Service: it was SO SLOWWW. It was empty when we got there are it took up almost 10 min til we got our drinks. There were only 2 workers. The female looked this she was working pretty hard. Making drinks and she even paused to take customers orders. But the male worker seemed like he wasn't doing much. He was working so slow paced. They need to improve on their service! When it's not too busy I have ordered a Thai Milk Tea and before I decided where I wanted to sit my order was being called up. Whenever I see Mont or Bella working I know I'm going to have any question of mine answer so sweetly and my order prepared so quickly. Recently they've made great renovations to the establishment. The sitting area outside has these cute chairs and is well shaded and makes for a relaxing spot to study and talk to friends. Their music plays classic hits from the 2000s that gives such a nostalgic vibe to the entire place and I return weekly if I ever need a place to focus on my studies and online classes. I have tried every lemonade at Boba Indeed and it has been such a refreshing order during this hot L.A. Summer.
