The duritos were fresh, flavorful, and the perfect snack, and the agua was super refreshing and paired really well with it. The workers were very polite, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They were quick to help and made sure everything came out right. The shop itself looked very clean, organized, and well taken care of, which made the visit even better. From the outside, this place looks nice and clean, so I decided to try their tostilocos, which are served in a small bag. They're basically impossible to eat that way. They charge $14 for a very small portion, which is already overpriced. I asked for a to-go tray so I could actually eat without everything falling out, and the employee told me it would be an extra $1. I've never heard of being charged for a tray. I ended up paying $20.80 for tostilocos and a paleta. I wouldn't mind paying that much if the portions and service were better, but they weren't. I usually come here very often since it is near my place. It's always the same thing with the bad customer service and the employees are so rude with attitude. She struggled to get it out cause it was hard but she made it . My second order was another large ice cream with the same ice cream and she told me she couldn't sell me anymore because it was too hard . She had used some tool to get the ice cream for the first one & I asked why she couldn't do that for the second one . They ice cream and most of the snacks are actually very decent, it's the horrible customer service that is giving them a low rating. They over charge you and then play dumb when you tell them. This happened to me twice already and they get defensive when you tell them about their mistake.
