She also mentioned we can adjust the sweetness to our drink, which I love cos I don't like my drink too sweet. It's strong and does the job. Their menu became a bit overwhelming bc they now offer so many seasonal drinks. Pricing: Krak Boba has their own rewards app. The app is really easy to use. My only pet peeve is how the coupon's expiration works. For ex, if a coupon says it'll expire on 6/16, it will literally expire once it hits midnight of 6/16. I was given a 50% off coupon that expired on 6/16, and of course I visited on 6/16. I didn't realize it already disappeared. Other than that, the app is helpful when mobile ordering, looking at menu items, and receiving points.
