It was so terrible it felt like a waste of $8. ** try your drink before you leave which was my mistake** The next time I came back i ordered a BLUE SKY Smoothie and it was delicious (my favorite). Well blended as I've gotten it before. It is one of the smoothies I think tastes low in sugar (although it isn't). I was asked to come in and give this location another try by the manager (Edward). He seemed very concerned and I even waited a couple days after my conversation w/ the manager before returning, to let some time pass. Today I visited 9/21/16... nothing has changed. The same girl Estella was there and she's still apart of management. Which is a joke in itself. Estella's f'd up disposition doesn't give management. She acts like she just doesn't care about anything. I know the manager has spoken to her because she made sure to stay in the back the WHOLE time I was there. When I came in she was there and another employee. When the employee shared my name w/ her she made her way to the back and never came back out, sad! She couldn't even fake a great attitude while I was there, she rather had stayed in the back like a coward. Anyways, the girl who made my drinks was nice and made my drinks good BUT BAD SERVICE OVERRIDES ALL THAT! Any and everybody knows that when you go any place no matter what you get you will ALWAYS REMEMBER THE SERVICE! The employee who took my order was nice and even thanked me when she gave me my drinks. She should maybe take Estella's position because she definitely can holdup well under pressure. After taking my order another customer came in and Estella brought her trifling self out the back after letting the girl stand there for some time and took her order then went back to the back. Something I thought was odd: A gentlemen ordered before me and I ended up getting my drinks before him. I had to wait for my drinks and this guy definitely had been waiting because he placed his order before I did. I'm more than certain that Estella also had a hand in that. I really feel bad for Estella; she's just a sad, mean spirited individual. She lacks any interpersonal skills that great managers or any person who is in management would need. Saidy was amazing. She is very tall, intelligent, cares a lot about the guests who come in. Seems to know an unusual amount of information pertaining to fresh squeezed and blended juice. Came in for an açaí bowl, arrive a little before an hour of closing hour (according to yelp and they store sign). Upon entering proceeded to ask for my order and the employee proceeded to inform me they were no longer making bowls because they were about to close. According to him they were closing "soon" I told him your sign says an hour from now. He replied with "I don't know" clearly making it an excuse to not do his job. He not only informed us that there was a buy one get one for $1 deal happening, he happily rang out multiple orders so we could save money. Our smoothies were yummy and came out fast.
