First time here, and I was genuinely impressed. I ordered the Mila's Matcha and the Banana Matcha, and both drinks had excellent flavor smooth, balanced, and neither overly grassy nor overly sweet. You can actually taste the matcha without it being overwhelming, and the cold foam adds a great finishing touch. At $8 each, the portion size and quality feel worth the price. Service was fast and efficient: order at the front window, pick up at the back. My drinks were ready in about 2-3 minutes. I also appreciate that this is a Mexican-owned business, it's great to see local entrepreneurs creating something this high quality. I was obsessed with their cookie butter latte that I came here everyday after taking my kids to school but then the drink was inconsistent. Sometimes it was sweet, sometimes it was bitter. So I stopped coming since it's on the other side of town. I probably drop by once a month nowadays and the flavor is there! They have sweet bread available. Aside from their regular menu, they have a monthly menu that features the month. In December, they have "Christmas" drinks whereas in June, they have "summer"drinks .. it just varies from month to month. Parking is free since it's part of the Bellflower Steelcraft. I come here often specifically for the Cookie Butter Latte, and it's usually one of my favorite drinks. The flavor is normally consistent and well-balanced every time I order it. Unfortunately, today's visit was disappointing. Both Cookie Butter Lattes we ordered tasted very different from usual--mostly watery and lacking the rich cookie butter flavor I've come to expect. I'm not sure if the recipe has changed, the ingredients were different, or the measurements were off, but the drinks definitely didn't have their usual taste. I arrived at 9 a.m. and there was already a small crowd waiting for drinks. To start, they didn't have any homemade pinguinos available, which was disappointing. They also don't serve breakfast on-site since they partner with a taco spot across the way, and that doesn't open until 10 a.m., so options were very limited at that time. The drink itself was just okay--I've had it before and expected a bit more since it's one of their popular items. I ordered a cold drink, and it was average, about a 3 out of 5. My best friend ordered a hot drink and enjoyed hers more than I did mine. As for the pan dulce, one felt a bit stale, so I chose another based on texture alone, and that one was noticeably fresher. For a Monday, it was a bit empty, Dodger game playing on e huge TV by the platform, customers just chillin at the picnic tables. I actually like this set up and I used to walk to this venue when I lived nearby. Such a cute little coffee shop! They are always coming up with new flavors and very known for their cute drink images (for extra cost). Their banana matcha crumble is so yummy! You can really taste the matcha and the banana just adds the right amount of sweetness to it while the crumble topping gave a nice crunch per sip. The prices are a tad higher than other cafe's in the area but still reasonable. The baristas are helpful in choosing what drink will cater to your taste. Located right in the middle of downtown bellflower, you can stroll around with a good drink in hand or just relax inside steelcraft and just people watch. read more

Another favorite added to my list!! Wish this place wasn't so far from me...would definitely be coming more frequently if it was lol but can't wait to come back and try their other drinks! There are a few flavors for coffee that get me immediately and a strawberry cold foam is one of them. I was waiting inside from their back window which I didn't realize even had another side to order lol but thanks to the lovely young ladies in front of me who let me know that I had to go outside to order. Staff are super friendly and drink came out quick through their back pickup window located inside the food hall. I'd been wanting to try them out for a while now, went this morning and loved it! Love that they open very early so it's possible to stop by before my 9-5. The girls working there were very nice and helpful in answering my questions regarding drinks as well. The seating area is also very nice and hidden while you wait for your drinks. read more

We ordered the cookie butter latte, horchata latte and a concha and everything was soooo good! We of course had to add a cute lil image to our drink too, which costs an additional $1 to add. The price for our drinks with the image were between $7-$8, which wasn't bad at all, because the cups were bigger than like a grande at starbucks. PANA cafe is a go to spot for me and the hubby when he wants a coffee and I want my matcha! I like how they switch up flavors seasonally and the last time we were here I ordered a banana matcha($8). As a bonus I got a cute snoopy design on top of it for a $1 more. Loved the flavors of the match but for $8 I wish I had more of it. I felt like I had a few sips and it was gone! I thought the design was cute but it disappeared pretty quickly but for instagram story pic it does the job! They also have some breakfast items and Mexican bread if you want more with your drinks! Stumbled upon this little cute coffee shop mid week and I'm so glad I did. I love the vibes it gives off, vibrant coffee makers ready to make your cafecito. I chose the strawberry matcha of course since that seems to be all I want to order lately and it tasted exceptional, like a cold strawberry ice cream pop. They even sell pan dulce which was soft, wish they could have warmed it up but I also didn't ask if they could so that's on me. I love that they have two areas where you can order and mobile order as well to speed things up if you are in a rush. Solid local coffee spot that you can just walk up to right off Bellflower Blvd. It's part of Steelcraft, an outdoor eatery with several restaurants and a communal dining area. There are other Steelcraft locations in Long Beach and Garden Grove. Pana's Cafe is a Mexican cafe and I love how they showcase traditional flavors through their drinks. Not only are the pan dulce and drinks good but the staff is always helpful and friendly even when they're super busy. We got Mila's Matcha and La Fresita which were both magically delicious. For $1 you can add cute little art designs to the cold foam. Other drinks I've tried and would recommend are Pana's Latte, El Abuelo, Horchata Latte, and Strawberry Matcha! read more

A friend posted their Panas Coffee with a Hello Kitty pumpkin design on IG, and I had to drive out to Bellflower with my sister to get one ourselves. I didn't realize it was inside SteelCraft, which had a relaxed, chill vibe when we went on a Wednesday afternoon. I got the Pumpkin Cream Matcha with almond milk and requested no sweetener in the matcha itself, since the pumpkin cream on top already had sweetness. It ended up being the perfect balance--not too sweet, with the cream adding just the right amount. Plus, the Hello Kitty witch design was adorable and totally gave Halloween/autumn vibes. The design was $1 extra but worth it. My sister got Mila's Matcha with oat milk and the standard sweetener, but even she (a sweets girl!) found it a little too sweet. She said next time she'd ask for less sweetener to better enjoy the matcha. Overall, we loved the drinks and were obsessed with the latte art. Super cute and definitely worth the trip! read more

Pana's is the coffee shop at SteelCrafts Bellflower location. There shop faces Bellflower Blvd so you don't need to go in if you just want coffee. They also open earlier then the rest of the facility at 7am :) We ordered a Cookie Butter Latte & Double Espresso. The Latte was delicious, smooth & rich with plenty of biscoff flavor and a nice cold foam. The Espresso was solid. The staff was very friendly even tho they were busy. This is a family owned Mexican Coffee shop so most of the drinks are themed accordingly and they also have a selection of Pan Dulce (sweet bread) :) There is plenty of free parking at the rear entrance and on the street. Everything is neat and clean including the greater facility & parking lot. I love SteelCraft in general and this is a great coffee shop that is worth the trip by itself :) read more

The good: I got a Mexican Swiss jelly roll that was surprisingly good and not too sweet with a light coconut coating on the outside. It was moist and cute. The banana cold brew was refreshing. The cafe was busy and drew a crowd. They do really cute latte art add ons for $1 that include hello kitty or Labubu. They also had savory breakfast options. I liked that they had a non-coffee part of the menu as well as a kids menu. I got my kids a kids "mocha" which was like a chocolate milk with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. They're located in the ooen air food hall Steelcraft so there's plenty of communal dining areas and a nice area for kids as well. I liked all of the modern but also Mexican-inspired options. The bad: The kids mocha was probably sweeter than it needed to be. The interesting: This was next to the LA Firefighter museum so we made it a fun kids day where I got coffee and kids got to see cool fire trucks. read more

Great cafe located in Bellflower's SteelCraft! I heard a lot of good things from friends about this spot and decided to check it out on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't packed at all. There's a parking lot in the back and street parking for a quick grab and go. Since this is part of SteelCraft, the cafe itself doesn't have any seating, but rather a shared common space for all the neighboring eateries and joints :) We ordered a cookie butter latte and the mila's matcha + $1 for the snoopy art and lowkey it was sooo worth it! I was obsessed with my matcha that I didn't wanna drink it because it was so cute. The matcha quality was great and wasn't sweet itself, but with the cream top mixed in, it was delicious. I also really appreciated that it wasn't grainy either. My bf got the cookie butter latte and he loved it! It wasn't overly sweet and still actually tasted like a strong latge with a hint of authentic biscoff/cookie butter flavor. A lot of places have cookie butter lattes that are entirely too sweet or artificial tasting, but this latte was great. read more

Was a little bit hard to drink without the straw since I didn't want it all over my lips. But that's not something to whine about. Taste was great! One of my new and favorite local coffee spots!! It's located at the SteelCraft in Bellflower and I feel like there's always people getting coffee here. Parking is plentiful in the back lot as well as on the street. I've tried their horchata latte and adjusted the sweetness on it and it was still a very delicious iced coffee! However, I am actually obsessed with the Panas latte and that's now the only thing I get from there. I can't even describe the flavor in this latte - it's just so tasty and such a perfect balance of flavors in there (without needing any adjustment)! I wasn't expecting to find something unique at a coffee shop, but I noticed on the menu a Chamomile Tea Latte. I love chamomile, I love lattes, it makes sense to make a chamomile latte. This is such a cute, small, walk up coffee shop. The people are so sweet. They had about 5 people behind the counter at once. You'll find it on the corner right outside of steel craft in Bellflower. As part of Yelp elite I tried the cookie butter latte but I also tried the Abuelo on my own dollar and it was excellent! I love cafe de olla and love to try everyone's interpretation. As many of us know, Mexicans all have slightly different recipes for cafe de olla with a few core ingredients. It's a must try! Added bonus: you'll find pastries like pan dulce and what looks like a homemade pinguino to go with your Cafecito. My pup was a big fan of ambience. This coffee shop is located in an outdoor food court. The vibe of the area is pretty lively and chill. I parked in a lot across the street. I ordered La Fresita which is a vanilla latte with strawberry foam. It was pretty good. The window on the street side has pastries, but I ordered from the inside window on a tablet which was really easy. I received a text when my order was ready, and it was super fast. I have been hearing about this place for a while and super thankful I got to finally try it out. The employees were nice, no complaints. They are located near steelctaft so it can be pretty busy.
