Service was good. The girl that helped us out as very nice. I knew what I wanted cos I saw they had a happy hour special everyday from 5pm-9pm, so I got a drink from there. I ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with boba. My fiancé and I also saw they had food items and decided to try the popcorn chicken. The milk tea was really delicious. I liked it. The tea taste was very forward, however I didn't care for the texture of the boba. It was a little bit too chewy for my liking. My fiancé said it tasted like old boba. We were also disappointed in the popcorn chicken. It was nice and hot when we got it. But $9 for a small sized container full of mediocre chicken isn't worth it. The chicken is not like the normal popcorn chicken you get from a boba shop. We were expecting chicken with a crunchy, fried texture. We got popcorn chicken they looks like the store bought, frozen chicken that you pop in the microwave or toaster over and feed it to your kids after school. And it was very dry. It needed a sauce on the side. This place has a cool ambiance. Cool aesthetic walls and a nice sitting area while you wait for your drink. But nothing where you can sit and do your homework or enjoy chatting with your friends while sipping on your drink. It's close to home, so this is definitely a place I'd check out again. read more

When you first walk in, it's super cute and clean! I love the simplicity, but also the multitude of options to make your perfect drink combination. They do have have snacks as well as your milk, tea, and your slushes or smoothie options. The cashier was extremely patient with me as this was my first time in Boba day ! I ended up getting the mango and guava slush with mango popping pearl Boba! I rate the slush flavor combination 9 out of 10! I just really wasn't a fan of the mango popping Boba as it had a different mango flavor than the fruit syrup that they used in the slush. Lots of options quite a few parking spots they do share the plaza with a few other stores - but this was a great little detour today! I do recommend!! read more

Came here on a Saturday around 2:30pm no wait to order. Menu was extensive with some food snack options service was good. One restroom. Plenty side seating clean space and some claw machines! Ordered 6 drink all came out quick. The black milk tea was good and the custard pudding was great easy to swallow. Ordered the matcha milk tea was good but yes a powder feeling. The cookies and cream shake was great and smoothly blended. The Jasmine milk tea was nice. Keep in mind all drink cups were sided with caramel syrup I think which made them more sweet. Next time ill order without the syrup. I didn't see options for sweetness nor ice level but maybe ask. All in all, for price to taste it was worth it. They also had happy hours 5-9pm drinks are $3 for regular and 3.50 for large now that's worth it. read more

It's usually a little difficult for me to find a boba shop that I can truly enjoy. As I mentioned in a previous review, I'm a sucker for this specific Japanese beverage called "Hokkaido Milk Tea". This beverage isn't sold at your typical milk tea establishment and I usually have to search for places that specifically serves this milk tea. Fortunately for me, Boba Day not only serves Hokkaido milk tea but they serve a really good one. They also have a separate snack menu in which they offer churros, fries, mozzarella sticks, and more. My mom bought some churros and they were actually really good! Service was also great and the interior was cute and photo op friendly. I look forward to exploring the rest of their menu and I recommend anyone to stop by and try the Hokkaido milk tea if you enjoy caramel-flavored drinks. Support your local businesses! read more

Grand Opening! I just happen to be in the area and saw the Grand Opening banner so decided to try this place out. I wasn't sure what to order so I asked if they have a top 5 best selling items, but I don't think they promote their best drinks. I got the oolong milk tea. The milk tea was really good! At other boba places, I always reduce the sweetness since it's always super sweet. At this place, I forgot to reduce sweetness but this place nailed it. Perfect amount of sweetness! Also had a bold tea flavor which was good. Really good milk tea place. Interior is pretty beautiful and colorful. One thing I noticed is that they don't have tables. read more

This is a cute little boba spot that's in my neighborhood. I love seeing boba shops start popping up in areas that wouldn't normally see them. I was excited about this little shop because boba in Long Beach is very scarce. This shop has ALOT of options and flavors that I thought was cool. You can mix and match some flavors with the style you want the drink, tea, slush etc. The honey boba is really good! It's made well and not hard or starchy. I thought that was really important since cooking boba correctly is important! My only thing I did not like was the artificial flavors that were used for some flavors. You can tell it's powder or added flavor. I was hoping for more refreshing real-fruit flavors. The staff and owner were very sweet and excited for people to come in. I think we've reached an over saturation of boba spots in Southern California. There are so many and they don't really stand out from each other. For me, how they cook their boba is pretty important and this place had pretty mushy, overcooked boba so that was a pretty big minus in my book. I got a honey oolong which I asked to adjust the sweetness and they said they couldn't. Another negative. The tea itself was decent but it was definitely a little too sweet for me. What gave it a 3 instead of a 2 star is that they had some good slushy type drinks that my kids liked and so that makes it a good option for kids if you're at the food hall next door and want boba. Otherwise, there are plenty of other better boba spots in the surrounding areas and I wouldn't recommend wasting your boba visit here. read more

If you need to get a quick boba fix, this is the spot. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Selection across the board is huge because of all the flavors you can mix together. Price is reasonable as well. The menu doesn't have a sugar level option, but you can ask them to make it less sweet if you want. It doesn't have that authentic tea fragrant taste, but it's not too artificial either. It works for me. read more

Tried this place recently with a friend. It's in a small strip mall with dedicated parking which might fill up at peak times, but was fine in the late morning. There was one person working as far as we could tell. We were the only customers, so that seemed fine. She was very friendly. We took our drinks to go so we did not spend much time in there, so I don't have much to say about ambiance. The trouble was the drinks themselves. It seemed like they were both from big, premade containers. My friend and I ordered different milk teas and both had almost no flavor. Mostly just milk itself. Not sure if that was normal, or an adjustment made to run the place with one person that day, but I would not recommend this place for that reason. We were super surprised and stoked to see a Boba place open up in the mini plaza between Subway and the Louisiana Fried Chicken and Fish spot! When we went in we asked how long they have been open and it's only been a week so we were not expecting the highest of quality but we were wrong in the best way! Parking is tight but the inside was cute and comfortable enough with the two sets of families that ordered before us. A smidge loud on the music/TV but I suppose that's the vibe nowadays. We were able to comfortably sit on their entire wall bench with plenty of room not to be crowded and there's standing room by their faux leaf wall. Price is very reasonable and was cheaper than what we pay when we go to Ding Tea or ShareTea. In total we got 4 drinks (3 Milk Teas and 1 Fruit Tea) with an assortment of pudding add-ons and bobas. The boba was nice and soft and had a good flavor, they were able to adjust the sweetness on the drinks (we always do 25%-50%) and excited to see they can do a mix and match on their drink items!
