I'm a huge fan of boba and was really excited to check out Boba Time in Bell. It seemed to have been closed for a while so I am glad to see it is finally open again. Ordering is fairly easy -- you can either go order with the cashier or use their kiosk to order. It didn't take long to take our order, about 10 minutes I would say. My friend got the Tiger Milk Tea and I got the Strawberry Matcha Tea. I do think the tapioca balls were a bit undercooked as they were far less chewy than what they normally should be. Overall the drinks were enjoyable and just what I needed. They do have açaí bowls and macarons here if you're looking for something to munch on. I do wish this location had tables for you to enjoy your drink at, they seem to only have chairs if you're waiting for your order. I did see a section of the store blocked off so I'm hoping they'll add seating there soon. Note: I do pass by and see this location closed from time to time when it should be open according to their operating hours. Be sure to verify if they're open! read more

I went it for a thai tea boba & taro drink & accidently ordered them regular instead of a smoothie, when i asked to get it changed, the manager or owner said it was already made so I understood. Before i even took them, one of the girl employees said she could redo it and to just charge me the difference but he didnt want to. Very disappointing that even the employee was trying to accommodate a simple fix but not even the owner could, who wasnt even doing the order just sitting down taking them. Shout out to you tho girly!! read more

literally the slowest service oh my god. i've been waiting 20+min for 2 drinks. it's ridiculous.

This is the second time I order a hot milk tea with boba which I pay extra for and they don't put any. I am very sad.

I love going to Boba Time when I want a little treat! Sadly, the cashier said I couldn't use my app at this location, but I saw a kiosk and a sign saying to scan the app for stamps... I believed her and didn't question it, but I was honestly very upset... read more

I came after a long day of stress and all I wanted was some boba after work, I went in 10 minutes before they closed to place an order. ONE DRINK mind you. My favorite location, drinks are always delicious and the workers are always friendly and welcoming.

Love boba time, so many options and so quick. Best thing is being able to order off the app.

My favorite spot for boba! I always ask for extra boba. Shakes, frappes, slush and smoothie is all I get. Every time I go in person the staff always tell me they do not have açaí bowls but when I order online for pick up they always do. From now on I'm just doing online orders instead. read more

My go-to drink is the brown sugar milk tea it's the best choice. Ever since they opened I've been going all the time. It's worth downloading the app. AFTER ordering 15 drinks you get to save $6 off (awesome). If you ever feel adventurous, they have some other unique flavors and toppings worth trying. The service is top notch. As I was curious about trying something new. The employee suggested a sample. Which was very kind. Overall the place is clean. And plenty of parking. Definitely worth giving this place a try. read more

Best boba place I've been too, my girlfriend and I always come here and make a 40 minute drive to grab some drinks. Wouldn't want it from any other place. 10/10 recommended. read more

Double, triple check your orders. This was my go to Boba spot. The drinks are good but the service could be better. I used the mobile app to place an order and received an order that was completely wrong. I ordered 3 large frapps and 1 regular frapp. I was given 3 regular drinks and 1 large drink. Apart from that the flavors were wrong. Even after letting them know that I did not in fact get what I ordered (I tasted the coffee) I kept being told that I was wrong. It's frustrating because 1. I can't have coffee which means I can't drink what I got neither can my family who also received coffee. 2. I ordered and was charged for large drinks but received regular drinks. 3. I received no support from store, a simple sorry could have been enough. Super disappointed read more

I am a loyal customer to boba time in general. I go at least 2-3 times a week. I usually go to the one on highland. But I just had to write a review about this place. disappointed in this location. Two stars because the thai tea wasn't bad. Just be be prepared to wait a long while. We waited 40 mins for our drink and we ordered ahead. read more

Writing this review to show appreciation for this location and to counter the ugly review below. I love It's Boba Time and was super excited to see this location open in Bell because it's so close to me. I've been a customer at It's Boba Time back since they only had one location in KTown :) This location is very clean and the workers are very friendly. They had only been open a few days when I went, and I noticed they had a sign that stated that the workers were still in training and to be patient with them in case there are delays with your order. I appreciated that they had that up because there's rude people that do not know how to respect service workers. My order was ready pretty quickly, but even if I would have had to wait that would be completely understandable. The matcha drink I had was great and the boba was excellent as always! I missed having a Boba Time close to me. Can't wait to keep going! read more

Wow. Our drinks tasted like bitter water! We ordered 3 drinks via ubereats..the delivery guy was quick and nice! But when we took a sip, it didn't taste like boba at all. We tried getting a refund through ubereats n they said nope. Not sure if this location has ppl who know how to make boba.......waste of our money read more

Service is crappy and that's if you find this location open . The people that own/run the show need to get it together or just sell the place or leave the city . OR make up ur mind on when you want to be open or closed . Ambiance is regular ; lots of clutter all over the place . And the drinks are a hit or miss ; one day it's fine and the next it's water with color read more

We have been strong supporters of Boba time, Until today. I understand sometimes mistakes are made, hey it happens, that's life. Orderd 6 drinks , only received 3 , so I called to let them know. So apparently ,Dr. KIM, the person in charge isnt much for customer service. Instead of an apology , " call postmates", wow ,no attempt to resolve the situation. Sad thing ,this could of been resolved with an simple apology ,and I would of picked up my missing items. BUT ,apparently this wasn't an option. Update! I reordered and my order was correct this time, AND there was a sympathetic apology. See, We all make mistakes, but an apology goes a loooong way. Please support this location, they take care of their custom. Im still smiling, THANK YOU MR. KIM, AND TEAM. You have my business for life. read more

We heard about this new store and visited on a hot Sunday morning. It was not too busy but they had a steady stream of customers. Store was very clean and staffs were friendly. Lots of menu choices and it was hard to just pick one. We ended up getting five different drinks and every one of them was delicious! We especially love the strawberry smoothie as they use real strawberries. It had the right amount of sweetness and with just a little tanginess. I also love my passion mango fruit tea. It looked as good as it tasted. The house milk tea with boba was perfect as well. The boba was soft and chewy, just the right texture ! My kid loved his Oreo smoothie. Highly recommend the place.
