The service is good and the place is clean enough. I haven't gotten much from here other than esquite and the milkshakes which were fine. Today I got a agua de pepino con limón and I gotta say I was disappointed because of the amount of sugar in this thing. It literally tasted like a spoonful of sugar and barely any limón or pepino. Must try this new spot! Staff is nice and setup is clean. We had a greñuda mixta which is shredded cucumber, jicama, beets and carrots topped with Tajín and some special juice. Really refreshing! We also ordered a banana split. We chose three different ice cream flavors. All ice cream is made in house and they have awesome flavors. The banana split was topped with whip, raisins, condensed milk, chocolate syrup and strawberries. Will be coming back to try smoothie and juices. I don't not recommend their biónicos. I don't like the type of "crema" they use. It's a watery consistency and extremely sweet. I'm use to more of a thicker crema and mildly sweet. BUT Everything on their menu looks delicious, great customers service, I was in and out in a timely manner. Which is why I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of one. Over 16 ounces of juice and ice blended till perfection! Its been 100 plus degrees lately in Compton and they offer a healthy solution to cure your thirst and dehydration woes. Walked into this place and it seemed like I was some kind of weird person walking into their private home. This is is a business. I felt unwelcome. No type of customer service not even a simple "hi". That to be honest makes customers unwanted. Your staff must pick up some good manners. Anyways, I ordered a fruta picada. Regular fruit nothing out of the ordinary. With this heat it only makes me want to eat something fresh. I rely on fruit for this heat. The fruit they served me seemed like it was stored in the fridge for days. The orange had a lot of seeds. Investing on some good produce will help you more let me tell you that. For people that know about the produce industry are going to tell right away about the cheap fruit being served. Other than that, I had a raspado. It was ok. I'll give them another chance and I'll be back. This is my fourth time coming . It's been awhile and it's very disappointing how the service went down . The first two times it was very delicious service was great too. Downside is that we stood by the register like 5-7 minutes watching the two ladies moving around. A small, "bienvenidos, ahorita los atiendo" would have been nice. The reason why I reviewed this place with 3 stars is solely on the customer service that we received on that day. Not the antojitos. The food was delicious, I have no complaints about that. We got tostilocos, which where really good. La horchata was great, they did a good ratio on ice and horchata. One of the creamiest horchata ever.!!!!!!! The nieve de nuez had enough nuezes. They also didn't jib us on the ice cream. I believe that the ice creams are hechas en house. Now for the costumer service, man I really wanted to not care about it since the antojitos made up for it lol but it sucked we got there in the evening and we where looking around the menu, 2 minutes pass and the girl didn't even acknowledge us lol not even a " ahorita estamos con ustedes". Keep in mind there's 4 workers and about two families that are waiting for their items. All while the younger guy working there was on his phone lol. 5 minutes later lol she comes up to the register and nos dice " que van a querer? Lol not even "disculpen por la espera" . At first we had discovered el antojito in Gardena and would go there all the time just for the ice crema . We were happy finding out they made one in Compton five minutes away. The first few times we went we would always ask to see if they had the fresas con crema ice cream and they would all think about it and say no. Only one person there decided to make it for us . I later spoke to the owner & he had them stock up. They have NOW ran out and it's been a few days without it . I called today and asked if they had any and they said no I'm not sure if the owner knows so he can bring some .
