I found a parking spot right outside the shop and went in. It's a cute little store that sells Asian knickknacks along with boba drinks. I got the lychee mango boba tea and it was pretty good. We came in about 40 minutes before closing -- plenty of time for a normal order -- and could clearly hear an employee in the back saying, "Nooo, Thai tea, no boba," in a way that made it obvious they were trying to shut things down early. When another couple walked in, the same line was repeated. It didn't feel like they were actually out of anything; it felt like they just didn't want more customers before closing. It's frustrating to be made to feel like an inconvenience when we arrived well within business hours. The drinks were good, but the attitude wasn't. I got the butterfly pea milk tea, SOOO YUMMM, it was perfect !! My bf got the choco-banana smoothie I think, and he liked it as well. Taiyaki was delicious (got both Nutella and custard), tbh undercooked but if it sat for a bit longer it'd be perfect. This truly is a hidden gem in the city of South Gate. Parking will be frustrating a bit if you can't find a spot right away on the street. We circled around once and then we're able to park. I ordered the Matcha strawberry with boba and my mom got the mango smoothie with boba. I can tell you mine was delicious and worth circling around the block once for parking. My mom also enjoyed hers and even put it in the freezer to drink the rest on her way in to work later that evening. The ambiance is very relaxing and modern. They have a side of the wall dedicated to home made personalized jewelry and other knacks and snacks for sale (all sales final). On their table they have outlets where you can charge your phone or laptop if you stay and enjoy your drink or food there. On the TV they have K-pop music videos playing, made me feel like I was in Japan honestly. If you are ever in town make sure to check them out......also they are pet friendly!!! read more

I came in and had a banana milk. I thought it was delicious. It was made with actual bananas, and not banana flavored syrup! It was sweet but i don't recall it being tooooo sweet (to each his own). I thought their boba was unique and delicious too. I have read other reviews where it's stated drinks are too sweet. I certainly hope i just didn't get lucky with my order. Drinks being TOO sweet at boba places is such a huge problem. I hope they stay more conservative with the sugar. read more

Came here on a whim, was craving boba and after checking what was around the area decided to stop by. It's a pretty big location but from outside it can be missed. When ordering I was told the order would take about 15min bcuz they didn't have boba. Ironically the last drink was an iced drink, with no BOBA. I ordered 4 drinks, two with BOBA and two without. The first three drinks came five to ten minutes apart. We were not the only ones looking confused. People were not getting their drinks/orders together and drinks were coming out in different order.
