We came Friday night, 2/13/26. Drinks: I enjoyed my drink. I ordered a Jasmine milk tea with matcha foam. There was very little foam so I didn't get much of the matcha taste. My boyfriend got the coffee boba with coffee jelly. We both enjoyed the texture and chew of the boba. He liked the coffee jelly. I got a sip of his drink and it was very coffee forward. Service: it was SO SLOWWW. It was empty when we got there are it took up almost 10 min til we got our drinks. There were only 2 workers. The female looked this she was working pretty hard. Making drinks and she even paused to take customers orders. But the male worker seemed like he wasn't doing much. He was working so slow paced. They need to improve on their service! Ambiance: This boba shop is pretty big. Once you order, there are more seats as you make your way right of the shop. They are located on the corner of Paramount and Jackson so it's pretty easy to find. They have cute vibe. read more

I love how they had spoons, I took one without any açaí bowls. Drinks took around ~5 minutes to make which was pretty good as I was rushing to head back to my competition. Wish I lived here locally. I've been here twice and each time they took forever to make my drinks. The first time I went it was just me (ordered two drinks) and another person who ordered one drink and it took them about 15-18 minutes. You have to order at the kiosk before you can see if they have 20 cups of orders ahead of them to make. I can understand if there might be an unexpected rush sometimes that it can get backed up, but I'm guessing this is the typical scheduling for a typical Sunday afternoon business. What compounded things was that the owner was walking around just doing his own thing, going out to his car, in and out, with nothing in hand, and not stepping in to help.
