I always order Jamba Juice ahead of time to pick up since I do it on my way to work. I called this place a good ten times... from the minute I was about to leave my house until I drove right past it.. I didn't feel like getting off when I drove by it because it is really disappointing that other jamba juices answer their phone and this place didn't . I've been visiting this store more frequently than i used to. There is an ample parking lot which is really convenient. The employees have been very helpful and attentive to the guests from what I've observed. I always have amazing drinks. They are careful to follow the recipes, which I love. I don't understand why it has 2 stars. This place deserves a better score. And what's up with the negative Nancy's that want to fire workers for getting a single drink wrong, or because maybe they didn't give out a free drink to these snobby butts. They told me they stopped making juices at a certain time. It was my first time hearing it from any location. I ordered a smoothie instead and a shot of ginger. The ginger shot was not like I expected. I didn't get the option of orange or lemon juice. Also just because they got hired to work at Jamba Juice don't mean they know how to mix the recipes. Believe me I know. I left and called several Jamba's to see if they knew anything about what time they stop serving juices. All locations I called knew of no such thing. Well when I do reviews there usually 5 Star but this time I decided to do this because peeps need to know about this spot. Now if you don't know me then you don't know I'm a Jamba fanatic and I mean FANATIC!! .. with a capital F.. So I walk into this Jamba cuz it was time for my fix and I happened to be around this area, so I said to myself well it's a first but Jamba's gonna be a Jamba boyyy was I wrong....First of all l order very specific things done to my drink so I know it's gonna take time before a new jamba gets it right and every time I go somewhere new they make it for me on point or at least attempt to....well back to this day I stood there watching as they attempted to act like they knew what they were doing and clearly I could see that my drink was coming out watery when I specifically said extra extra thick, I always get extra fruits so that it comes out thick plus I pay a lot more then a regular drink for it to come out my way, so nicely I told them " It's to watery" and they looked at me like I was crazy, I still took the drink and drank from it in front of them and said can you PLEASE add something to make it more thick/chunky??...So the guy in the back grabs it from me and throws it back in the blender and adds ice which makes it more watery but hey at least your trying, so anyway I attempt to drink it again and it was still watery with less flavor now, so here I go again "excuse me but it's still not right" so with attitude the guy grabs it again and makes a face at me , now I'm mad cuz your giving me attitude so as I start to talk sh!t the manager from the back comes out and apologizes. So she makes my drink and bammm her first tempt was perfect... so thank you manager but your employees need to be more accommodating and also have some bed side manners ... this is the first and last time I go to this one... The guy at the register was hovering and rushing me while I was reading the menu because I do not come here so I do not know what they have the drinks are disgustingly sweet for me but my mom wanted a drink so I came. This Jamba Juice is not bad. It does have bad reviews but it's ok. The customer service isn't the greatest.. the staff is just there but trying. Smoothies are smoothies..they're good ..taste the same like other Jamba Juices..its not a packed Jamba Juice so obviously it has to relocate to a better location where service and sales will be better. No public restrooms for paying customers. Employee stated manager only allows workers to use the restrooms. That's absurd as they are a sit down restaurant with paying customers. Also, when I payed for our smoothies my debit card has my ID on it and the employee asked me for additional ID. I told the employee my ID is clearly on my card and that is the reason for it. I should not have to give you any other form of ID. She stated again, her manager makes them ask for additional ID. This manager needs some training. I do not recommend this Jamba Juice. read more

I was so glad we got a local Jamba Juice when it opened and I have never had a bad experience and I'm a frequent customer. I've actually always thought the employees are pretty courteous. I look in and there were a lot of green particles and look like some type of berry seed after I thought it was a bug.. . Every time I come to this jamba juice I feel like I have to wait 15-20 mins for one little juice, which is why I never come here but I was craving a juice do bad. Today on this particular day, a girl with glasses was the only one taking orders AND making the drinks. She had a friend visitor who she was tending to more than the customers. How do I know it was her friend? Bc she stood at the bar area where they hand you your drinks just waiting, looking, which was annoying and uncomfortable. Then, they had 5-6 tables and only 3 chairs to sit on, which that girl was using one of the only available chairs to charge her phone. The girl with the glasses took our order and she just left us without taking payment to start the drinks. 5 mins continued and then she charged us.
