right after work, granted I wanted the inside cleaned more than the outside because it's been raining. When I got my truck back it was sooo clean on the inside. Vacuumed neatly, the inside was so shiny and waxing clean looking, they did a phenomenal job! Now to those that had bad experiences, maybe there is one or a few employees who could benefit from some more training on what is acceptable and not. However I don't think good work should go unrecognized when it is given. Good job guys ! read more

Only good thing about this place is the wash. High prices to be treated like just a number in line, is just unfortunate. After the wash I sat in line waiting for service only to be told "sorry someone should have told you to leave your car." When I asked why no one gave me instructions the service persons said "I just did." Also saw workers on phones while I waited. I went through the wash on 3/525 and the washed damaged my truck. The manager that day and the manager the next day said there is nothing they can do for me. The area manager called me and said there was debris found in the bed of my truck that caused the damage. The debris was not on my truck before the wash. My paint and windshield are now chipped and they won't give any info for corporate office to contact. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I found a number to corporate online but nobody answers any option. Terrible customer service. If you used the Gilbert and Germann location on the same day, check you vehicle one the passenger side. The $40 wash was useless as my interior was not fully cleaned and will now cost me a windshield and paint repair. Would not give a star rating but required to leave reviews. read more

I just took my car to this Jackson's. never again. I was the o ly car getting cleaned at 7:30. two peoples worked on car. they didn't even remove the hatch pad to clean. they don't even vacuum under a few things that were in the back. so much sand and dirt. very disappointed. read more

We went to have a full service car wash. They did a pathetic clean. Dashboard dusty, windows had streaks and finger prints from the grandkids. Vacuuming was horrible. Very disappointed with paying $31 and getting a terrible wash. I do not recommend this place. Best Part was the free drink from gas station. So sad! read more
